What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion

The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1

Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

Fennick probes report every 60 seconds, so the timeline has no gaps.4

A law firm marketing company works to bring a firm the clients and cases it wants, through search pages, ads, the Google Business Profile and replies to inquiries. In Clio’s 2024 test of 500 firms, only 33% answered a prospective client’s email. Growigami runs each piece as a process from $1,999 a month. A lawyer you name approves every ad.

What does a law firm marketing company do?

It gets a firm found by people who need a lawyer, then makes the firm easy to hire. The five first-page pages we read describe much the same work:

  • Website: practice-area pages, attorney bios and a way to reach the firm.
  • Legal SEO: pages that rank on Google and in AI answers for the questions clients ask.
  • Google ads and Local Services Ads: paid search, plus Google’s pay-per-lead listings.
  • Business Profile and reviews: the map listing and the stars beside it.
  • Intake follow-up: the reply when someone calls, chats or fills in a form.
  • Content, social and PR: articles, LinkedIn posts and press for the partners.

None of the five posts a price. MileMark’s homepage says final compliance decisions remain with the law firm and its counsel, and the other four do not say who signs off an ad.

How does law firm SEO work?

Law firm SEO gets a firm’s own pages in front of people searching for a lawyer or a legal answer near them. One part is the Business Profile and reviews, which feed the map. The other is pages on the firm’s site that answer what clients ask, such as how a contested divorce works in your state.

Our Search process runs that second part every week. We pick topics from search data and from the questions your intake team hears. A lawyer answers a few questions on a short call. AI agents draft the pages and our team checks each draft for facts. Then the lawyer you name approves it. Pages go live on Thursday, and on Friday we check rankings and AI citations. The base size publishes 200 pages a month. The larger size publishes 500, for $1,499 more a month.

What does law firm PPC cost?

Law firm PPC is paid search, where the firm pays Google for each click. LocaliQ’s 2026 benchmarks, from thousands of its customers’ Google and Microsoft campaigns and updated 1 June 2026, put legal at the top of its cost per lead table.

Search ads, 2026 averageAttorneys and Legal ServicesAll industries
Cost per click$9.87$5.42
Click-through rate5.87%6.64%
Conversion rate5.55%8.18%
Cost per lead$131.63$66.69

Single keywords can cost far more. Attorney at Law Magazine’s 2025 keyword report found some legal keywords at up to $1,000 a click, among them “baton rouge truck accident lawyer”. Rank each source by cost per lead, then by cost per signed case.

How does personal injury marketing differ?

Accident cases carry the highest click prices in Attorney at Law Magazine’s November 2025 report. Built on Google Keyword Planner data, it names offshore, maritime and truck accidents as the three most expensive case types to target. Intake speed matters as much as the click: in Clio’s 2024 test, 48% of firms could not be reached by phone. Soliciting a client in person or by live phone call falls under ABA Model Rule 7.3(b), set out below.

What do law firm marketing companies charge in 2026?

On 4 November 2026 we read the first-page results for this search and three firms’ own pricing pages. The first-page results post no prices, so the table draws on firms that publish theirs.

Which bar rules apply to law firm marketing?

Advertising rules differ by state, because each state adopts its own version of the rules. Your firm and its ethics counsel decide what the firm can say, and none of this is legal advice. The ABA Model Rules below are a model that states adapt, so check your own state’s version of each. The last item is one state’s filing rule:

  • False or misleading claims. Model Rule 7.1 bars a false or misleading communication about a lawyer or the lawyer’s services. That includes one that omits a fact needed to keep the statement, taken as a whole, from being materially misleading.
  • Paying for recommendations. Rule 7.2(b) bars giving anything of value for recommending a lawyer’s services, with exceptions such as the reasonable cost of advertising.
  • A responsible lawyer. Rule 7.2(d) requires each communication to include the name and contact information of at least one lawyer or firm responsible for its content.
  • Solicitation. Rule 7.3(b) bars soliciting work by live person-to-person contact when a significant motive is the lawyer’s or firm’s pecuniary gain. The exceptions cover other lawyers and people with a family, close personal, or prior business or professional tie to the lawyer or firm. They also cover people who routinely use that type of legal service for business purposes. The ABA’s comment says live contact does not include text messages or other written messages a recipient can easily disregard.
  • Vendors. Rule 5.3 requires partners to make reasonable efforts to ensure the firm has measures giving reasonable assurance that a nonlawyer’s conduct is compatible with the lawyer’s professional obligations. It covers a nonlawyer “employed or retained by or associated with a lawyer”.
  • Filing, in one state. Florida’s Rule 4-7.19(a) requires a lawyer to file each advertisement with The Florida Bar at least 20 days before first use, unless Rule 4-7.20 exempts it. The exemptions include the firm’s own website and, under an amendment effective 22 October 2026, sponsored search results with no images, audio or video beyond the content Rule 4-7.16 permits. The Bar’s filing page says all unsolicited direct mail and direct email ads must be filed. An exempt ad still has to meet Florida’s content rules.

Growigami drafts every page and ad. The lawyer you name approves each one before it runs, and our team checks each draft for facts before it reaches them. Where a state requires filing, those days come before a campaign’s start date. Growigami is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.

