Research · Ostrom Cold Logistics
Hi Dale,
Congrats on opening the Joliet freezer last week. Eight receiving doors at minus 10°F is a lot of door time to log by hand.
In a new building, the first audit tends to turn on two records: how long each door stood open, and the corrective action after each excursion. Dockmere keeps both on the pallet record, so the auditor gets one report.
Worth 20 minutes before your first audit to see how a second building gets set up?

Why it matters
In 6sense's 2025 study of nearly 4,000 B2B buyers, first contact with a seller came 61% of the way through the buying process. By the first day, buying groups had filled four of the five places on their vendor shortlist. Lead generation has to reach an account before that list is set, or be on it.
What you get
We build the account list from deals you closed and score each new account against your best customers.
Every account is researched each week for a reason it would talk now, such as a new head of sales.
Each contact gets an email and a LinkedIn message of their own, and each follow-up says something new.
Interested replies reach the right seller in Slack the same day, with the thread and our research attached.
Sequences go out from your own domains, and nothing sends until you have approved it.
The search process publishes 200 pages a month, built to rank on Google and get cited in AI answers.
How it starts

We study the deals you won to learn which companies buy and who signs off.

Within a week we show the process we would build first and what it would produce.

Your CRO builds the list and the first messages and runs them until replies come in.
AI agents research and draft each week, and replies reach your sellers the same day.
Side by side
Firm cells come from the Belkins, Callbox, SalesRoads and Martal pages, and data platform cells from Apollo's pricing page, all read on 4 November 2026. Growigami cells come from our price list.
Results
“The impact of Growigami on Reworld's lead generation success has been truly exceptional. We witnessed over $12 million in pipeline created and more than 600 highly qualified MQLs.”

