What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion
The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.
Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1
Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

US existing-home sales in 2025, the same as 2024 (NAR, May 2026)
Why it matters
US home sales held at 4.06 million
NAR counted 4.06 million existing-home sales in 2025 and 1,438,569 members in June 2026. The typical agent closed nine transaction sides last year. With that few deals, a seller lead that waits until morning for a reply can go to the agent who answered first.

Pages on what sellers and buyers ask about your market, built to rank on Google and get cited by ChatGPT.
Ads inside Meta's rules
Google and Meta campaigns with up to two new landing pages a month. Meta ads run in its Housing category.
Outbound for commercial brokers
Owners and tenants on your list researched each week, with a message written for each one.

Real estate marketing services are the help an agent or brokerage buys to win listings and buyers. That covers search pages, social posts, ads, email and follow-up on leads. NAR counted 4.06 million existing-home sales in 2025, the same as in 2024. Growigami runs each piece for you as a process your CRO builds, from $1,999 a month.
What does real estate marketing do?
Real estate marketing gets an agent picked before the first call. Most deals have one: NAR’s 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers found that 88% of buyers used an agent or broker, and 91% of sellers used an agent. The contest is over which agent, and the market it plays out in is flat.
The rules changed in August 2024. Since August 17, 2024, offers of compensation to buyer brokers can no longer be made on the MLS. Agents working with a buyer must also have a written agreement with that buyer before touring a home, according to NAR. Buyer-side marketing now has to earn that signature before the first tour.
The work splits into a few kinds:
Listing marketing: photos, video, floor plans and the listing description.
Search: pages on your own site that answer what sellers and buyers ask about your market, on Google and in AI answers.
Social: posts from the brokerage and from each agent.
Paid: Google and Meta ads. On Meta, housing ads run in a restricted category.
Lead follow-up: a reply to every inquiry from your site, at any hour.
Recruiting: marketing to the agents a brokerage wants to hire.
Growigami runs search, lead follow-up, paid, outbound and LinkedIn. Listing photography and print mail sit outside what we run. A local photographer and a mail house cover those well.
What do real estate marketing services cost in 2026?
On 4 November 2026 we read the prices on the pages that rank for this search, along with HousingWire’s list from June 2026. Most of the posted prices are for software, templates or a social membership. Of the full-service agencies, only Platform Marketing posts a price, $2,200 a month; TREM Group, the full-service agency on HousingWire’s list, asks you to call.
NAR’s 2026 Member Profile puts median business expenses at $9,530 for 2025 and median gross income at $59,200. That expense figure covers the whole business, so the marketing share is smaller.
Growigami is priced for a brokerage or a team. In the same NAR profile, team-based brokerage specialists reported a median of 32 transaction sides in 2025, against nine for the typical individual agent.
A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Three months of one process, the minimum term, come to $5,997 in all. Ad spend is paid at cost.
How does real estate lead generation work?
Real estate lead generation gets a buyer or seller to raise a hand: a form on your site, an inquiry through a portal or a reply to a post. Some leads are bought and some are built on your own site. These are the main sources:
Portals. Zillow Preferred, which replaced Zillow Flex, charges a percentage of the commission on your side of each deal, paid only when it closes. The Close reported in June 2026 that it is invite only and requires a Follow Up Boss subscription.
Your own site. Pages that rank for what sellers in your market search, such as what homes sold for in a neighborhood or how long listings take to sell there. The pages are published on your own site.
Paid ads. Google search ads reach people who are searching now. On Meta, housing ads must run in the Housing special ad category. It fixes ages at 18 through 65+, removes gender targeting and blocks ZIP code targeting. It also requires at least a 15-mile radius in the US, and lookalike audiences are unavailable, per Meta’s developer documentation.
Your sphere. Email and calls to past clients and people who know you. NAR found 91% of buyers would use their agent again or recommend them.
Whichever mix you run, rank each source by cost per lead and then by cost per closing, after referral fees. The second number decides where next quarter’s budget goes.
How do you build a real estate lead generation funnel?
A funnel is the path from first touch to closing. A buyer finds a page or an ad, fills in a form and gets a reply. Then come an appointment, a signed buyer agreement, a contract and a closing. Track each step in your CRM: a funnel that loses people between the reply and the appointment needs faster follow-up, and buying more leads will not fix it.
Which real estate lead generation company should you pick?
Pick the one whose leads close in your market at the lowest cost per closing. Before you sign, ask each firm who does the weekly work and who replies to a new lead after hours. Then ask what it costs each month and how long you are committed.
Can AI run real estate lead generation?
AI handles the parts that repeat. At Growigami, each inbound lead is researched and scored, then sent to the right agent with a first reply drafted, at any hour. The agent opens a reply that is ready to send. A lead nobody has touched goes back to your team before it goes cold, for up to 300 leads a month.
The same AI agents write a search page for each neighborhood and question you choose. They work from what your agents already know about the market.
What Growigami runs for a brokerage
Your CRO builds each process with your team and proves it works. From then on, AI agents run it every week. You start with one:
Search (Search): pages built on the questions sellers and buyers ask about your market, published on a schedule. 200 pages a month, or 500 on the larger size. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions your clients ask and show you which answers name you.
Inbound lead follow-up: each lead from your site researched, scored and routed to the right agent with a reply drafted, for up to 300 leads a month.
Paid (Paid and creative): Google and Meta campaigns, with up to two new landing pages a month. Meta ads run in its Housing category. The first size covers up to $25,000 a month in ad spend on two channels. Each week, spend moves to the campaigns that book calls.
Outbound (Pipeline): for commercial brokers, the owners and tenants on your list researched each week and written to one at a time. A brokerage that recruits can point it at agents in its market. Your broker sends each message.
LinkedIn (Social): the company page and two people, each with three posts a week and a LinkedIn article a month, written from short calls and voice notes. It suits commercial brokers and brokerage leaders.

