Priya RamanCo-founder & CEODraft in her voice

The question auditors ask most1 in the warehouses we work with: what happened after the excursion?

The sensor already logged 46°F at door 6 at 2:14 on a Tuesday2. The auditor wants the next twenty minutes. Who saw the alert? Where did the pallets go? Who signed off once the product was back under 41°F3?

On most docks that story is split between a sensor dashboard and a clipboard by the door4.

51%

of B2B software buyers start research in an AI chatbot more often than Google (G2, March 2026)

Why it matters

Half of software buyers start in AI chat

G2 surveyed 1,076 B2B software buyers in March 2026. Half of them now start their research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google, and 85% think more highly of a vendor that an AI answer includes. Fintech SEO now has to earn the search result and the answer.

What you get

What our fintech SEO service includes

Pages buyers search

Fintech SEO is the work of getting a financial technology company’s pages ranked on Google and cited in AI answers, under the rules that govern financial claims. G2 found in March 2026 that 51% of B2B software buyers start research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google. Growigami runs fintech SEO as a process from $1,999 a month. The reviewer you name approves every page.

What is fintech SEO?

Fintech SEO covers the pages a buyer finds while choosing payments, lending, treasury, banking or compliance software. Where those pages touch money, Google can hold them to a higher bar. Its guidance says its systems give even more weight to content with strong experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust on topics that could significantly impact people’s financial stability. Google calls these “Your Money or Your Life” topics, and it says trust is the most important of the four.

Two things set fintech apart from other software SEO. Claims about fees, rates and insurance status can fall under financial advertising rules, such as the FDIC rule below, and your compliance team decides what each page says. Many buyers also ask an AI assistant before they talk to sales, so the page has to be clear enough to be quoted.

What is a fintech SEO strategy?

A fintech SEO strategy decides which questions your buyers ask, which pages answer them and who approves each page. Ours runs in this order:

  1. Start from what buyers ask. We read your CRM, listen to sales calls and read support tickets to find the questions buyers ask before they buy.
  2. Map the questions. Comparison, integration, use-case and definition pages for each buyer, with the terms your sales team hears on calls.
  3. Draft from your experts. Your expert answers a few questions on a short weekly call, and AI agents draft from those answers. Our team checks each draft for facts. CapOut’s pages came from weekly workshops with its CEO.
  4. Route every draft to your reviewer. You name the person. Nothing publishes until they approve it.
  5. Publish on a schedule. Up to 200 pages a month on your own site at the first size, or 500 at the larger size, as your reviewer approves them.
  6. Check rankings and AI answers. Each week we check rankings and AI citations and refresh pages that slipped. Each month we show you which ChatGPT and Perplexity answers name you and which name a competitor.

Which rules shape fintech pages?

Your compliance team owns the full list, and none of this is legal advice. Four examples of rules that shape fintech pages and ads:

  • FDIC insured status. 12 CFR 328.102 bars any person from using FDIC terms or images in an ad to imply that an uninsured financial product is FDIC-insured, and from knowingly making false or misleading statements about deposit insurance.
  • FINRA Rule 2210. At member firms, a qualified registered principal must approve each retail communication before its use or filing with FINRA, with limited exceptions.
  • Google’s AI content guidance. Google lists generating many pages with AI “without adding value for users” as a possible breach of its scaled content abuse policy. It also says large amounts of AI text without manual oversight or curation represent little to no effort.
  • Meta’s ad rules. For US audiences, Meta requires ads for financial products and services to run in a special ad category, where lookalike audiences are unavailable.

Our AI agents draft each page. A person on your team approves it before it publishes.

Who approves each page, and where does compliance review sit?

Compliance review stays with you. Every page goes to the reviewer you name: a compliance officer, counsel or a registered principal. It publishes only after they approve it. Growigami does not give legal or compliance advice.

A woman working on a laptop in a sunlit corner

Each page is drafted from your experts’ answers, and our team checks every draft for facts before it reaches your reviewer. Your reviewer decides what a page says about fees, rates and insurance.

What does fintech SEO cost?

On 4 November 2026 we read six pages from Google’s first page for this search (Ahrefs, 28 October 2026): five organic results and Virayo’s guide, which Google’s AI Overview cites. Two publish a price, DASH-SEO and Mint Studios. The other four give no price on the page.

Which agencies offer fintech SEO and content marketing?

Most organic results on the first page are agency blogs and service pages, among them Impression, NoGood, Mint Studios, Sure Oak and DASH-SEO. Google’s AI Overview cites Impression, DASH-SEO, Virayo and Mint Studios, among others. Mint Studios’ shortlist adds NinjaPromo, CSTMR, Siege Media, WebFX and Straight North, and describes NinjaPromo’s SEO as including AI search optimization. Mint Studios lists itself first and discloses that it included itself.

