Medspa marketing services bring a med spa new patients for injectables, lasers and body treatments. They also keep current patients rebooking. AmSpa put the number of US med spas at 10,488 in 2023. Growigami runs treatment pages, ads, consult replies, email and video for you, each as a process from $1,999 a month.

What do med spa marketing services include?

They get a practice found by people looking for a treatment, then turn the inquiry into a booked consult. The six pages we read from Google’s first page for this search describe much the same work:

  • Website and treatment pages: what each treatment does, what it costs and what recovery looks like.
  • Med spa SEO: those pages ranked on Google and cited in AI answers, plus the Business Profile and reviews.
  • Med spa advertising: Google search ads and Meta ads, by treatment.
  • Social media: Instagram and Facebook posts and reels.
  • Follow-up: email and text replies to every inquiry, and rebooking reminders.
  • Photo and video: the injector and the space on camera.

Of the six, only Brenton Way’s roundup raises who approves the work. It tells practices to agree who approves treatment descriptions, patient imagery and advertising before publication. MedSpaMarketing.com’s homepage guarantees 30 new patients each month.

How does med spa SEO work?

Med spa SEO puts the practice’s own pages in front of people searching for a treatment nearby. The Business Profile and reviews feed the map, and treatment pages answer what patients ask before they book, such as how long filler lasts.

Our Search process writes those pages every week. We pick topics from search data and from the questions your front desk hears. Your injector or medical director answers a few questions on a short call. AI agents draft the pages, and our team checks each draft for facts. Pages go live on Thursday, and on Friday we check rankings and AI citations. The base size publishes 200 pages a month, and the larger size publishes 500.

What does med spa PPC cost?

LocaliQ’s 2026 search advertising benchmarks, updated June 1, 2026, have no med spa category. These are its two nearest categories against the all-industry average.

Search ads, 2026 averageBeauty and Personal CarePhysicians and SurgeonsAll industries

Click-through rate6.75%6.61%6.64%

Cost per lead$39.25$40.04$66.69

LocaliQ counts a call, chat, form or email as a lead. Some leads never book or show. Med Spa Magic’s pricing page puts the gap this way: 10 bookings from $1,000 look like $100 each, and if 3 stay the cost per retained client is $333. Rank each source by cost per lead, then by cost per paying patient.

On 4 November 2026 we read six pages that rank for this search and the pricing pages they link to. Only Med Spa Magic posts its prices. Growth99, listed in Thrive’s roundup, gives its paid media pricing on request. The other pages we read publish no price.

Which rules apply to med spa advertising?

Advertising rules for medical aesthetics differ by state and by medical board. Your medical director, owner or counsel decides what your practice can say, and none of this is legal or medical advice. These are the rules we draft to:

  • Patient results in ads. Under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, an ad in which a patient relates their experience on a key attribute will likely be read as what patients generally achieve. Without substantiation for that, the Guides say the ad should clearly and conspicuously disclose the generally expected result (16 CFR 255.2(b)).
  • Reviews. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews bars a business from writing or buying fake reviews, and from offering payment or other incentives for reviews that express a particular sentiment (16 CFR 465.2 and 465.4).
  • Before-and-after photos, in one state. California’s Business and Professions Code section 651 applies to people licensed under the state’s healing arts laws. Before-and-after views of a patient must state the procedures performed and be comparable in presentation. They must also say that not every patient gets the same results, and a photo of a model must say it is a model.
  • Patient information. HIPAA covers a health care provider that transmits health information electronically in connection with a covered transaction, such as a health care claim (45 CFR 160.103). For a covered provider, the Privacy Rule requires a patient’s authorization for any use or disclosure of their health information for marketing, with two narrow exceptions (45 CFR 164.508(a)(3)).
  • Meta. Meta’s ad standards require ads for cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, injectable treatments and laser treatments, to target people 18 or older. These ads cannot contain “statements of inferiority about physical appearance.”
  • Google. Google restricts prescription drug terms in ads, landing pages and keywords. The rules vary by location. For US campaigns, ads and landing pages can use the terms in line with local law, and targeting them as keywords requires certification.

Growigami drafts every page, ad and email. A person you name, such as your medical director or owner, approves each one before it goes out. Our team checks each draft for facts before it reaches them. We hold no HIPAA or compliance certification.

What Growigami runs for a med spa

Each week, AI agents draft new treatment pages, refresh your ads and draft replies to consult requests, and our team checks every draft for facts. Your CRO, a growth lead who has run sales and marketing teams, builds each process with your team and proves it works before the agents run it. Your injector takes a short call with us each week, and your front desk keeps booking patients.

