What is The AI Summit New York?
The AI Summit New York is Informa’s enterprise AI conference, held December 9 to 10, 2026, at the Javits Center in Manhattan. The organizer expects more than 7,500 attendees, 350+ speakers and 200+ exhibitors. The content is about putting AI into production, so it suits companies that sell AI to large enterprises more than marketers looking for a general conference.
It belongs to a series. Informa also runs The AI Summit London, The AI Summit Australia and an AI Summit at Black Hat USA, so “the AI summit” in a search can mean any of them. This page covers New York only.

Who attends The AI Summit New York?
The organizer’s who attends page breaks the audience down by role:
| Role | Share of attendees |
|---|---|
| VP or director | 32% |
| Head of IT | 21% |
| CTO, CDO or CIO | 17% |
| AI, ML or product lead | 17% |
| Cloud or software engineer | 13% |
It also says 85% of attendees are “actively investing up to $5M in AI-related projects,” and that they come from industries including healthcare, finance, retail and manufacturing. These are the organizer’s own figures, published to sell passes and sponsorships, so treat them as a guide to who the event is aimed at.
Should B2B SaaS marketers go?
It depends on what you sell.
- Go if you sell AI to enterprises. The audience is IT, data and AI leaders with budgets, which is the buying group for AI platforms, data infrastructure and AI services. Exhibiting or sponsoring puts you in front of them in one place.
- Go if your buyers are CIOs, CDOs or heads of IT. Together with VPs and directors, they make up most of the room by the organizer’s numbers.
- Skip it if you want marketing playbooks. The tracks are about deploying AI. For B2B marketing content and peers, pick one of the marketing and SaaS conferences in our events list.
If your product uses AI but your buyer is a head of marketing or sales, the room has fewer of your buyers than the headline number suggests.
If you are planning next year’s AI events, Ai4 2027 in Las Vegas, August 2 to 5, is the larger cross-industry option, with a free pass for enterprise buyers who agree to meet vendors. The HumanX conference, March 8 to 10, 2027, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, is the earlier option, with a hosted-buyer program of its own.
How to get a return on The AI Summit New York
The event is two days, and the Javits Center is large. Most of the return comes from what happens before and after.
- Book meetings before December 9. Start from your target account list and invite people to your booth or a nearby breakfast in the four weeks before the event.
- Pick one message. With 200+ exhibitors, a booth that says “AI for everything” disappears. Lead with one problem your buyers have and one proof point.
- Plan for the Expo pass holders. At $129, many visitors to the floor will be on the cheapest pass. Decide in advance how your team qualifies a conversation in two minutes.
- Follow up every conversation within a day. A follow-up written for the conversation you had beats a generic “great to meet you” sent to every badge scan. Put each one in the CRM with a note on what was discussed.
- Measure pipeline, not scans. Count meetings held and opportunities created from the event in the 90 days after it.
Our events service runs this for B2B companies: invites to the accounts you want to meet, booth graphics and one-pagers in your brand, and a follow-up written for every scan that lands in your CRM.