What Growigami runs for a fintech company

Search is one process. If you came looking for a marketing agency for fintech, these run beside it, each from $1,999 a month at its first size:

  • Search (Search): pages drafted from your experts’ answers, up to 200 a month or 500 on the larger size, each approved by your reviewer.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): 500 target accounts researched each month, with a message written for each contact. Your seller reviews, then sends.
  • LinkedIn (Social): three posts a week for each person on the plan, written from short calls and voice notes. Each person approves their own posts.
  • Paid (Paid and creative): campaigns on two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta or YouTube, up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to 2 new landing pages a month. Ad spend is paid at cost, and you approve every ad.

For the channels and buying committees in fintech marketing more broadly, see SaaS marketing for fintech companies.

When another option fits better

  • You need legal or compliance advice. Hire counsel or a compliance consultant. We draft to your rules and do not set them.
  • You want a writer team interviewing your experts for every piece. Mint Studios says about 90% of its content is based on subject-expert interviews, from $10,000 a month.
  • You want digital PR and links at scale. Mint’s shortlist describes Siege Media as content-led SEO plus digital PR.
  • You sell a consumer app. Our processes are built for B2B buyers, so a consumer brand firm fits better.

CabFare and CapOut: a payments app and a search build

CabFare turns a driver’s phone into a card terminal for taxis and limousines. It had its Stripe integration and tap-to-pay backend ready and no users, and Facebook ads run in house had cost $3K for fewer than 20 installs. Video ads, outbound and a simpler first-run flow took it from $0 to $20K in monthly recurring revenue in four months (CabFare story).

CapOut turns insurance estimate PDFs into Xactimate files for roofing and restoration contractors. Weekly workshops pulled product knowledge out of its CEO, so the pages said what only CapOut knows, and HARO replies, directory listings and a backlink plan ran beside them. Its estimated search visits grew more than 10x after the new pages went live (CapOut story).

Neither case is a fintech search result: CabFare grew through ads and outbound, and CapOut sells to contractors. Both are past results, and neither is a forecast for your company. We run the same model for real estate marketing and manufacturing marketing.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Common questions about fintech SEO

What is fintech marketing?

Fintech marketing is the work of selling financial software and services to the people who buy them, inside the rules that govern financial claims. It covers search, outbound, social, paid ads, events and email. Growigami runs each channel as a process your CRO builds and AI agents run, and you approve each piece before it goes out, through the reviewer you name.

How do you choose a marketing agency for fintech?

Ask each firm who writes the pages, who approves them, what it costs each month and how long you are committed. Then ask how it handles your compliance review. DASH-SEO says its content is reviewed for UDAAP, FDIC and lending rules before publication, and Impression advises working with legal and compliance teams. At Growigami the final sign-off on each page stays with your reviewer.

Which fintech SEO agency is the best?

The best one writes pages your buyers trust and your compliance team can approve quickly, at a price you can hold for a year. Mint Studios, which lists itself first on its own shortlist, starts at $10,000 a month. DASH-SEO publishes tiers from $5,000 to $20,000. Growigami's search process starts at $1,999 a month. Your compliance team approves each page.

How much does fintech SEO cost?

DASH-SEO charges $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000 a month. Of the 12 B2B marketing firms we compared in November 2026, six publish a price. The lowest monthly price is £3,500 plus project fees, at a UK firm, and the lowest in dollars is $5,000 a month. Growigami's search process starts at $1,999 a month for up to 200 pages and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.

How long does fintech SEO take to show results?

We do not forecast rankings or traffic, because they depend on your market, your site and how fast pages clear review. Within a week of CRM access we show you the first process we would build, and it is usually running in about three weeks. An optional CRO review goes through the results with you each month for $1,499, or each week for $2,999.

Is SEO still worth it for fintech in 2026?

Yes, and the target has widened. G2 found in March 2026 that 51% of B2B software buyers start research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google. The same pages are built to rank on Google and to be cited in AI answers. Each month we check which ChatGPT and Perplexity answers name you.

Can AI-drafted pages rank for financial topics?

Google allows AI-assisted pages that meet its Search Essentials, and it lists generating many pages 'without adding value for users' as a possible breach of its scaled content abuse policy. Our AI agents draft each page from your experts' answers, our team checks each draft for facts, and a person on your team approves it before it publishes. We make no ranking promise for any page.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads or compliance approval?

No. We commit to the work: researched and drafted pages, published on a schedule once your reviewer approves them, and a monthly read of AI answers. Growigami does not give legal or compliance advice. Your compliance team decides what can be said, and the final call on every page stays with them.

Start with one fintech SEO process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first search process we would build and what it would produce.
