Webflow Pricing in 2026: Site Plans, Workspace Seats, Add-ons and a Real Yearly Cost

Webflow pricing read from webflow.com/pricing on 3 November 2026: the Starter, Basic and Premium site plans, the Team platform plan, Workspace plans and seats, ecommerce, every add-on, monthly against yearly billing, and a one-year cost model for a B2B SaaS marketing site.

Alexander ChuaCo-Founder, Growigami November 5, 2026 10 min read

Webflow costs $15 a month for the Basic site plan and $25 a month for Premium when billed yearly, according to Webflow’s pricing page, checked on 3 November 2026. Billed monthly, Basic is $25 and Premium is $39. The Starter plan is free but has no custom domain. Prices are in US dollars, per site, plus tax.

That is only the first of two bills. Webflow charges for each site you publish and, separately, for the Workspace where your team builds, including every extra seat. This guide sets out each plan and add-on, the price change that reaches agency-managed sites on 16 November 2026, and a one-year cost model for a typical B2B SaaS marketing site. If you are still choosing a platform, read our Webflow vs WordPress comparison next.

How much does each Webflow site plan cost?

Site planBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthlyWhat it includes
StarterFreeFreewebflow.io domain, 2 static pages, limited CMS (50 items), 1 GB bandwidth, 50 form submissions
Basic$15$25Custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited form submissions, password protection, no CMS
Premium$25$39Everything in Basic, plus the CMS (20,000 items, 40 Collections), 50 GB bandwidth (up to 2.5 TB with add-ons), code components, site search, form file upload
Team (platform plan)$2,500 a monthAnnual contract onlyEverything in Premium, plus Localize, AEO agents, publishing workflows, single-page publishing, site activity log and priority support
EnterpriseQuoteQuoteCustom roles, granular permissions, dedicated account manager, SLAs

Source: Webflow pricing page, plan cards and feature table, monthly and yearly toggles, read on 3 November 2026. All plans include Webflow AI, the MCP server and Webflow Cloud app hosting.

The toggle says yearly billing saves “up to 40%”. That is true for Basic ($15 against $25). On Premium the saving is about 36% ($25 against $39).

Which plan a B2B SaaS site needs. Almost always Premium. Basic has no CMS, so there is no blog, no case study library and no resource hub. Starter cannot use your domain. Team makes sense when several people publish every week and you need approvals and Localize included; Webflow’s announcement of the new plans says it includes a site with 100 CMS Collections and 10 seats.

What does Premium bandwidth cost?

Premium includes 50 GB a month. Webflow sells more in steps, added to the plan price:

Extra bandwidthBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthly
+50 GB (100 GB total)+$20+$30
+100 GB (150 GB)+$40+$60
+150 GB (200 GB)+$60+$90
+250 GB (300 GB)+$100+$150
+450 GB (500 GB)+$174+$260
+950 GB (1 TB)+$374+$560
+2.45 TB (2.5 TB)+$974+$1,460

Source: Webflow pricing FAQ, 3 November 2026 (intermediate steps omitted). Webflow’s feature table adds that two consecutive months over the limit trigger an automatic plan upgrade, so watch the usage chart after a launch or a viral post.

A marketing site made of text, a few images and a demo form uses far less bandwidth than one that serves video files from its own hosting. Host demo videos on a video platform and embed them.

How much do Workspace plans and seats cost?

Webflow’s FAQ puts it this way: every site lives inside a Workspace, a site plan pays to publish and host a site, and a Workspace plan pays for staging and collaboration. Every account starts with a free Workspace that includes one full seat.

