Why it matters
Four ways of asking whether homeowners insurance covers tree removal add up to about 1,650 US searches a month, by our sum of Ahrefs' November 2026 estimates. By the same estimates, another 350 ask who is responsible for fallen tree removal, and 1,200 ask what tree removal costs. A tree service can answer those questions on its own pages, before the homeowner calls anyone.
What you get
Pages for removal, trimming, stump grinding and storm work in each town, built to rank on Google and get cited by ChatGPT.
Pages on what homeowners search before calling: what a removal costs and whether insurance pays for it.
Each estimate request gets a reply drafted at any hour, ready for your office to send. Requests nobody touched get flagged.
Google and Meta campaigns with a page for each one, plus your Local Services Ads and Business Profile work.
Large removal estimates that go quiet get a follow-up with a new reason to talk.
A monthly newsletter to past customers about pruning and tree health, with a reason to book the next visit.
How it starts
You give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show the first process we would build.
Your CRO sets up the process with you and your office. It is usually running in about three weeks.
AI agents draft the pages, ads and replies each week, and spend moves to the campaigns that book estimates.
When the first process shows results in your CRM, add another or stay with one.
Side by side
Agency figures come from Tree Service Digital's pricing page and homepage FAQ (it works only with tree service companies), read 5 November 2026. Marketing 360 shows no price on its tree service page. Tree service marketing is the pages, ads, Google Business Profile and lead follow-up that bring a tree company removal, trimming and storm calls. Many start with a question: about 1,200 US searches a month ask what tree removal costs, by Ahrefs’ November 2026 estimate. At Growigami your CRO builds each process and we run it weekly, from $1,999 a month.
The pages that rank for tree service marketing describe much the same list. It starts with a website with a page for each service, local SEO and the Google Business Profile. Then come Google Ads and Local Services Ads, review requests, social posts, email and direct mail. Jobber’s guide adds lawn signs, referral programs and partnering with landscapers. Storm work comes up again and again. Marketing 360 sells “Storm-response campaigns that turn on fast and target the neighborhoods that just got hit.”
Tree Service Digital, an agency built only for tree companies, posts three programs on its pricing page. Hook Agency posts its prices too. Marketing 360 puts its price behind a form, and none of the tree pages we read states a contract term.
Each week, AI agents draft your job pages, your ads, a reply to every estimate request and a follow-up on estimates that went quiet. Your CRO, a senior lead who has run marketing and sales teams, sets up each process with you and your office first and checks that it works. Your crews still climb and cut, and you or your estimator still price the job. You read what each process produced in your CRM.
Each process is priced on its own, and you can start with any one:
These are Ahrefs’ estimates of US searches a month, pulled on 5 November 2026, for questions homeowners type before they call:
| Question homeowners search | US searches a month (Ahrefs estimate, Nov 2026) |
|---|---|
| how much does tree removal cost | 1,200 |
| how much does tree removal cost in nj? | 1,200 |
| does homeowners insurance cover tree removal | 700 |
| how much is tree removal | 600 |
| will homeowners insurance cover tree removal | 400 |
| who is responsible for fallen tree removal | 350 |
| does home insurance cover tree removal | 300 |
| will my homeowners insurance cover preventative tree removal | 250 |
Every question on the list is about cost, insurance or who pays. The four insurance phrasings add up to about 1,650 searches a month, by our sum of those estimates. A page that explains what your crews see on insurance jobs, written from your estimates, answers a question the homeowner asks before calling anyone.
They get found for the jobs they want, answer every request fast and give the homeowner a reason to trust a crew with a dangerous job.
Storm calls come in a rush, so the pages have to be live before the storm. Publish emergency removal and storm cleanup pages for each town in the off-season. Jobber’s guide says to list emergency hours for storm calls on your Business Profile. Our Inbound lead follow-up drafts a reply to each request at any hour, and your office sends it. Our Paid process changes ads weekly, so storm campaigns are best planned before the season.
