Cold email to named accounts
Start with one process, running in about three weeks. We research 500 target accounts a month and write each contact an email of their own, sent from domains you own. Interested replies reach your sellers the same day.
See it run
Accounts researched, each message written, a seller approving and sending, for our demo customer.

Research · Ostrom Cold Logistics
Hi Dale,
Congrats on opening the Joliet freezer last week. Eight receiving doors at minus 10°F is a lot of door time to log by hand.
In a new building, the first audit tends to turn on two records: how long each door stood open, and the corrective action after each excursion. Dockmere keeps both on the pallet record, so the auditor gets one report.
Worth 20 minutes before your first audit to see how a second building gets set up?

Why it matters
Google's sender guidelines for personal Gmail accounts tell senders to keep the spam rate in Postmaster Tools below 0.10% and never reach 0.30%. Anyone sending 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail accounts must set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC and offer one-click unsubscribe. Whoever sends your cold email spends your domain's reputation with every send.
What you get
We build the list from your closed deals and research each target account weekly for a reason to write now.
Each contact gets an email written for them, and each follow-up says something the last one did not.
The same contacts get a LinkedIn message as well, so the inbox is never the only place they hear from you.
Sequences go out from domains you own, through tools you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Outreach.
Interested replies reach the right seller in Slack the same day, with the thread and our research attached.
Our team checks every draft, and nothing sends from your domains until you have approved it.
How it starts

We study the deals you won to learn which companies buy and who signs.

Within a week we show the cold email process we would build and what it would produce.

Your CRO builds the list and the first sequences and sends them until replies come in.
AI agents research and draft each week, and replies reach your sellers the same day.
Side by side
Agency and tool cells come from the OutreachBloom, Beanstalk, SalesBread, Cleverly and Apollo pages we read on 4 November 2026. Growigami cells come from our price list.

