Chiropractic marketing gets a clinic found and chosen by people in pain nearby, through search pages, the Google Business Profile, ads and fast replies. The 107 chiropractors in Chiropractic Economics’ 2025 survey averaged 7 new patients a week, against 10 in the 2024 survey. Growigami runs each piece as a process from $1,999 a month.
How do you get more chiropractic patients?
Open more of the doors a new patient comes through, and answer faster once someone knocks. The six pages we read for this search name much the same doors:
Search and the map. A person with back pain searches for a chiropractor nearby. The Business Profile, reviews and pages on your site shape whether they call you.
Google ads and Local Services Ads. Paid placements for people already searching.
Facebook and Instagram. Ads and video that reach people before they search.
Referrals. Past patients, family and other providers.
Reactivation. Email and text to patients who stopped coming.
Community. Screenings, talks and events.
None of the six says who approves an ad or a page before it runs. CHIROBASIX’s guides post its prices and date their sources.
How does chiropractor SEO work?
Chiropractor SEO puts the clinic’s own pages in front of people searching for help nearby. The Business Profile and reviews feed the map, and pages on your site answer what patients ask, such as whether sciatica responds to adjustments.
Our Search process writes those pages every week. We pick topics from search data and from the questions your front desk hears. Your chiropractor answers a few questions on a short call. AI agents draft the pages, and our team checks each draft for facts. Pages go live on Thursday, and on Friday we check rankings and AI citations. The base size publishes 200 pages a month, and the larger size publishes 500.

What does chiropractic marketing cost in 2026?
On 4 November 2026 we read the survey the ranking pages cite and the prices two ranking agencies publish.
A solo clinic spending the survey average puts about $680 a month into marketing, so one $1,999 process costs close to three times the average solo budget. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Three months of one process, the minimum term, come to $5,997 in all. Ad spend is paid at cost.
Which advertising rules apply to chiropractors?
Advertising rules for chiropractors differ by state and by chiropractic board. Your clinic’s own counsel decides what it can say, and none of this is legal or medical advice. Here is what several of those rules say, in their own terms:
False advertising of services. The FTC Act makes it unlawful to disseminate a false advertisement likely to induce the purchase of services (15 U.S.C. 52). A false advertisement is one misleading in a material respect, judged in part by the material facts it fails to reveal (15 U.S.C. 55).
Patient results. Under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, an ad that shows a patient’s experience on a key attribute is likely read as typical. Without proof that it is typical, the ad should clearly disclose the generally expected result, and have proof for that (16 CFR 255.2(b)).
Reviews. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews took effect on October 21, 2024. It bars a business from writing fake reviews, or buying reviews it knew or should have known were fake (16 CFR 465.2). It also bars giving pay or other incentives for reviews that express a particular sentiment, positive or negative (16 CFR 465.4).
Professional ethics. The American Chiropractic Association’s Code of Ethics for its members, ratified in 2023, says in principle XI that advertising should not exploit patients’ vulnerability and should not be misleading, deceptive or fraudulent.
One state’s statute. California’s Business and Professions Code section 651 bars false or misleading public communications by its licensees, including those licensed under an initiative act. California licenses chiropractors under one (section 1000). Before-and-after images of a patient must name the procedures performed and state that the same results are not assured for every patient. The section also bars scientific claims that reliable, peer-reviewed, published studies cannot back.
Patient information. Under HIPAA, a covered clinic must get a patient’s authorization for any use or disclosure of that patient’s health information for marketing, with two narrow exceptions (45 CFR 164.508(a)(3)).
Referral rewards. The Anti-Kickback Statute makes it a felony to knowingly and willfully offer or pay any remuneration to induce a referral for items or services a federal health care program, such as Medicare, can pay for (42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(b)(2)). How it applies to a given reward is a question for counsel.
Growigami drafts every page, ad and email. A chiropractor you name approves each one before it goes out. Our team checks each draft for facts before it reaches them. We hold no HIPAA or compliance certification.
What Growigami runs for a chiropractic clinic
Each week, AI agents draft new pages from your chiropractor’s answers, refresh your ads and draft replies to new requests, and our team checks every draft for facts. Your CRO, a growth lead who has run sales and marketing teams, builds each process with your team and proves it works before the agents run it. Your chiropractor takes a short call with us each week, and your front desk keeps booking visits.

