What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion

The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1

Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

Fennick probes report every 60 seconds, so the timeline has no gaps.4

A dental marketing company gets a practice found and chosen by new patients, through search pages, Google and Meta ads, the Google Business Profile and reviews. In the ADA Health Policy Institute’s Q3 2026 poll, 38% of the dentists polled said they were not busy enough. Growigami runs each piece as a process from $1,999 a month.

What does a dental marketing company do?

It brings new patients to the practice and makes the practice easy to choose. The six pages we read from Google’s first page for this search describe much the same menu:

  • Website: the pages a patient lands on, with booking and contact.
  • Dental SEO: pages that rank on Google and in AI answers for treatments and questions in your area.
  • Google Business Profile and reviews: the listing that shows in the map, and the star rating beside it.
  • Dental PPC: Google search ads and Meta ads aimed at people near the practice.
  • Social posts: mostly Instagram and Facebook.
  • Follow-up: the reply when someone calls or fills in a form.

None of the six pages says who approves an ad or a page before it runs.

How does dental SEO work?

Dental SEO puts a practice in front of people searching for a dentist or a treatment near them. It has two parts. The first is the Business Profile and reviews, which feed the map Google shows for local searches. The second is pages on your own site that answer what patients ask, such as what an implant costs or what to do about a cracked tooth.

Our Search process covers the second part every week. We pick the topics from search data and from the questions your front desk hears. Your dentist answers a few questions on a short call. AI agents draft the pages, our team checks each draft for facts, and pages go live on Thursday with links from older pages. On Friday we check rankings and AI citations and refresh pages that slipped. The base size publishes 200 pages a month, and the larger size publishes 500.

What does dental PPC cost?

Dental PPC is paid search: you pay Google each time someone clicks your ad. LocaliQ’s 2026 benchmarks, drawn from thousands of its customers’ Google and Microsoft campaigns and updated June 1, 2026, put dental clicks above the average.

Search ads, 2026 averageDentists and Dental ServicesAll industries
Cost per click$8.00$5.42
Click-through rate5.66%6.64%
Conversion rate10.67%8.18%
Cost per lead$72.97$66.69

LocaliQ counts a call, chat, form fill or email as a lead. Only some leads book, so rank each source by cost per lead, then by cost per booked new patient.

How do you measure dental marketing ROI?

Count booked new patients by source, then divide what each source cost by those patients. The bookings live in your practice management system. Call tracking ties a phone call to the ad or page behind it. Wonderist and Lasso MD sell that link to the practice management system as part of their service.

What do dental marketing companies charge in 2026?

Thrive’s roundup says small practices typically invest $1,000 to $5,000 a month. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Three months of one process, the minimum term, come to $5,997 in all. Ad spend is paid at cost.

Which rules apply to dental advertising?

Advertising rules for dentists differ by state and by dental board. Your own counsel or compliance lead decides what your practice can say, and none of this is legal advice. Here is what some of the rules say:

  • False or misleading ads. The ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct binds ADA members (advisory opinions revised to October 2025). Its section 5.F says no dentist shall advertise in a way that is false or misleading in any material respect, social media included. Advisory opinion 5.F.2 lists among its examples statements likely to create an unjustified expectation about results.
  • Bylines. Under advisory opinion 5.F.1, a dental health article, message or newsletter published under a dentist’s byline without truthful disclosure of its source and authorship is a false or misleading representation. Pages we draft for a dentist’s site raise this question, and your counsel decides how they are credited.
  • Patient information in marketing. A covered practice needs a patient’s authorization to use or disclose that patient’s protected health information for marketing (45 CFR 164.508(a)(3)). The rule names two exceptions: a face-to-face communication and a promotional gift of nominal value. HIPAA’s definition of marketing in 45 CFR 164.501 leaves out some communications about a patient’s own treatment.
  • Replies to reviews. OCR said New Vision Dental disclosed patient information in its replies to Yelp reviews. The practice paid $23,000 and agreed to a corrective action plan, and the settlement is not an admission of liability (TechTarget, 15 December 2022).
  • Vendors that see patient data. A business associate is a person or firm that handles protected health information on a covered practice’s behalf (45 CFR 160.103). The practice can share that information with it only with satisfactory assurance, documented in a written agreement, that it will safeguard it (45 CFR 164.502(e) and 164.504(e)).
  • Reviews. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews took effect on 21 October 2024 (16 CFR Part 465). It bars a business from writing or buying fake reviews (465.2), and from paying for reviews that express a particular sentiment, positive or negative (465.4).
  • Before-and-after photos, in one state. California’s Business and Professions Code section 651 covers dentists and other licensed health professionals there. It counts a before-and-after photo as a violation unless it states the procedures performed, shows comparable views and warns that other patients will not always get the same results. A photo of a model must say it is a model.

