Outbound to accounts you choose
For teams that can name the accounts they want. We research 500 of them a month and write to each contact, and interested replies reach your sellers the same day. It is usually running in about three weeks.

Research · Ostrom Cold Logistics
Hi Dale,
Congrats on opening the Joliet freezer last week. Eight receiving doors at minus 10°F is a lot of door time to log by hand.
In a new building, the first audit tends to turn on two records: how long each door stood open, and the corrective action after each excursion. Dockmere keeps both on the pallet record, so the auditor gets one report.
Worth 20 minutes before your first audit to see how a second building gets set up?

Why it matters
The FTC says CAN-SPAM covers business-to-business email, and hiring another company to send does not shift your legal responsibility. A vendor that writes and sends under your name puts your risk and your domain on the line. Before you sign, ask whose domains will send and who reads each message before it goes.
What you get
We build the target list from your closed deals and score new accounts against your best customers.
Each week every account is researched for a reason to talk now, such as a new head of sales.
Every contact gets an email and a LinkedIn message of their own, and each follow-up adds something new.
Interested replies reach the right seller in Slack the same day, with the thread and our research.
Our team checks each draft, and every message waits for your approval before it goes out from your domains.
Each Friday we check which messages drew replies and tune the next week's account list.
How it starts

We study your closed deals to learn which accounts buy and who signs.

Within a week we show the outbound process we would build first and what it would produce.

We build the account list and write each sequence, and you approve every message before launch.
Outreach is running in about three weeks, and replies reach your sellers the same day.
Side by side
Agency cells come from the Belkins, SalesRoads, DemandZen and SalesHive pages we read on 4 November 2026. The in-house figure is The Bridge Group's 2025 median for SDRs. Growigami cells come from our price list.

Outbound lead generation services contact buyers who have not come to you yet and turn the interested ones into sales conversations. Of the ranking firms we read on 4 November 2026, Belkins listed an average starter price from $5,000 with no period given, and SalesRoads charged $11,950 for four weeks of one SDR. Growigami runs outbound to 500 researched accounts for $1,999 a month.
Start with one process, aimed at the accounts you most want to sell to. Your CRO builds the account list and the first sequences and runs them by hand until replies come in. AI agents then take over the weekly research and drafting, and interested replies reach your sellers the same day.
On 4 November 2026 we read the pricing and service pages of four firms on Google’s first page for outbound lead generation services, plus Martal, which publishes its production funnel. Two of the five publish a price. The bigger difference between them is the unit each one bills for.
| Firm | What you pay for | Published price | Launch | How you leave |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Belkins | A monthly retainer; three packages list 30+, 100+ or 200+ appointments a year | Average starter price from $5,000 with no period stated | Campaign live in 14 days | Not stated on the pages we read |
| SalesRoads | SDRs per 4 weeks; research-call programs pass on qualified leads | $11,950 for one SDR | Calling from the 16th business day | Cancel anytime |
| DemandZen | A fixed-fee sprint for 7 held meetings, then a monthly rate per BDR | Quoted after a market analysis | Live in 1 to 2 weeks | 90 days’ notice on ongoing service |
| SalesHive | One monthly fee for a strategist and dedicated SDRs | Custom quote, no setup fee | About three weeks | Month to month or annual |
| Martal | A flat monthly fee; higher tiers add a sales commission | Quoted on inquiry | Not stated | A 3-month pilot (4 on higher tiers), then monthly |
| Growigami | One process: 500 accounts researched a month | $1,999 a month | About three weeks | 30 days' notice after three months |
DemandZen refunds any of the 7 sprint meetings it does not deliver, and a meeting counts only once it is held. Belkins lists a yearly appointment count for three of its four retainer packages. SalesRoads splits its work in two: appointment setting programs book meetings, and its market research programs run research calls and pass on qualified leads.
Martal publishes one answer on its pricing page, in what it calls an average production funnel for a month of its Tier 1A outbound program. That month targets 3,000 to 5,000 prospects with 9,000 to 12,000 emails, 250 to 450 calls and 600 to 700 LinkedIn follow-ups, for 150 to 200 responses and 20 to 30 qualified leads. Divided out, Martal’s own figures put one qualified lead at 100 to 250 prospects targeted.
Those are Martal’s figures for its own campaigns. Martal does not say whether a prospect is a person or a company, and Growigami counts accounts, so the ratio does not convert into a lead count for 500 accounts a month.
Ask every vendor for its own funnel in writing: prospects contacted, replies, qualified leads and what each stage costs you. Then size the list before you agree on a target. Growigami’s unit is the account: 500 a month at the smaller size, each researched that week, with a message for each contact. Replies land in your CRM, and we promise no number of leads or meetings.
You do. The FTC says the CAN-SPAM Act makes no exception for business-to-business email, and the penalty can reach $53,088 for each violating email. Its guide adds that hiring another company to send your email does not move your legal responsibility to them, and that the sender can be held responsible as well.
Inbox providers set their own limits. Google tells senders to keep the spam rate shown in Postmaster Tools below 0.10% and never to reach 0.30%. Every message a vendor sends from your domains spends your domain’s reputation.
Growigami’s sequences go out from your own domains, and you approve every message before it sends, so you read everything that carries your name. Our guide to outbound sales lists what CAN-SPAM and Gmail’s sender rules require.
Start with the unit you pay for, because it shapes what the agency works toward. SalesHive, which bills one monthly fee, argues on its pricing page that paying a vendor only per booking pushes it toward volume over qualification. Then check these points before you sign:
Stage by stage, in your CRM: replies, meetings held, meetings your sellers accept and the opportunities that follow. A healthy reply rate with few accepted meetings points to the list or the offer. Few replies at all points to the message or the data.
The research and the first drafts can. In our process, AI agents research every account each week and draft each email and LinkedIn message. Our team checks each draft and you approve it. Your seller answers every buyer who replies.
Our AI BDR guide covers what AI prospecting software does on its own and where it still needs a person.
Growigami suits a team with sellers who can answer a warm reply within a day. We study your closed deals, build the account list from them and score each new account against your best customers. Each week every account is researched for a reason to talk now, and each contact gets an email and a LinkedIn message written for them.
Interested replies reach the right seller in Slack the same day, with the thread and our research attached. On Fridays we check which messages drew replies and tune the next week’s list. The ABM and outbound service page shows the account scoring and the sequences step by step.
Reworld is a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator. It reached $250M+ in pipeline after we ran outbound, cleaned up its CRM and built campaigns for each buyer segment. For CapOut, outbound emails to roofers, public adjusters and supplement firms showed that claims firms answered most and contractors paid most.

