Joliet freezer, first audit

Hi Dale,

Congrats on opening the Joliet freezer last week. Eight receiving doors at minus 10°F is a lot of door time to log by hand.

In a new building, the first audit tends to turn on two records: how long each door stood open, and the corrective action after each excursion. Dockmere keeps both on the pallet record, so the auditor gets one report.

Worth 20 minutes before your first audit to see how a second building gets set up?

Marcus

average ramp for a new SDR (Bridge Group, 2025)

Why it matters

A new SDR takes three months to ramp

The Bridge Group's 2025 study of 351 B2B companies put a new SDR's average ramp at 3.0 months. Within a week of CRM access we show you the first outbound process we would build, and it is usually running in about three weeks. Interested replies go to the sellers you already have.

What you get

What do B2B appointment setting services include?

Accounts that fit

We build the list from your closed deals, then research 500 target accounts a month for a reason each would talk now.

One message per contact

Every contact gets their own email and LinkedIn message, opening with what we found about their company.

Warm replies, same day

Interested replies reach the right seller the same day, with the thread and our research attached.

Sent from your domains

Sequences go out from your own domains, and nothing sends until you approve it.

Optional CRO review

For $1,499 or $2,999 a month more, your CRO goes through the pipeline in your CRM with you.

How it starts

How does appointment setting start?

  1. We research your target accounts

Every week, with a reason to talk to each one, like a new hire or a funding round.

  2. Two colleagues working through something together at a shared table

    We write each message

One person at a time, by email and LinkedIn. Every follow-up adds something new.

  3. Three colleagues around a table in a team review

    You approve, your seller sends

Nothing goes out until you have read it.

  4. Two colleagues talking across a table in a bright office

Replies reach your seller the same day

The thread and the research come with it, so the meeting is booked by someone who knows the account.

B2B appointment setting services run outreach to the buyers you name and pass the interested ones to your sellers. Most firms we read bill a recurring fee or a fee for each booked meeting. Growigami bills per process: $1,999 a month for outbound to 500 target accounts, researched every week, with interested replies sent to your sellers the same day.

Start with one process. Outbound is running in about three weeks, and you add the next process once the first one proves itself. AI agents do the research and the writing, and our team checks each draft. Add the optional review, and your CRO answers for the pipeline each month or each week.

What do appointment setting companies charge?

On 4 November 2026 we read the pricing and service pages of five firms that rank on Google’s first page for b2b appointment setting services and run the work themselves. Two of them publish a price. Each row restates the firm’s own page, in its words where it gives any.

GrowigamiPer process, per month$1,999 a month for 500 target accountsNone tied to billing; replies land in your CRMMinimum three months, then 30 days' notice

The smallest Belkins per-appointment package starts at $9,000: ten meetings at the $750 starting rate plus the $1,500 setup fee. Three months of our outbound process at the smaller size cost $5,997, because your first build is on us this month. For that we research 1,500 accounts over three months and write to each contact. Your sellers book the meetings from the replies, and no meeting count is promised.

SalesRoads lets you cancel anytime, and the Belkins package ends when its meetings are used. Our minimum is three months, then 30 days' notice. The first process takes about three weeks to build, so a one-month term would end soon after outreach started.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

Whatever your contract says, so write the definition down before outreach starts. The firms above set different bars. Belkins’ per-appointment package counts a meeting when the prospect has the right role, company type and region, came from its campaign and agreed to discuss your offer. Launch Leads books only when fit, timing and motivation are all confirmed on a live call, while SalesRoads and Callbox screen for budget, authority, need and timeline.

The gap matters most when you pay per meeting. A definition built on title and interest pays out for a curious VP with no budget this year. Belkins lets you challenge a meeting that missed the agreed criteria and have it credited back to your package. The hour your seller spent on the call is gone either way.

Growigami bills per process, so no meeting definition decides what you pay. Each Friday we check which messages got replies and tune next week’s account list. With the optional review, your CRO goes through which replies became opportunities in your CRM, monthly or weekly.