The website is a one-time build from $7,499. A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.
Where does fair housing review sit?
The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to publish a housing ad that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin (42 U.S.C. 3604(c)). Meta requires housing ads to run in its Housing category.
Fair housing review stays with the brokerage. Your broker checks each draft against the statute and makes the final call, and nothing goes out until someone at your brokerage has seen it and approved it. Of the two marketing firms whose homepages rank for this search, only Blink describes an approval step, on its $299 custom plan.
When another option fits better
You are a solo agent. At NAR’s median gross income of $59,200, a $49 to $299 membership costs less than a $1,999 process, and a pay-at-close portal charges nothing until a deal closes.
Your agents post on Instagram. Our social process writes for LinkedIn. Blink posts to Facebook and Instagram five times a week, from $99 a month.
You want market exclusivity. Platform Marketing takes one client per market.
We built 1,403 homeowner search pages for SquareDash
SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Its buyer is a homeowner, the person a listing agent wants to reach. The rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search, such as cost by city and overlay against tear-off. Its estimated search visits grew more than 100x in five months (SquareDash story).
For a brokerage, the same build means a page for each neighborhood and each question sellers ask there, written from what your agents know. We run the same model for manufacturing marketing and fintech SEO.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Common questions about real estate marketing services
What do real estate marketing services include?
They cover the work that wins listings and buyers: listing photos and video, websites, search pages, social posts, ads, email and replies to new leads. Growigami runs search, lead follow-up, paid ads, outbound and LinkedIn as processes. Your CRO builds each one and AI agents run it every week.
How much do real estate agents pay for marketing?
NAR's 2026 Member Profile puts median business expenses at $9,530 for 2025, across every cost of the business. On the pages that rank for this search, posted prices run from $19 a month for a virtual staging tool to $2,200 a month for a full-service agency. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month. A review with your CRO adds $1,499 for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.
What type of marketing is best for real estate?
The best type is the one you can trace to closings in your CRM. Options you can trace include pages on your own site for what sellers in your market search, fast replies to every inbound lead and a sphere of past clients kept warm. NAR found 91% of buyers would use their agent again or recommend them, so past clients stay a source worth working.
What is the best marketing platform for real estate?
HousingWire's June 2026 list prices Market Leader's website, CRM and leads platform from $189 a month and Real Geeks from $399 a month. A platform gives you the tools, and someone still has to do the weekly work. A Growigami process does one piece of it, such as search pages or lead replies, from $1,999 a month.
What is the best lead generation for real estate?
The best source is the one with the lowest cost per closing after referral fees, and that differs by market. Portals such as Zillow Preferred charge a share of your commission when a deal closes. Pages on your own site carry no fee per lead or per click. If you run both, compare them in your CRM by cost per closing.
Can AI generate real estate leads?
AI can do the repeat work behind lead generation: research each new lead, draft a first reply, write a page for each neighborhood and flag a lead nobody has answered. At Growigami, AI agents do that work, and the agent who gets the lead opens a first reply that is ready to send.
Do you guarantee leads or closings?
No. Lead counts depend on your market, your listings and how fast your agents answer. We commit to the work: the pages, the drafted replies and the campaigns, every week. Your CRO reads results in your CRM with you if you add a review, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions.
How do you handle fair housing rules?
Fair housing review stays with your brokerage, and nothing goes out until someone there approves it. Each draft waits for your broker, who checks it against the Fair Housing Act's advertising rule, 42 U.S.C. 3604(c). On Meta, housing ads run in its Housing category, which fixes ages at 18 through 65+, removes gender targeting and requires at least a 15-mile radius in the US.