Workspaces for in-house teams:

Workspace planBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthlyWhat it adds
StarterFreeFree2 staging sites (2 pages, 50 CMS items each), 200 AI credits, 1 full seat, agency and freelancer guests
Core$19$2810 staging sites, 300 pages per staged site, 300 AI credits, custom code, code export, Shared Libraries
Growth$49$60Unlimited staging sites, 400 AI credits, site password protection, 301 redirects, site-specific access, site-level roles, publishing permissions

Workspaces for freelancers and agencies:

Workspace planBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthlyWhat it adds
StarterFreeFree2 staging sites, 1 full seat, 1 free client seat per paid site, 200 AI credits
Freelancer$16$2410 staging sites, free guest access in client Workspaces, full CMS access on staging sites, client payments, 300 AI credits
Agency$35$42Unlimited staging sites, 3 free client seats per site, unlimited Shared Libraries, site-level roles

Seats and credits, on any Workspace:

ItemBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthlyWhat it is for
Full seat$39 per seat$45 per seatDesign full sites or manage admin settings
Limited seat$15 per seat$19 per seatEdit content or build pages with components
Free seat$0$0Reviewers and commenters
AI credits, 2,000 a month$20$25Extra Webflow AI usage across the Workspace

Source: Webflow pricing page, Workspace plans section, both tabs and both billing toggles, 3 November 2026.

The seat is where Webflow budgets go wrong. A marketing team with one designer and three writers needs one full seat (included) and three limited seats, which is $540 a year billed yearly. By contrast, WordPress.com lists unlimited users on its paid plans.

What do Webflow’s add-ons cost?

All four site add-ons are priced by usage, per site, per month:

Add-onEntry price, billed yearlyEntry price, billed monthlyScaleWhat it does
Analyze$9 for 2,000 sessions$12Up to $229 ($299 monthly) for 500,000 sessionsPage views, sessions, visitors and clicks captured automatically, page-level insights
Localize Essential$9 per locale$121 to 3 locales, 10,000 words a monthAI translation, CMS and static page localization, localized SEO
Localize Advanced$29 per locale$351 to 10 locales, 50,000 words a monthAdds asset localization, localized URLs and automatic visitor routing
Optimize$299 for 25,000 page views$379Up to $1,199 ($1,499 monthly) for 500,000 page viewsA/B testing, personalization, AI Optimize, audience targeting, up to 5 concurrent tests

Source: Webflow pricing page, add-on cards and their selectors, 3 November 2026. Other listed prices: Analyze is $29 a month (billed yearly) for 10,000 sessions and $79 for 50,000; Optimize is $399 for 50,000 page views and $549 for 100,000. Webflow Cloud usage beyond the plan costs $2 per million requests and $2 per 5 hours of CPU. Webflow Campaigns, a landing page and ad tool for marketers, starts at $2,000 a month through sales.

Do you need Analyze? Not if you already run Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, which are free. Analyze is useful when nobody on the team will maintain a tag setup.

Do you need Optimize? Only with enough traffic to reach a result. A test needs enough visitors and conversions on each version to tell them apart, and a B2B SaaS site with a few hundred demo requests a month will wait a long time for an answer. Fixing the demo path usually comes first.

How much is Webflow Ecommerce?

Ecommerce planBilled yearly (per month)Billed monthlyItemsTransaction fee
Standard$29$425002%
Plus$74$845,0000%
Advanced$212$23515,0000%

Source: Webflow pricing page, 3 November 2026. Ecommerce plans replace a site plan for stores. A SaaS company that bills through Stripe or its own app does not need one.

Will Webflow’s price change for existing sites?

Yes, for many. Webflow’s pricing announcement merged the old CMS and Business plans into Premium at $25 a month yearly or $39 monthly, raised Basic to $15 yearly or $25 monthly, and doubled the Basic static page limit from 150 to 300. The dates:

  • New purchases: already on the new prices.
  • Most existing sites: move at the next renewal or billable change on or after 29 June 2026.
  • Sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, or on legacy pricing: move at the next renewal or billable change on or after 16 November 2026.

Webflow says site owners can switch to yearly billing before their date to keep their current plan for another year. Former Business plan sites keep most features but drop from 100 GB to 50 GB of included bandwidth, so a busy site may need a bandwidth add-on after the move. If an agency manages your site, ask it now which plan you will land on.

What does Webflow cost for a B2B SaaS marketing site in a year?

Illustrative. Brightquay, a fictional B2B SaaS company, runs its marketing site on Webflow: home, product, pricing, a blog and case studies in the CMS, and one translated version for Germany. One marketer builds pages, one developer adds code components, and two writers publish posts. List prices from webflow.com/pricing on 3 November 2026, before tax.

