Research · Ostrom Cold Logistics
Hi Dale,
Congrats on opening the Joliet freezer last week. Eight receiving doors at minus 10°F is a lot of door time to log by hand.
In a new building, the first audit tends to turn on two records: how long each door stood open, and the corrective action after each excursion. Dockmere keeps both on the pallet record, so the auditor gets one report.
Worth 20 minutes before your first audit to see how a second building gets set up?

Why it matters
Gartner's surveys found marketers used 58% of their martech stack's capabilities in 2020, 42% in 2022 and 33% in 2023. CMSWire reported a rebound to 49% in October 2026, citing a 2025 Gartner survey. Either way, half or more of the capability a company pays for sits unused.
What you get
Demo requests and guide downloads get different emails, each written for why that person showed up.
Up to 5 journeys, all built in your first month, plus a newsletter every month.
Each inbound lead arrives researched, scored against your ICP and routed to the right seller with a reply drafted.
A lead left untouched goes back to your team before it goes cold.
Up to 20 automations kept running and checked every day, with up to 3 new ones built each month.
Each month the emails that stall get rewritten, and the ones that book calls stay.
How it starts

We map every way leads reach you and what each one gets today.

Within a week we show the process we would build first and what it would produce.

Your CRO writes the first journeys or routing rules and runs them until they work.
AI agents follow up each lead and watch every automation, and rewrite stalled emails each month.

A marketing automation agency builds and runs the automated parts of your marketing, such as nurture emails, lead scoring and routing, on a platform you own. Gartner’s 2023 survey found marketers used 33% of their martech’s capabilities, and CMSWire reported a rebound to 49% in 2026. Growigami puts more of it to work, one process at a time, from $1,999 a month.
Start with one process and have it running in about three weeks. Your CRO, the person who builds and proves each process, writes the first journeys or routing rules and runs them by hand. AI agents then take the repeat work: following up each lead, checking every automation and, each month, rewriting the emails that stall.
It turns the platform you bought into running campaigns and hand-offs. On the pages we read, the work falls into five parts:
Two of the three partner firms we read price setup as an onboarding project and upkeep as a monthly retainer. INSIDEA, an Elite HubSpot Partner, offers a managed operations retainer after onboarding, and Hive Strategy sells a HubSpot fractional admin from 10 hours a month. Lean Labs lists its HubSpot work as projects.
We read the pricing pages of three platform partner firms on 5 November 2026. All three publish starting prices for setup. INSIDEA and Hive Strategy also publish monthly prices for ongoing work.
| Firm | Setup | Ongoing work | Commitment | Platform partner status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| INSIDEA | Onboarding from $2,000 per platform, $4,000+ at Enterprise | Retainers from $2,000 a month | No term stated; fixed fee, locked at proposal | Elite HubSpot Partner |
| Hive Strategy | HubSpot advanced onboarding from $5,000; data migration from $3,500 | Marketing retainers from $5,000 a month; fractional admin from $2,000 | Fractional admin month to month; marketing work averages 6 months | Diamond HubSpot Partner, on its homepage |
| Lean Labs | HubSpot onboarding from $2K, migrations from $7K, integrations from $15K | No HubSpot retainer listed; it puts full-service partner retainers at $5,000 to $15,000 a month | Not stated | HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner |
| Growigami | Your CRO builds it in month one, which costs $500 more, and your first build is on us this month | $1,999 a month per process | Minimum three months, then 30 days' notice | None claimed |
Read the setup and ongoing columns together. A partner’s onboarding fee buys the setup, and the retainer buys hours or scope after it. At Growigami the build is part of each process. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.
Lean Labs also prices the in-house route for HubSpot’s Loop Marketing. Its estimate is about $5,000 to $6,000 a month at minimum: about $4,000 for a part-time marketer or contractor plus $1,000 to $2,000 in tools.
Gartner’s 2022 release tied the fall from 58% to 42% to three causes, each cited by 27% to 30% of respondents: overlap among tools, trouble hiring people to drive adoption and the complexity of the stack. Inside one platform, look for work that never got built. Check your own for these gaps:
Our guides to lead nurturing and lead routing explain the terms.
Each week, AI agents research each inbound lead and draft a reply for its seller, and they check every automation daily. Each month they rewrite the nurture emails that stall. Your CRO builds each process first, by hand, in your platform. Your team approves the newsletter issues, routing changes and new automations. Your sellers send the replies.
| Process | What it does | Size at $1,999 a month | Larger size, $1,499 more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nurture and newsletter | A journey for each way in, a monthly newsletter, stalled emails rewritten | Up to 5 journeys and a monthly newsletter | Up to 12 journeys and a newsletter every two weeks |
| Inbound lead follow-up | Each lead researched, scored, routed and given a drafted reply | Up to 300 inbound leads a month | Up to 600 inbound leads a month |
| Automations | Hand-offs between tools, checked daily | Up to 20 automations, plus up to 3 new a month | Up to 50 automations, plus up to 6 new a month |
| CRM and routing | Duplicates merged, fields filled, routing kept current | Kept clean every week | One size |
Every journey is built in your first month. On the CRM process, a broken form or sync is fixed within one business day. We run a simple version on our own site: every form on growigami.com posts to Slack, and someone answers it the same day.
Growigami has worked with 40+ B2B companies. For CabFare, a five-stage WhatsApp and email journey brought back drivers who had installed the app and stalled in setup. Video ads, outbound and a new first-run flow took CabFare from $0 to $20K MRR in four months. For Reworld, a CRM cleanup gave marketing and sales the same pipeline. With outbound and its own campaigns for each buyer segment, Reworld reached $250M+ in pipeline and 600+ MQLs.
Ask each firm what it builds, what it keeps running and what each costs, in writing. Then ask:
If the leads you need have not raised a hand yet, that is outbound work. See our cold email agency page, or AI SDR services for AI-run prospecting. For what AI does and what a person does across every process, see AI marketing agency.

