Veterinary marketing services bring a clinic new clients and bring current patients back on schedule. The work covers search pages, ads, the Google Business Profile, reminder emails and fast replies. Vetsource data showed visits fell 2.3% in the year to August 2024, while the gap between visits grew to 85.8 days. Growigami runs each piece as a process from $1,999 a month.
What do veterinary marketing services include?
They get a clinic found by pet owners nearby and keep current clients coming back. The ranking pages we read describe much the same work:
Website: services, hours, the team and a way to book.
Veterinary SEO: pages that rank on Google and in AI answers, plus the Business Profile and reviews.
Paid ads: Google search and Local Services Ads, with Facebook and Instagram for awareness.
Social media: posts that keep the clinic in front of local pet owners.
Client communication: reminders, recall and newsletters.
Recruiting: Vetcelerator sells it alongside marketing and a group purchasing program.
None of the ranking pages we read posts a price, and none says who approves an ad or post before it runs. Apex’s homepage says it has no long-term contracts, and Thrive’s roundup says Thrive works month to month.
How does veterinary SEO work?
Veterinary SEO puts the clinic’s own pages in front of pet owners searching nearby. The Business Profile and reviews feed the map. Pages on your site answer what owners ask before they book, such as how often a senior dog needs bloodwork.
Our Search process writes those pages every week. We pick topics from search data and from the questions your front desk hears. A veterinarian answers a few questions on a short call. AI agents draft the pages, and our team checks each draft for facts. Pages go live on Thursday, and on Friday we check rankings and AI citations. The base size publishes 200 pages a month, and the larger size publishes 500.

Animals and Pets had the highest conversion rate in LocaliQ’s table. LocaliQ counts a call, chat, form or email as a lead. Rank each source by cost per lead, then by cost per new client who books a second visit.
How do you bring lapsed patients back?
Write to them before the gap gets long. In the Vetsource data, active patients fell 1.9% in the year to August 2024, and the time between visits grew 48% against 2020 to 2021. Our Nurture process runs up to five email journeys and a monthly newsletter to your list. Each journey is written for how a client reached you, so an appointment request and a new-puppy guide download get different emails.

Which advertising rules apply to veterinarians?
Advertising rules for veterinarians differ by state and by veterinary board. Your own counsel or board decides what your clinic can say, and none of this is legal advice. Here is what some of those rules say:
AVMA ethics. The AVMA’s Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics, as revised in June 2024, say advertising by a veterinarian is ethical when there are no false, deceptive or misleading statements or claims. They call testimonials and endorsements advertising, and say a veterinarian should limit their use and only permit representations readily subject to verification.
One state’s statute. California’s veterinary board can discipline a licensee for false or misleading advertising. It can also discipline a claim to be a veterinary specialist or board certified without certification by an AVMA-recognized or NAVTA-recognized specialty organization. Both are in Business and Professions Code section 4883(f) and (s).
Client results. Under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, an ad that shows one client’s results on a key attribute is likely read as typical. Without proof that it is typical, the Guides say the ad should disclose the generally expected result (16 CFR 255.2(b)).
Reviews. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews bars a business from writing or buying fake reviews, and from paying or offering incentives for reviews that express a particular sentiment (16 CFR 465.2 and 465.4).
Records. HIPAA’s definitions tie health information to an individual, defined as the person who is the subject of protected health information (45 CFR 160.103). States set their own rules for veterinary records. California’s bars a licensed veterinarian from disclosing information about an animal patient, its client or its care, outside listed exceptions such as the client’s consent (section 4857(a)). How those rules reach your client list is a question for your counsel.
Growigami drafts every page, ad and email. A veterinarian you name approves each page, ad and email journey before it goes out, and your front desk checks and sends each reply to an appointment request. Our team checks each page draft for facts before it reaches the veterinarian. We hold no compliance certification.
What Growigami runs for a veterinary clinic
Each week, AI agents draft new pages from your veterinarians’ answers, refresh your ads and draft replies to appointment requests, and our team checks each page draft for facts. Your CRO, a growth lead who has run sales and marketing teams, builds each process with your team and proves it works before the agents run it. A veterinarian takes a short call with us each week, and your front desk keeps booking visits.

You start with one process:
Search (Search): pages on what pet owners ask about care, cost and symptoms, published on your site each week. 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 at the larger size. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity your clients’ questions and show you which answers name your clinic and which name a competitor.
Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google and Meta campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to two new landing pages a month. It also covers your Google Business Profile work and, where Google offers them for clinics, Local Services Ads. AI agents draft the ads, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that bring calls and booking requests.
Inbound lead follow-up: each appointment request from your site gets a reply drafted at any hour, for up to 300 requests a month. Your front desk checks each reply and sends it.
Nurture and newsletter: up to five email journeys, each written for how a client reached you, and a monthly newsletter to your list.
A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.
When a veterinary marketing specialist fits better
You want purchasing savings with your marketing. Vetcelerator pairs its marketing agency with a group purchasing program for clinics.
You want reminders inside a client app. Thrive’s roundup describes PetDesk as a platform that manages appointments and automates reminders.
You only need a website. Signal’s Launch plan is $249 a month plus a $300 design fee.
You need to hire vets and technicians. Vetcelerator sells recruiting for veterinary clinics. Our processes market to clients.
SquareDash: 1,403 pages for local searchers
SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Like a clinic, it needed people nearby to find it when they searched. Its rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search, such as replacement cost by city. Its estimated search visits grew more than 100x in five months (SquareDash story).
SquareDash sells roof pricing, and its result says nothing about how many clients your clinic will see. We run the same model for dental marketing and chiropractic marketing.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Common questions about veterinary marketing services
What do veterinary marketing services include?
They bring a clinic new clients and bring current patients back on schedule. The work covers the website, local search and the Business Profile, Google and Meta ads, social posts and reviews. It also covers reminders to lapsed clients. At Growigami your CRO builds search, ads, request replies and email as processes. AI agents then do the weekly drafting.
How much do veterinary marketing services cost?
Signal posts $249, $499 and $999 a month, and Napollo posts $1,495, $2,495 and $3,495 a month. Web Tonic's 2026 roundup of 21 agencies found that only 4 of the 20 outside firms publish a price. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.
How long does veterinary SEO take?
Napollo's FAQ says SEO and AI visibility improvements build over three to six months. We make no ranking or new-client forecast. Within a week of read access we show you the first process we would build, and it usually runs within about three weeks. Pages then publish weekly, and each Friday we check rankings and AI citations.
Can a vet clinic use client testimonials?
Check with your board and counsel. The AVMA's ethics principles call testimonials advertising and say a veterinarian should limit their use and only permit representations readily subject to verification. Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides, an ad that relates one client's experience on a key point is likely read as typical. Without proof that it is typical, the Guides say the ad should disclose the generally expected result.
Does HIPAA apply to veterinary marketing?
That is a question for your counsel. HIPAA's definitions tie health information to an individual, defined as the person who is the subject of protected health information (45 CFR 160.103). States set their own rules for veterinary records. California's bars a veterinarian from disclosing information about an animal patient, its client or its care, outside listed exceptions such as the client's consent (Business and Professions Code section 4857).
Do you guarantee new clients?
No. New clients depend on your town, your prices, your hours and how fast your front desk answers. We commit to the work and a posted price: pages published, campaigns run, replies and emails drafted. If the numbers do not justify the price, you can leave with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