Within a week of getting read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce. Outreach is running in about three weeks. On their own pages, Belkins launches a campaign in 14 days and DemandZen goes live in one to two weeks.
DemandZen’s model fits if you want to pay for held meetings and have undelivered ones refunded. A research-call program like SalesRoads’ suits a team testing a new market before it sells there. If your buyers answer the phone, hire an outsourced SDR firm, since our outreach goes by email and LinkedIn.
If you want meetings put on your calendar for you, our appointment setting page compares the per-meeting firms. Growigami vs DemandZen sets the two models side by side. For outbound as one part of a wider plan, see demand generation services. The outbound lead generation guide covers how to run it in-house.

Questions
Outbound lead generation means contacting buyers who have not come to you yet, by email, phone or LinkedIn, to start a sales conversation. Inbound works the other way: the buyer searches, clicks or fills in a form first. For $1,999 a month, Growigami runs the email and LinkedIn side as one process. Your sellers take the replies.
Inbound is worth more when buyers already search for what you sell, because they arrive with a need. Outbound is worth more when you can name the accounts you want and those accounts are not looking yet. Outbound also puts the choice of who you talk to in your hands, which matters when a few accounts are worth most of the revenue.
In our usage, it is whoever researches prospects and contacts them first: a person, or now an AI agent. At SalesRoads, DemandZen and SalesHive it is an SDR or BDR who phones prospects. At Growigami, AI agents research each account and draft each email and LinkedIn message. Our team checks every draft, and you approve each one before it sends.
For outbound lead generation services, the firms on Google's first page on 4 November 2026 included Belkins, SalesRoads, SalesHive, DemandZen and Callbox. The four whose pricing pages we read bill for different units: DemandZen starts with held meetings, and Belkins sells a monthly retainer. Compare that unit first, then the price and the notice period.
The tools you already pay for, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay or Outreach. We suggest a change only when a gap blocks the work. Sequences go out from your own domains, and accounts, contacts and replies land in your CRM.
No. How many replies turn into meetings depends on your market, your offer and how fast your sellers answer. We commit to the work: 500 accounts researched a month and a message for each contact. Every reply lands in your CRM, so you can follow it to any opportunity it creates.
Outbound to 500 target accounts is $1,999 a month, and 1,000 accounts is $1,499 more a month. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. After three months you can leave with 30 days' notice. A CRO review is optional, at $1,499 a month or $2,999 for a weekly one.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