What Growigami runs for a law firm

Each week, AI agents draft new pages from your lawyers’ answers and draft replies to new inquiries. Our team checks each draft for facts, and ad budget moves to the campaigns that book calls. Your CRO, a growth lead who has run sales and marketing teams, builds each process with your team and proves it works before the agents run it. A lawyer at your firm takes a short call each week and signs off what goes out.

You start with one process:

  • Search (Search): practice-area pages and answers to the questions your clients ask, published on your site each week. 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 at the larger size for $1,499 more. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity your clients’ questions and show you which answers name your firm and which name a competitor.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google search campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to two new landing pages a month. It also runs your Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile work. AI agents draft the ads, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that book calls.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: each inquiry from your site gets a reply drafted at any hour, for up to 300 inquiries a month. Your intake team checks each reply and sends it.
  • Outbound for business law (Pipeline): for firms that serve companies, 500 target accounts researched a month and a message written for each contact. Your counsel decides how your state’s rules apply to each message. The Florida Bar, for one, requires unsolicited direct email ads to be filed 20 days before use, with a subject line that begins with the word “Advertisement”.
  • LinkedIn (Social): the firm’s page and two partners at the base size, three posts a week each, written from short calls and voice notes. Rule 7.1 covers any post about a lawyer or the lawyer’s services, and each partner approves their own posts.

A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.

  • You want an agency that serves only lawyers. MileMark says it works exclusively with attorneys and law firms.
  • You need PR or crisis communications. Androvett, a legal marketing firm that opened in 1995, publishes guides on crisis communications and dealing with reporters.
  • You run TV and billboards. Our processes cover search, Google ads, inquiry replies, outbound and LinkedIn.
  • You need every phone call answered live. A legal answering service covers the phones. Our Inbound process drafts replies to web inquiries.

CapOut: search pages built from weekly expert workshops

CapOut turns insurance estimate PDFs into Xactimate files for roofing and restoration contractors. Weekly workshops pulled product knowledge out of its CEO, so the pages said what only CapOut knows. HARO replies, directory listings and a backlink plan ran beside them. Its estimated search visits grew more than 10x after the new pages went live (CapOut story).

A law firm’s version is a weekly call with a partner. CapOut sells software, and its result says nothing about cases for your firm. We run the same model for financial advisor marketing and dental marketing.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Common questions about law firm marketing companies

What does a law firm marketing company do?

It works to bring a firm the clients and cases it wants. The work covers the website, legal SEO, Google ads and Local Services Ads. It also covers the Business Profile, reviews and the reply when someone reaches out. At Growigami your CRO builds search, ads and inquiry follow-up as processes. AI agents then do the weekly work.

How much does law firm marketing cost?

None of the five first-page results we read posts a price. On their own pricing pages, Fwd Lawyer Marketing's SEO plans start at $1,995, $3,295 and $4,795 a month, and Webkey Digital's Starter plan costs $2,500 to $3,800 a month. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

How do I choose a law firm marketing agency?

Ask four things in writing: the monthly price, the minimum term, who approves each ad, and who owns the website, content and ad accounts if you leave. MileMark's FAQ says its clients own all of those. Then ask how the agency works with your state's filing rules. Florida, for one, requires many ads to be filed with its Bar 20 days before first use.

Is law firm PPC worth it?

Paid search can place a firm's ads above the search results from launch, at a high price per lead. In LocaliQ's 2026 benchmarks, Attorneys and Legal Services averaged $9.87 a click and $131.63 a lead, the highest cost per lead in its table. Google charges Local Services Ads for each valid lead. Our Paid process runs both from $1,999 a month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

How long does law firm SEO take to work?

MileMark's FAQ says most firms see movement in rankings and leads within six to twelve months. We do not forecast rankings or cases. Within a week of read access we show you the first process we would build, and it usually runs within about three weeks. From then on pages publish weekly, and each Friday we check rankings and AI citations.

Can a law firm pay a marketing company per case?

That is a question for your counsel, under your state's version of the rules. ABA Model Rule 7.2(b) bars giving anything of value to a person for recommending a lawyer's services, with exceptions that include the reasonable cost of advertising. The ABA's comment allows paying for leads when the lead generator does not recommend the lawyer and the payment fits the rules on dividing fees and on a lawyer's independence. Growigami charges a flat monthly price per process, plus ad spend at cost, with no fee per lead or per signed case. Whether any fee model fits your state's rules is for your counsel to decide.

Who is responsible for what the ads say?

Under the ABA Model Rules, the firm's lawyers are. Rule 7.2(d) requires each communication to include the name and contact information of at least one lawyer or firm responsible for its content. Rule 5.3 requires partners to make reasonable efforts to ensure the firm has measures giving reasonable assurance that a nonlawyer's conduct is compatible with the lawyer's professional obligations. Your state's version of each rule governs. Growigami drafts each piece, and the lawyer you name approves it.

Do you guarantee signed cases?

No. Signed cases depend on your practice area, your market, your fees and how fast intake answers. We commit to the work and a posted price: pages published, campaigns run and replies drafted each week. If the numbers do not justify the price, you can leave with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