Growigami drafts every page and ad. A person you name at the practice, such as the owner dentist or the office manager, approves each one before it goes out. Our team checks each page draft for facts before it reaches them. We hold no HIPAA or compliance certification.

What Growigami runs for a dental practice

Each week, AI agents draft new pages from your dentist’s answers and refresh your ads, and our team checks every page draft for facts. Your CRO, a growth lead who has run sales and marketing teams, builds each process with your team and proves it works before the agents run it. Your dentist takes a short call with us each week, and your front desk keeps answering patients.

You start with one process:

  • Search (Search): pages on the treatments and questions patients search in your area, published on your site each week. 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 at the larger size. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions your patients ask and show you which answers name your practice and which name a competitor.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google and Meta campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to two new landing pages a month. It also runs your Google Business Profile work and your Local Services Ads. AI agents draft the ads, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that book calls.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: each appointment request from your site gets a reply drafted at any hour, for up to 300 requests a month. Your front desk checks each reply and sends it. Appointment requests can carry patient information, so whether this process runs at a practice, and what it can see, is your compliance lead’s call. HIPAA lets a vendor handle that information only under a written business associate agreement.

The website is a one-time build from $7,499. A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.

When a dental marketing specialist fits better

  • You want each new patient traced to collected revenue. Wonderist and Lasso MD describe tracking connected to the practice management system.
  • You run an implant or full-arch practice. Progressive Dental pairs its marketing with full-arch sales training.
  • You want the lowest monthly fee. Gargle’s membership is $59 a month, with each service priced on top.
  • Your patients find you on Instagram. Our social process writes for LinkedIn. Gargle sells social posting from $245 a month.
  • You need every phone call answered after hours. Patientfy says its AI receptionist answers after-hours calls and books the appointment. Our Inbound process drafts replies to web requests.

SquareDash: 1,403 search pages for local homeowners

SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Like a practice, it needed local searchers to find it. Its rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search, such as replacement cost by city. Its estimated search visits grew more than 100x in five months (SquareDash story).

SquareDash sells roof pricing, and its result says nothing about how many patients your practice will see. We run the same model for chiropractic marketing, med spa marketing and veterinary marketing.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Common questions about dental marketing companies

Who is the best dental marketing company?

The best one is the firm whose work you can trace to booked new patients, at a price and term you can hold for a year. The roundups on Google's first page each rank their own firm first: Lasso MD's list puts Lasso MD first, Thrive's puts Thrive first and Patientfy's puts Patientfy first. Ask each firm for its monthly price, its minimum term and who sees an ad before it runs.

What does a dental marketer do?

A dental marketer gets a practice found and chosen by new patients. That covers the website, search pages, the Google Business Profile, ads, reviews and social posts, plus the reply when someone fills in a form. At Growigami your CRO builds search, ads and follow-up as processes. AI agents do the weekly work, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that book calls.

How much does dental marketing cost?

On the pricing pages we read on 4 November 2026, Gargle's Full-Suite costs $1,495 or $2,095 a month. Pain-Free's Essentials plan costs $1,300 a month for six months to start, and its CMO plan starts at $3,500 plus ad spend. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

How long does dental SEO take to show results?

We do not forecast rankings or new-patient counts, because they depend on your town, your site and the practices near you. Within a week of read access we show you the first process we would build, and it usually runs within about three weeks. From then on, pages publish every week and each Friday we check rankings and AI citations.

What does dental PPC cost per lead?

In LocaliQ's 2026 search advertising benchmarks, Dentists and Dental Services averaged $8.00 a click and $72.97 a lead, against $5.42 and $66.69 across all industries. Those are averages from LocaliQ's own customers, and your town will differ. Our Paid process runs the campaigns from $1,999 a month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

Is Growigami HIPAA compliant?

We hold no HIPAA certification and claim none. Search pages can be written without patient information, and ads can run without it. Tying an ad to a booked patient means matching it against patient records, so your compliance lead decides how that tracking works. A process that would handle protected health information, such as appointment requests that name a treatment, needs a written business associate agreement first (45 CFR 164.502(e) and 164.504(e)). Nothing goes out until the person you name approves it.

Do you guarantee new patients?

No. Adit's page description says it books new patients every month or works for free, and Lasso MD offers a 3X ROI guarantee to practices that qualify. We commit to the work and a posted price, with 30 days' notice after three months. New-patient numbers depend on your market, your schedule and how fast your team answers the phone.

Should I hire a dental-only marketing agency?

Hire a dental-only firm if you want tracking tied to your practice management system or sales training for implant cases. Growigami is not dental-only, and none of our published case studies is a dental practice. We fit a practice that wants search pages and ads run every week at a posted price, with a short exit term.

Start with one dental marketing process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