You start with one process:

  • Search (Search): treatment pages built on what patients ask, published on your site each week. 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 at the larger size. Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions your patients ask and show you which answers name your practice and which name a competitor.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google and Meta campaigns on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend, with up to two new landing pages a month. It also runs your Google Business Profile work. AI agents draft the ads, and each week spend moves to the campaigns that book consults.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: each consult request from your site gets a reply drafted at any hour, for up to 300 requests a month. Your front desk checks each reply and sends it. If HIPAA covers your practice, your counsel decides first whether this process can see patient information.
  • Nurture and newsletter: up to five email journeys and a monthly newsletter. A consult request and a price-list download get different emails.
  • Video: three short videos a month, made from one call and cut for your ads with captions.

A review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones.

When a med spa marketing specialist fits better

  • Instagram is where your patients find you. Our social process writes for LinkedIn. The MedSpa Society sells med spa social media management.
  • You want a CRM tied to your EMR. Med Spa Magic’s programs include its Magic Hat PRO CRM with connections to most major med spa EMRs.
  • You want to pay per booked patient. Med Spa Magic’s Flex plan charges a $1,000 monthly base plus $100 for each patient who books and pays, on tox-focused Meta ads only, by application.
  • You need a photo or video shoot at the practice. Brenton Way’s roundup lists firms that shoot original photography and video. Our Video process works from a call.

SquareDash: 1,403 pages for local searchers

SquareDash gives homeowners a firm roof replacement price from a satellite measurement. Like a med spa, it needed people nearby to find it when they searched. Its rebuilt site went live on April 15, 2026 with 1,403 pages built around how homeowners search, such as replacement cost by city. Its estimated search visits grew more than 100x in five months (SquareDash story).

SquareDash sells roof pricing, and its result says nothing about how many patients your med spa will book. We run the same model for dental marketing and chiropractic marketing.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Common questions about medspa marketing services

What do medspa marketing services include?

They bring a med spa new patients and keep current ones booking. The work covers the website, treatment pages for search, Google and Meta ads, social posts and reviews. It also covers email and text follow-up. At Growigami your CRO builds search, ads, consult replies, email and video as processes. AI agents then do the weekly drafting.

How much does med spa marketing cost?

Med Spa Magic Marketing posts growth programs at $3,495, $4,495 and $6,995 a month per location, plus $6,000 to $10,000 onboarding that is waived with a 6-month commitment. Its smaller programs, by application, start at $1,495 a month. Growth99 lists its paid media plans with pricing on request. A Growigami process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

Can a med spa use before-and-after photos in ads?

Meta allows ads for general cosmetic procedures that show a before-and-after change, if they target people 18 or older. State law can add conditions. California's section 651, which applies to licensed health professionals, requires before-and-after views to state the procedures performed and to say that not every patient gets the same results. If HIPAA covers your practice, its Privacy Rule requires a patient's authorization to use their health information in marketing. Your medical director or counsel decides.

Can a med spa advertise injectables on Google?

Google restricts the use of prescription drug terms in ads, landing pages and keywords. The rules vary by location. For campaigns aimed at the US, its restricted drug terms policy allows those terms in ads and landing pages in line with local law, and targeting them as keywords requires Google certification. Your counsel decides what an ad can name.

What does med spa PPC cost?

LocaliQ's 2026 benchmarks have no med spa category. Its two nearest, Beauty and Personal Care and Physicians and Surgeons, averaged about $4.62 and $4.76 a click and $39.25 and $40.04 a lead. Our Paid process runs Google and Meta campaigns from $1,999 a month. Ad spend is paid at cost.

Is Growigami HIPAA compliant?

We hold no HIPAA certification and claim none. HIPAA covers a health care provider that transmits health information electronically in a covered transaction, so whether it covers your med spa is a question for your counsel. If it does, HIPAA lets a practice share patient information with a vendor working on its behalf only under a written agreement that meets its business associate rules. Nothing goes out until the person you name approves it.

Do you guarantee new patients?

No. One ranking agency's homepage says "Get 30 New Patients Each Month Guaranteed" and shows no terms for it; we make no patient promise. Bookings depend on your market, your prices, your injectors' calendars and how fast your front desk answers. We commit to the work and a posted price, and after the first three months you can leave with 30 days' notice.

Start with one medspa marketing process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