A cold email agency runs email outreach to buyers who have not heard from you yet, from building the list to sorting the replies. On their own pages on 4 November 2026, OutreachBloom’s cold email service started at $2,400 a month, and Beanstalk charged $3,000 to $5,000 a month. Growigami writes to 500 researched target accounts for $1,999 a month.
Start with one process and have it running in about three weeks. Your CRO, the person who builds and proves each process, writes the first emails and sends them by hand until they draw replies. AI agents then take over the weekly research and drafting, and interested replies go to your own sellers the same day.
We read the pages of four cold email agencies and one cold email tool on 4 November 2026. Three of the agencies publish a price, and only OutreachBloom says how many contacts its price covers.
| Service | How it bills | Published price | What the price covers | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OutreachBloom | Monthly | Starts at $2,400 a month | 10,000 to 100,000 contacts emailed a month; you approve the messaging | Not stated on the page |
| Beanstalk | Monthly retainer | $3,000 to $5,000 for cold email only; $6,000 with LinkedIn | 3 to 6 secondary sending domains, warmup, lists, copy, reply triage | Not stated; no pay per meeting |
| SalesBread | Monthly | $3,000 a month plus a one-time setup fee | LinkedIn and email; no cold calling | No locked-in contracts |
| Cleverly | Flat monthly retainer or pay per lead | No figure on its cold email page | Lists, copy, inbox and domain setup, replies | Month to month, no contracts |
| Apollo (a tool) | Per seat | $49 a seat a month on the Basic plan, billed annually | Contact data and sequences; your team writes and sends | 12 months at the $49 price; monthly billing costs more |
| Growigami | Per process | $1,999 a month | 500 target accounts researched a month, an email and a LinkedIn message per contact | Minimum three months, then 30 days' notice |
Martal’s guide, published in 2024, says cold email partners charge $500 to $5,000 or more a month for a full campaign. Beanstalk’s full multi-channel plan, with paid ads and landing pages, runs $10,000 to $12,000 a month.
The two ends of the table are different products. OutreachBloom’s entry price covers 10,000 to 100,000 contacts emailed a month. Growigami’s process covers 500 accounts a month, each researched that week for a reason to write, with one email and one LinkedIn message per contact. Decide which you need before you compare prices.
It takes over the sending end of outbound. On the pages we read, the work covers:
Our guides to cold email follow-up and cold email subject lines show what the copy side looks like.
The same rules as you, because the mail goes out under your name. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email. It adds that hiring another company to send it does not contract away your legal responsibility: the company promoted and the company that sends can both be held responsible. Google’s rules cover mail to personal Gmail accounts, the ones ending in @gmail.com or @googlemail.com.
| Rule | Who sets it | What it requires |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication | Google, for personal Gmail | SPF or DKIM for every sender; SPF, DKIM and DMARC at 5,000 or more messages a day |
| Spam rate | Google, for personal Gmail | Below 0.10% in Postmaster Tools, and never 0.30% or higher |
| Unsubscribe | Google, above 5,000 messages a day | One-click unsubscribe on marketing and subscribed mail |
| Honest headers | FTC, under CAN-SPAM | Header information that is not misleading, and a subject line that matches the message |
| Ad notice | FTC, under CAN-SPAM | A clear notice that the message is an ad |
| Postal address | FTC, under CAN-SPAM | A valid physical postal address in each email |
| Opt-outs | FTC, under CAN-SPAM | Honored within 10 business days |
| Penalties | FTC, under CAN-SPAM | Up to $53,088 for each violating email |
These are summaries of the two sources, read on 4 November 2026, and your own counsel decides how they apply to you. Our email deliverability glossary entry explains the terms.
Ask before you sign, because agencies answer it differently. Beanstalk buys 3 to 6 secondary domains for each client and never sends from the main brand domain. It warns that at some agencies the domains and the data belong to the agency, so a client who cancels starts over, and it says its own clients keep the domains and the data when they leave. Get two answers in writing: which domains send, and who owns them on the day you leave.
Growigami’s sequences go out from domains you own, and the accounts, contacts and replies land in your CRM.
Each week, AI agents research every account on your list and draft an email and a LinkedIn message for each contact, and our team checks each draft. Your CRO, who builds the process, sends the first sequences by hand until they draw replies. Your sellers answer the interested replies, which reach them in Slack the same day.
We build the account list from your closed deals and score each new account against your best customers, so you can start without a list. Each email opens with a reason that account would talk now, such as a new head of sales. Each follow-up says something new. The ABM and outbound service page lays out the scoring and the sequences.
Growigami has worked with 40+ B2B companies. For CapOut, outbound emails went to roofers, public adjusters and supplement firms, and the replies showed that claims firms answered most while contractors paid most. For CabFare, drivers and fleet owners each got their own email campaign. With video ads and a new first-run flow, that took it from $0 to $20K MRR in four months. For Reworld, a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator, outbound, a CRM cleanup and a campaign for each of its four buyer segments reached $250M+ in pipeline. For TopScore, outbound email to clubs, sport by sport, showed that basketball clubs replied best.
Put these questions to each agency in writing, and compare the answers next to the price:
Weeks for the first replies, longer for pipeline. Beanstalk’s page tells its own clients to expect reply data inside 30 days and meetings inside 45. Our first process is usually running in about three weeks, and every reply lands in your CRM from then on.
Every price is on the price builder, which totals any mix of processes before you talk to anyone.
Three months of one process cost $5,997, because your first build is on us this month. Within a week of read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Buy a tool such as Apollo if someone on your team can build lists, write sequences and watch deliverability. Its Basic plan was $49 a seat a month, billed annually, when we read the page. Hire a volume agency if your market is broad and you want tens of thousands of contacts emailed a month. Our process researches 500 accounts.
If your buyers answer the phone, hire an outsourced SDR firm, because nobody on our side calls. For outbound across email and LinkedIn to a fixed list of named accounts, see outbound lead generation services. If LinkedIn is where your buyers answer, see LinkedIn lead generation services.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
It is an outside team that runs email outreach to buyers who have not heard from you. Most of the agencies we read build the list, write the copy, run the sending setup and sort the replies. Some bill a monthly retainer and some bill per meeting. Growigami runs cold email and LinkedIn to 500 target accounts a month for $1,999 a month.
On the agencies' own pages on 4 November 2026, OutreachBloom started at $2,400 a month for 10,000 to 100,000 contacts emailed a month, and Beanstalk charged $3,000 to $5,000 for cold email only. SalesBread charged $3,000 a month plus a setup fee. Cleverly offers a flat monthly retainer or pay per lead, with no figure on its cold email page. Growigami's process is $1,999 a month for 500 target accounts, with a minimum of three months.
Under federal law, yes, if each email follows the CAN-SPAM Act, which the FTC says makes no exception for business-to-business email. Each email needs header information that is not misleading, an honest subject line, a clear notice that it is an ad, a valid postal address and a working opt-out honored within 10 business days. Your own counsel decides what applies to you, including any state law, and this answer only summarizes the FTC's guide.
It can. Google tells senders to keep the spam rate below 0.10% and never reach 0.30%. Ask any agency which domains it sends from, how many emails each inbox sends a day and who watches the spam rate. Our sequences go out from domains you own, to researched accounts.
For a team that can name the accounts it wants, yes. Email lets you write to the people at those accounts by name, and Google and the FTC publish the rules for doing it. We write each contact an email of their own, add a LinkedIn message and send interested replies to your sellers the same day.
No. How many replies become meetings depends on your market, your offer and how fast your sellers answer. We commit to the work: 500 accounts researched a month and an email and a LinkedIn message for each contact. Every reply lands in your CRM, so you can follow it to a deal.
Both. Your CRO writes the first sequences and sends them by hand until they draw replies. After that, AI agents research each account and draft each email. Our team checks every draft, and nothing sends until you approve it.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
