1. Introduction
1418156 B.C. Ltd., operating as Growigami ("Growigami," "we," "us," or "our"), runs the website at growigami.com. It provides AI revenue operations processes for B2B companies, along with an instant price builder, a kickoff deposit, and a Talk to sales form (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use our Service, visit our website, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Growigami.
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you must not access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including visitors to our website, prospective and current clients, their authorized representatives, employees, contractors, and any other individuals who interact with the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information through several methods, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically through your use of the Service, and information obtained from third-party sources.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact and Sales Information: When you use the Talk to sales form or the Start form, we collect your full name and work email address. In Talk to sales, we also ask for your role, the size of your sales and marketing team, the processes you want help with, your monthly marketing spend, and when you want to start.
- Your System: The processes and options you choose in the instant price builder are stored in the address of the page, so you can return to or share your system. When you contact us from your system, we receive a summary of it and its monthly total.
- Partial Submissions: If you enter your name and work email address in Talk to sales and leave before you finish, we save those details and your answers so far so we can follow up. Your progress is also kept in your browser's local storage on your device until you finish.
- Newsletter and Email Updates: When you sign up for our newsletter or email updates, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- Payment Information: The kickoff deposit is paid through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, which collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, your billing contact details, and your system reference. We do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communication Content: Messages you send or receive through our forms, email, chat, or phone, including conversations on sales and kickoff calls.
- Onboarding and Client Data: If you become a client, you give us information during onboarding. This includes strategy intake answers, brand materials, read access to your CRM and other tools, and any supplementary materials you upload.
- Feedback and Support: Information you provide when you contact our support team, respond to surveys, participate in research, or provide testimonials.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages and features accessed, links and buttons clicked, how you use the instant price builder, time spent on pages, and navigation paths.
- Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language preferences, time zone, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: Server logs that record requests made to our servers, including timestamps, URLs requested, HTTP method, response codes, referring URLs, and error information.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Service. See Section 8 (Cookie Policy) for details.
- Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records how you move through our pages, including clicks and scrolls. These tools collect session duration, page views, feature usage frequency, and conversion events.
- Attribution Data: Our own script records how you found us: the campaign parameters in the link, the website that referred you, the landing page, the page title, and the time of your first visit and most recent visit. We attach this to a Talk to sales or Start form submission so we know which page or campaign brought you to us.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may receive information from analytics providers, marketing platforms, our payment processor, and customer relationship management tools.

8.3 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We will update this policy if a standard is established.