You start with one process:
Search (Search): pages on what patients ask about pain and treatment, published on your site each week. 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 at the larger size. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity your patients’ questions and show you which answers name your clinic and which name a competitor.
Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google and Meta campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to two new landing pages a month. It also runs your Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile work. AI agents draft the ads, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that book visits.
Inbound lead follow-up: each appointment request from your site gets a reply drafted at any hour, for up to 300 requests a month. Your front desk checks each reply and sends it. If HIPAA covers your clinic, this process would see patient information, so whether and how it runs is for your counsel and us to settle first.
Nurture and newsletter: up to five email journeys and a monthly newsletter. A patient who stopped coming gets different emails from a new request. It uses your patient list, so the same HIPAA question comes first.
A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.
When a chiropractic marketing specialist fits better
You only need a website. CHIROBASIX’s website-only program is $150 a month on a 1-year term.
You want reminders and recall texts. Demandforce, a practice software company, covers automated appointment reminders and review requests by email and text in its guide.
You want an agency that works only with chiropractors. GoChiroPro says it works exclusively with chiropractors, and Perfect Patients says more than 5,000 chiropractors have chosen it.
Your patients come from screenings and talks. Our processes run online, and our Events process is built for trade show booths.
NaviNurses: a health service sold to families
NaviNurses lets families hire a registered nurse for care at home when insurance does not cover it. Its founder is a nurse, and the company took in everyone who called, mostly by word of mouth. We defined its ideal client, then ran webinars, content and outbound as one plan. Its new sales team reached full quota in 60 days (NaviNurses story).
NaviNurses sells home nursing, and its result says nothing about new patients for your clinic. We offer the same processes for dental marketing and veterinary marketing.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Common questions about chiropractic marketing
How much does chiropractic marketing cost?
The 107 chiropractors in Chiropractic Economics' 2025 survey averaged $13,540 a year on advertising and marketing, with solo practices at $8,154 and group practices at $27,927. CHIROBASIX publishes $150 to $2,300 a month. GoChiroPro starts at $400. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.
What is the best marketing for chiropractors?
The best channel is the one you can trace to booked new patients in your own records. CHIROBASIX's guide puts the Google Business Profile, reviews and a site that converts first, since they cost team time and no ad spend. Paid search adds speed: LocaliQ's 2026 benchmarks put Physicians and Surgeons at $4.76 a click and $40.04 a lead.
How long does chiropractor SEO take?
We do not forecast rankings or new-patient counts, because they depend on your town and the clinics near you. Within a week of read access we show you the first process we would build, and it usually runs within about three weeks. Pages then publish weekly, and each Friday we check rankings and AI citations.
Can chiropractors use patient testimonials?
Federal rules set conditions, and your counsel decides what your state allows. Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides, an ad that shows a patient's experience on a key point is likely read as typical. It then needs proof, or a clear disclosure of the generally expected result, which also needs proof (16 CFR 255.2(b)). If HIPAA covers your clinic, using a patient's health information in an ad needs that patient's authorization (45 CFR 164.508(a)).
Can I reward patients for referrals?
That is a question for your counsel, most of all if your clinic sees Medicare patients. The federal Anti-Kickback Statute makes it a felony to knowingly and willfully offer or pay any remuneration, in cash or in kind, to induce a referral. It covers items and services a federal health care program, such as Medicare, can pay for, in whole or in part (42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(b)(2)). The statute has exceptions, and counsel decides how it applies.
Is Growigami HIPAA compliant?
We hold no HIPAA certification and claim none. Search pages and ads can be built without patient information. Under HIPAA, a covered clinic can let a vendor handle patient information on its behalf only with written assurances in a business associate agreement (45 CFR 164.502(e)). Read access to a system that holds patient records would show us patient information, so your counsel decides that first.
Do you guarantee new patients?
No. GoChiroPro's homepage offers a 100% money-back guarantee, and Practice Builders' page says its SEO guarantees top-tier visibility. We commit to the work and a posted price. New-patient numbers depend on your town, your schedule and how fast your front desk answers, and after the first three months you can leave with 30 days' notice.