Growigami runs the outreach, and your sellers take the meetings

Growigami fits teams with sellers who can answer a warm reply the same day. We research your target accounts every week, 500 a month at the smaller size. For each one we find a reason to talk now, like a new head of sales or a fresh funding round. Each contact gets their own email and LinkedIn message that opens with that reason, and every follow-up adds something new.

Sequences go out from your own domains. Interested replies reach the right seller the same day in Slack, with the thread and our research attached, and the seller books the call.

Growigami has worked with 40+ B2B companies. For Reworld, a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator, outbound, a CRM cleanup and campaigns for each buyer segment produced $250M+ in pipeline.

Appointment setting firms run the outreach and put the meeting on your calendar. All five firms in the table above offer phone outreach, though Belkins leaves calling out of its per-appointment package, and Launch Leads calls itself phone-first. Our outreach goes by email and LinkedIn, and your seller has the first conversation. If nobody on your team can take replies within a day, a firm that books for you is the better buy.

A week of outbound at Growigami

Each process runs on the same weekly rhythm:

  • Monday. New target accounts are scored against your best customers.
  • Tuesday. Each contact is researched and a first message drafted.
  • Wednesday. You approve the drafts, and the week’s sequences launch.
  • Thursday. Replies are sorted and routed to your sellers in Slack.
  • Friday. We check what got replies and tune next week’s list.

Our team checks every draft before it reaches you on Wednesday. The Pipeline module page shows the same process with the account list, the research and the hand-off to sales laid out step by step.

What does Growigami cost, and what do you commit to?

Every price is published, and the price builder totals any mix of processes before you talk to anyone.

  • Outbound to 500 target accounts a month is $1,999 a month.
  • Outbound to 1,000 target accounts a month is $1,499 more a month.
  • A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.
  • A CRO review is optional: $1,499 a month for a monthly review, or $2,999 for a weekly one.
  • The minimum is three months. After that you can leave with 30 days' notice.

Within a week of getting read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce. That process is running in about three weeks. On their own pages, Belkins launches a campaign in 14 days, SalesRoads starts calling on day 16 and Launch Leads puts first meetings on the calendar by day 30.

When a calling firm or an SDR team fits better

Hire a firm that calls if your buyers pick up the phone more readily than they answer email. Hire an outsourced SDR team if you want SDRs who make the calls and hold the first conversation themselves. Our comparison of outsourced and in-house SDRs sets out what each option costs, and the SDR sales guide covers hiring, pay and management if you build the team yourself.

Questions

Common questions about appointment setting

What are B2B appointment setting services?

They are outside teams that run outreach to the buyers you name and put the interested ones in front of your sellers. Most of the firms we read bill a recurring fee or a fee for each booked meeting. Growigami runs the outbound part as one process for $1,999 a month, and interested replies reach your sellers the same day.

How much do appointment setting companies charge?

On the pages we read on 4 November 2026, Belkins listed an average starter price from $5,000 for its retainer, and its per-meeting package started at $750 a meeting plus a $1,500 setup fee. SalesRoads charges $11,950 for one SDR for four weeks. Launch Leads, Zaphyre and Callbox quote each program. Growigami's outbound process is $1,999 a month, with no fee per meeting.

Will Growigami guarantee a number of meetings?

No. The number depends on your market and how fast your sellers answer, and a count says nothing about deal size. We commit to the work: your target accounts researched every week and a message written for each contact. With the optional review, your CRO goes through the pipeline it creates in your CRM.

Who books and runs the meetings?

Your sellers do. Interested replies reach the right seller the same day in Slack, with the thread and our research attached, and the seller books the call. Our outreach goes by email and LinkedIn. If you want a team that phones prospects and puts the meeting on your calendar for you, an appointment setting firm that calls is the better fit.

What does Growigami need from us to start?

Read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce, and the first process is running in about three weeks. We study your closed deals to learn which accounts buy and build the account list from them, so you can start without a target list. You also need a seller ready to answer replies.

Can we cancel after three months?

Yes. The minimum is three months, and after that you can leave with 30 days' notice. Each process is $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. A CRO review is optional: $1,499 a month for a monthly review, or $2,999 for a weekly one.

Start with one outbound process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