Google lists tree services among its US Local Services Ads categories. Those ads charge for leads, and Google says regularly missed calls or messages can hurt their ranking. On the map, Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help a business’s local ranking. Asking for a review after each job stays with your crew or your field software, and our Paid process handles the Business Profile work.
ISA says its Certified Arborist program is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board for meeting or exceeding ISO 17024 standards for certification bodies. Jobber’s guide tells owners to put certifications and insurance numbers on the website. If someone on your crew is certified, our pages say so in plain words. If no one is, the pages lean on your insurance, your reviews and your photos.
Arborgold’s guide suggests recurring services such as seasonal pruning or maintenance plans. Our Nurture process sends past customers a monthly newsletter, so the family who called for a removal hears from you before the next pruning season. For property managers and homeowners’ associations, our Outbound process researches the accounts on your list and writes to each one.
These are the prices posted on the firms’ own pages, read on 5 November 2026:

| Growigami | One process, such as Paid ads | $1,999 | Ad spend at cost; Your first build is on us this month |
Tree Service Digital adds a $300 flat fee when Google Ads spend passes $3,000 a month.
At Growigami each process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Paid ads plus Inbound lead follow-up comes to $3,998 a month after the first. Every price is on our price list.
SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Its buyer is a homeowner replacing a roof, a big job priced at home, much like a large removal. Its rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search, such as cost by city. Within five months its estimated search visits grew more than 100x (SquareDash story). SquareDash is not a tree service, and the result is search traffic.
Another firm is the better buy in these cases:
If your company mows, plants and builds patios more than it removes trees, our landscaping marketing page fits better. Our home services marketing page covers companies with several trades. Growigami fits a tree company that wants pages, ads and a drafted reply on every request run each week, at a posted price with an exit after three months.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Tree Service Digital posts three programs at $1,597, $2,197 and $2,997 a month, each with a $1,000 onboarding fee and ad budgets separate. Hook Agency charges $3,750 a month for local SEO and from $2,000 for Google Ads and Local Services Ads. At Growigami each process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.
Run them if you would rather pay per lead than per click. Google lists tree services as a US Local Services Ads category and charges only for leads related to your business. Google also says that regularly failing to answer calls or messages can affect your ad ranking, so they work best when your office picks up. Our Paid process runs your Local Services Ads.
Hook's tree page says that with pay-per-lead sites you overpay and five companies get the same lead. Tree Service Digital calls shared leads a race to the bottom. Leads from your own pages, ads and Business Profile come to you alone. Our Inbound lead follow-up drafts a reply to every one, whatever its source.
Get ready before it hits. Publish pages on emergency removal and storm cleanup for each town, and list emergency hours on your Business Profile, as Jobber's guide suggests. Then answer every request fast. Our Inbound lead follow-up drafts a reply to each one at any hour, up to 300 a month, or 600 for $1,499 more a month. Our ad changes are weekly, so we do not switch on storm ads within hours.
It gives homeowners something they can check: ISA's Trees Are Good site has a public search of credential holders. ISA says its Certified Arborist program is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board for meeting or exceeding ISO 17024, and certified arborists must adhere to its Code of Ethics. Jobber's guide says to show your certifications and insurance numbers on your site. If your crew holds a credential, our pages name it. We never claim one you do not have.
Growigami does not promise a lead count. Each process has a scope you can check, such as pages published and requests followed up. You read what it produced in your CRM. If the numbers do not justify the price, you can leave with 30 days' notice after three months.
Most of it goes into the setup, before storm season if you can. You give us read access to your CRM, and your CRO builds the first process with you and your office, usually in about three weeks. After that, we do the weekly work and you read what it produced in your CRM. You can see any ad or page before it runs.
The minimum is three months, and after that you can leave with 30 days' notice. Tree Service Digital's pricing page and Hook's pricing page state no term, so ask any tree service marketing firm for its term and its exit in writing.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
