Why it matters
Ahrefs estimates 160,000 US searches a month for 'ac repair near me' and 128,000 for 'furnace repair near me' (November 2026). Advertisers pay about $9 and $6 a click for them. Both are searches for a company to come out and fix a system.
What you get
Campaigns on Google and Meta on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, paid at cost.
Each campaign sends its clicks to its own landing page, with up to two new pages built each month.
Each week we read results in your CRM and move spend to the campaigns that book calls.
The weekly work keeps going in July and January, when you are out on calls.
A second process, priced on its own, sends each new lead to the right person with a reply drafted, at any hour.
The Paid process is $1,999 a month up to $25,000 in ad spend. It does not rise as a share of spend.
How it starts

HVAC PPC is pay-per-click advertising for heating and cooling companies: ads on Google and other platforms where you pay each time someone clicks. In LocaliQ’s 2025 benchmarks, air conditioning search ads had a median cost of $9.68 a click and $127.74 a lead. At Growigami your CRO builds the process and we run it every week, from $1,999 a month.
A PPC campaign bids on the searches your customers make, such as “AC repair near me,” and shows an ad when someone types one. You pay when the ad is clicked. A PPC service runs the account for you: the keywords, the ads, the landing pages, the bids and the reports.
The guides that rank for this search list the main ad types. Search ads show above the results. Local Services Ads, which LocaliQ describes as pay-per-lead, appear at the top of the page. Remarketing follows past visitors, and Meta ads reach homeowners before they search.
ServiceTitan’s guide separates the two markets. Commercial HVAC companies serve “hospitals, hotels, restaurants, etc.,” and their campaigns differ from residential ones.
Our Paid and creative process runs Google and Meta campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, at $1,999 a month. It also runs your Google Local Services Ads and your Business Profile work. Each campaign gets its own landing page, with up to two new pages built each month. Each week we read results in your CRM and move spend to the campaigns that book calls. AI agents draft new ads, and they go live before the old ones tire.
The larger size covers up to $50,000 a month in ad spend on all four channels: Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn. It costs $1,499 more a month.
Heating and cooling demand moves with the weather. TruLata, an AI marketing platform, says in its first-page HVAC PPC guide that a do-it-yourself account “breaks down in July and January,” when the owner is in the field. A weekly process keeps working through those months. Spend moves toward the campaigns booking calls that week, while you are out on jobs.
LocaliQ publishes 2025 benchmarks from 3,211 US search ad campaigns run by its home services customers between April 1, 2024 and March 21, 2025. It splits HVAC into two categories and reports medians.
| Search ads, median | Air conditioning install and repair | Heating and furnaces | All home services |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per lead | $127.74 | $129.02 | $90.92 |
| Cost per click | $9.68 | $9.30 | $7.85 |
| Conversion rate | 6.56% | 7.48% | 7.33% |
| Click-through rate | 6.43% | 5.97% | 6.37% |
Across home services, cost per lead rose for 69% of businesses in that period, by 10.51% on average from the year before.
The click is the ad cost, about $9 to $10 for HVAC at the medians above. Running the account is a separate fee. WebFX publishes HVAC PPC management tiers, read on 4 November 2026:
By our arithmetic on that table, an account with $25,000 a month in ad spend sits in the Pro tier, where 15% comes to $3,750 a month, above the $975 floor. Growigami’s Paid process stays at $1,999 a month up to that spend. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. The full list is on our price list.
They show up in more of the searches homeowners make, through ads and through pages that rank, then answer every lead fast. Ads buy this week’s clicks, and pages keep drawing visits with no per-click cost. The reply decides how many of either become jobs.
Each does a different job. PPC puts you in front of a search today, at a median $9.30 to $9.68 a click for HVAC. SEO builds pages that keep ranking after they are published. Our Search process writes those pages from what your team already knows, 200 a month at the base size. You can run both, and start with either.
Every lead needs an owner and a reply. Our Inbound lead follow-up process researches each new lead and sends it to the right person with a reply drafted, ready to check and send. A lead nobody has touched goes back to your office before it goes cold. The base size covers up to 300 inbound leads a month.
Commercial buyers are facility managers and property owners you can list by name. Our Outbound process (Pipeline) researches 500 target accounts a month, finds a reason each one would talk now and writes a message for each contact, ready for you to send.
Field service software such as Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan runs scheduling, quoting and invoicing. TruLata’s comparison says Jobber and Housecall Pro are “Built around running jobs, not around building and tuning ad campaigns.” It says general marketing software gives you the parts and leaves the assembly to you or an agency. Growigami’s agents do the weekly work, and a CRO builds each process first.
Neither is an HVAC company; both sell into roofing.
SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Its buyer is a homeowner, the same person who calls an HVAC company. Its rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search. Its estimated search visits grew more than 100x in five months, with 428 keywords in the top 3 by September (SquareDash story).
CapOut sells software that turns insurance estimate PDFs into Xactimate files for roofing and restoration contractors. Its outbound went to roofers, public adjusters and supplement firms, and its new search pages took estimated search traffic up 10x (CapOut story).
Growigami is one of several ways to run HVAC ads:
Our pages for roofing companies and plumbers cover the same model for those trades.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Search comes first, because homeowners look for HVAC help when a system fails or a season turns. Run search ads for the jobs you want and build pages that rank for the same searches. Then answer every lead, at any hour. LocaliQ's 2025 data puts the median air conditioning search lead at $127.74, so a missed reply is costly. Growigami runs each of those as a process from $1,999 a month.
Growigami's Paid process is $1,999 a month for up to $25,000 in ad spend on two channels. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost. WebFX publishes HVAC PPC tiers from $750 a month, rising to 15% or 12% of ad spend at higher budgets, with a first month of $1,200 to $5,800 (read 4 November 2026).
Leads with no per-click cost come from your own search pages, your Google Business Profile and referrals from past customers. They still take work. Growigami's Search process publishes pages on a schedule, built to rank on Google and to be cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity. It starts at $1,999 a month.
Run Meta ads to homeowners in your service area, and send each click to a page about that job. Our Paid process runs Meta campaigns next to Google ones, with up to two new landing pages a month. New ads go live before the old ones tire.
Growigami does not promise a lead count. Each process has a scope you can check, such as campaigns running and pages built. You read what it produced in your CRM, campaign by campaign. If the numbers do not justify the price, you can leave with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
Your time goes into the setup. You give us read access to your CRM, and your CRO builds the campaigns and landing pages with you, usually in about three weeks. After that, we run the account every week and you read the results in your CRM. You can see any ad before it runs.
The minimum is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days' notice. None of the six first-page results we read for HVAC PPC on 4 November 2026 states its own contract term, so ask any agency for its term in writing before you sign.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