LineBilled yearlyBilled monthly
Premium site plan$25 x 12 = $300$39 x 12 = $468
Core Workspace (includes the marketer’s full seat)$19 x 12 = $228$28 x 12 = $336
1 extra full seat (developer)$39 x 12 = $468$45 x 12 = $540
2 limited seats (writers)$15 x 2 x 12 = $360$19 x 2 x 12 = $456
Analyze, 10,000 sessions$29 x 12 = $348$39 x 12 = $468
Localize Essential, 1 locale$9 x 12 = $108$12 x 12 = $144
Total for the year$1,812$2,412

Two variations on the same site:

  • Lean: Premium on the free Starter Workspace, one person editing, no add-ons: $300 a year billed yearly, $468 billed monthly. This works until a second editor or code export is needed.
  • With testing: the full setup plus Optimize at 25,000 page views ($299 x 12 = $3,588 yearly, $379 x 12 = $4,548 monthly): $5,400 a year billed yearly, $6,960 billed monthly.

The software is the smaller cost. Designing and building the site, then shipping new pages every month, costs more than any plan above. For a sense of how a website line fits in a full budget, see our SaaS marketing budget guide.

How do you keep Webflow costs down?

  • Bill yearly once the site is stable. Basic costs 40% less and Premium about 36% less on yearly billing. Webflow’s FAQ says cancelling does not refund the rest of the term, so stay monthly while you are still testing.
  • Give writers limited seats. A limited seat ($15) is enough to edit content and build pages from components; full seats ($39) are for the people who change the design system.
  • Use free seats for review. Reviewers and commenters cost $0.
  • Check whether you need a paid Workspace. The free Starter Workspace can hold paid hosted sites. Pay for Core when you need code export, custom code or more staging sites.
  • Skip add-ons that duplicate free tools. Google Analytics 4 covers most of what Analyze does.
  • Keep video off Webflow hosting. It is the fastest way to outgrow 50 GB.
  • Build from components. Pages built from a small set of components are faster to edit and keep the design consistent. Our free website templates show the pattern: one component per section, with a SaaS homepage set that includes a monthly and annual pricing switch.

Frequently asked

How much does Webflow cost per month?

On webflow.com/pricing, checked on 3 November 2026, the Basic site plan is $15 a month billed yearly or $25 billed monthly, and the Premium site plan (the one with the CMS) is $25 billed yearly or $39 billed monthly. A Workspace plan and seats are billed on top: Core is $19 a month billed yearly, and each extra full seat is $39 a month billed yearly. Prices are in US dollars, per site, plus tax.

Is Webflow free?

You can build for free. The Starter site plan costs $0 and gives you a webflow.io address, 2 static pages, limited CMS, 1 GB of bandwidth and 50 form submissions. To use your own domain you need a paid site plan, starting with Basic at $15 a month billed yearly. Every account also gets a free Starter Workspace with one full seat.

Why does Webflow charge for a site plan and a Workspace plan?

They pay for different things. A site plan pays to publish and host one site and adds site features such as the CMS. A Workspace plan pays for where your team builds: staging sites, code export, collaboration and seats. A paid site plan works inside the free Starter Workspace, which includes one full seat; teams that need more editors, staging or code export add a paid Workspace.

Is Webflow cheaper than WordPress?

For the software and hosting alone, usually not. WordPress.com Business is $25 a month billed yearly with unlimited users, and managed WordPress hosting lists from $28 a month billed yearly at WP Engine (first-year price for new customers) and $30 at Kinsta. Webflow Premium is also $25 a month, but each extra editor needs a paid seat. WordPress costs more in upkeep: plugin updates, security and someone to fix what breaks. Our Webflow vs WordPress comparison runs the numbers.

Will my Webflow price change?

Webflow merged its CMS and Business site plans into Premium in 2026. New purchases already pay the new prices. Existing sites move on their next renewal or billable change on or after 29 June 2026, and sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces or on legacy pricing move on or after 16 November 2026. Webflow says you can switch to yearly billing before then to keep your current plan for another year.

Can I cancel Webflow at any time?

Yes, but Webflow's pricing FAQ says you still pay the remainder of the term you signed up for. On yearly billing that means the rest of the year.