Three months of one process cost $5,997, because your first build is on us this month. Within a week of read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Hire a platform partner for a migration, a new portal or a custom integration. Lean Labs lists HubSpot migrations from $7K and integrations from $15K, and INSIDEA onboards Salesforce, Zoho and Klaviyo as well as HubSpot. Growigami claims no partner tier with any platform.

Hire in-house if you want someone at a desk who owns the platform and takes requests every day. Lean Labs puts that floor at about $5,000 to $6,000 a month.
Check the tool list before you sign. Lead follow-up and CRM work run in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho. Nurture runs in HubSpot or your own email tool. Automations connect any tool with an API.

Questions
It builds and runs the automated parts of your marketing on a platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce. That means nurture emails, lead scoring, routing and the hand-offs between tools. Some only set the platform up, and some keep it running each month. Growigami runs nurture, inbound lead follow-up, CRM upkeep and automations as separate processes, each priced per month.
At the three partner firms we read on 5 November 2026, setup started at $2,000 to $5,000. INSIDEA listed retainers from $2,000 a month and Hive Strategy listed marketing retainers from $5,000, while Lean Labs lists its HubSpot work as projects. Growigami's processes are $1,999 a month each, and each costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.
For some jobs. A partner suits a new portal, a migration or a custom integration; Lean Labs lists HubSpot migrations from $7K and integrations from $15K. To build and run journeys, lead follow-up and automations in the platform you already have, a partner tier matters less. Growigami claims no partner tier with any platform.
Lead follow-up and CRM upkeep run in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, with tools around them such as Slack, Gmail and Calendly. Nurture runs in HubSpot or your own email tool. Automations run on Zapier, Make, n8n or your CRM's own workflows. They can connect any tool with an API.
As fast as your seller hits send. Each lead is researched and scored when it arrives, at any hour, and the right seller gets it with a reply drafted. A demo request that comes in at 9pm is waiting in the morning with the company, its tools and a ready reply. A lead nobody touches goes back to your team.
A person on your team, for each kind of change. Your head of marketing approves each newsletter issue, and the seller checks each drafted reply before sending it. Your ops lead approves new routing, and your team signs off each new automation. Journey emails are built in your first month and go live once you approve them.
Keep it in-house if someone on your team owns the platform and has hours each week for it. For running HubSpot's Loop Marketing in-house, Lean Labs puts the floor at about $5,000 to $6,000 a month, for a part-time marketer plus tools. If the platform is set up and the work is the weekly writing, follow-up and upkeep, each process at $1,999 a month covers one part of it, such as nurture or lead follow-up.