B2B lead generation services find companies that fit what you sell and start sales conversations with the right people inside them. On the firms’ own pages on 4 November 2026, Callbox estimated $6,667 a month for one SDR pod, and SalesRoads charged $11,950 for four weeks of one SDR. Growigami runs one lead generation process from $1,999 a month.
Start with one process and have it running in about three weeks. Your CRO, the person who builds and proves each process, sets it up and runs it by hand until it draws replies. AI agents then take over the weekly research and writing, and interested replies go to your own sellers the same day.
On 4 November 2026 we read the pricing pages of Belkins, Callbox, SalesRoads and SalesHive, which rank on Google’s first page for b2b lead generation services. We added CIENCE and Martal, which the ZoomInfo and Frontal lists on that page recommend. Four of the six publish a figure. Each bills for a different unit, so compare the unit before the price.
| Firm | What you pay for | Published price | Channels | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Belkins retainer | A package with a yearly appointment count: 30+, 100+ or 200+ | Average starter price from $5,000 with no period stated | Email and LinkedIn; calling on the 100+ and 200+ packages | Not stated on its pricing page |
| Belkins pay per appointment | Booked meetings that meet agreed criteria | From $750 a meeting plus a $1,500 setup fee; 10 meetings to start | Email and LinkedIn | A package delivered within six months |
| Callbox | Campaign Pods, each with one dedicated SDR | An estimated $6,667 a month for one pod | Phone, email and LinkedIn | Flexible terms; no minimum stated |
| SalesRoads | Dedicated SDRs, billed per 4 weeks | $11,950 for one SDR, $16,750 for two | Calls and email | Cancel anytime |
| CIENCE | SDRs per month, plus a team fee and a platform fee | $2,000 team, $499 platform, then from $1,750 or $3,500 per SDR, plus setup | Calls, email and messages | Month to month |
| SalesHive | A dedicated SDR team, strategist, platform and data | One custom-quoted monthly fee, no setup fee | Phone, or phone and email | Month to month or annual |
| Martal | A flat monthly fee; selling tiers add a commission | Quoted on request | Email, LinkedIn and calls | A 3-month pilot (4 months on selling tiers), then monthly |
| Growigami | One process: 500 accounts researched a month | $1,999 a month | Email and LinkedIn | Minimum three months, then 30 days' notice |
Callbox’s figure comes from the calculator on its pricing page, and exact pricing follows a consultation. CIENCE’s team and platform fees stay flat however many SDRs you add. Its own worked example of five offshore SDRs comes to $11,249 a month, before the setup fee and any meeting bonus.
A third-party list can quote a different number from the firm’s own page. ZoomInfo’s list, updated 5 October 2026, says Callbox estimates $16,000 to $32,000 a month and that each agency price comes from the agency’s own site. It does not say how many pods that covers. Callbox’s own calculator showed $6,667 for one pod on the day we read it. Ask each firm for a written quote for the same scope and the same three months.
It finds companies that match your best customers, reaches the right people inside them and passes the interested ones to your sellers. The firms on the results page sell that work in four shapes, and Growigami sells a fifth. The shape decides who does each part.
| Model | What you get | Who contacts the buyer | Examples from the results page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data platform | Contact data, buying signals and outreach tools | Your reps | Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator |
| SDR team for hire | Dedicated SDRs who call, email and book meetings | The firm’s SDRs | SalesRoads, CIENCE, Callbox |
| Pay per appointment | Booked meetings at a set rate | The firm | Belkins |
| Research calls | Non-sales calls that gather budget and decision-maker details | The firm’s callers | SalesRoads |
| One process at Growigami | Researched accounts and a message for each contact | Email and LinkedIn from your domains; your sellers reply | Growigami |
Lead generation also covers inbound work, where the buyer finds you first through search, AI answers or ads. SalesHive’s glossary warns buyers not to assume an agency does both. Martal sells an inbound tier of guest posts and SEO blog drafts, and Belkins includes paid advertising in its Growth Plus package.
No. Each stage is a different thing to buy, and a vendor report can blur them. Write your definitions down before outreach starts:
Callbox’s own FAQ says a booked appointment, a held meeting and a sales opportunity should be measured separately. Growigami bills per process, so no definition changes what you pay. Every reply lands in your CRM, where your seller marks which ones became opportunities.
Belkins publishes one answer on its homepage, which it labels average yearly outcomes. It adds that the results depend on multiple factors.
| Stage | Belkins’ average yearly outcome |
|---|---|
| Prospects within your client profile | Up to 18,000 |
| Marketing-qualified leads | Up to 9,000 |
| Sales-qualified meetings with decision-makers | 200 |
| Closed deals | 10 to 30 |
Divided out, one closed deal takes about 7 to 20 of those meetings and as many as 600 to 1,800 prospects. Belkins also tags its closed-deals row “Opportunities”, so ask which of the two it counts. On that ratio, a buyer who pays per meeting pays for about 7 to 20 meetings for each closed deal. Ask every vendor for its own version of this table, with its definitions, before you compare prices.
Growigami promises no meeting or lead count. We commit to the work: 500 accounts researched a month and a message for each contact. Every reply lands in your CRM, so you can see which ones became deals.
About 61% of the way through their buying process, in 6sense’s 2025 study of nearly 4,000 B2B buyers, down from 69% in its earlier studies. We could not read the full report on 6sense’s site, so these figures come from CustomerThink’s summary of it, published 30 November 2025. By the first day, buying groups had filled four of the five places on their vendor shortlist. Buyers went on to buy from the vendor they ranked first 77% of the time.
Outreach therefore has to reach an account before its shortlist is set, and the account has to find you when it researches. Growigami sells both as separate processes: outbound to named accounts, and search pages built to rank on Google and be cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Each week, AI agents research every account on your list and draft an email and a LinkedIn message for each contact, and our team checks each draft. Your CRO, who builds the process, runs it by hand first until it draws real replies. Your sellers answer the interested replies, which reach them in Slack the same day.
We build the account list from your closed deals and score each new account against your best customers, so you can start without a list. The research looks for a reason each account would talk now, such as a new head of sales or a funding round. Sequences go out from your own domains through tools you already pay for, such as HubSpot, Apollo or Outreach.
If your buyers already search for what you sell, start with search. That process publishes 200 pages a month from what your team already knows, built to rank on Google and get cited in AI answers. The Pipeline module and the Search module lay out each process step by step.
Growigami has worked with 40+ B2B companies. For Reworld, a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator, outbound, a CRM cleanup and campaigns for each of its four buyer segments produced $250M+ in pipeline and 600+ MQLs. For CapOut, estimated search visits grew more than 10x after its new pages went live.
Get a written quote from each firm for the same scope over the same three months. Then put these questions to each one:
Your best closed deals and the accounts you will not contact. Add a written definition of a qualified meeting and the name of the seller who answers replies within a day.
If you are weighing an SDR hire as well, our comparison of outsourced and in-house SDRs sets out the full cost of each.
Every price is on the price builder, which totals any mix of processes before you talk to anyone.
Three months of one process cost $5,997, because your first build is on us this month. Within a week of read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce. It is usually running in about three weeks. On their own pages, Belkins launches a campaign in 14 days, CIENCE goes live in less than 14 days and SalesRoads launches in 15 business days.
Buy a data platform if you already employ SDRs with time to prospect. Apollo’s Basic plan was $49 a seat a month, billed annually, when we read its pricing page, and your reps do the research and the writing. Hire a calling firm such as SalesRoads or Callbox if your buyers pick up the phone. Our outreach goes by email and LinkedIn, and nobody on our side calls.

Pay per meeting if you want each booked call priced up front and nobody on your team can answer replies within a day. Our appointment setting page compares those firms. SalesRoads’ research-call programs suit a team testing a new market before it sells there.
For outbound aimed at a fixed list of named accounts, see outbound lead generation services. For email as its own channel, see what to ask a cold email agency, and for a plan across several channels, demand generation services.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
They are outside teams or tools that find businesses like your best customers and start sales conversations with them. Some sell data your reps use, some supply SDRs who call and book meetings, and some charge per meeting. Growigami runs lead generation one process at a time, from $1,999 a month, and interested replies go to your sellers the same day.
On their own pages on 4 November 2026, Callbox estimated $6,667 a month for one SDR pod, and SalesRoads charged $11,950 for four weeks of one SDR. CIENCE's team and platform fees came to $2,499 a month before any SDRs. Belkins charged from $750 per booked meeting plus a $1,500 setup fee. Growigami's processes start at $1,999 a month.
Launch takes up to three weeks at the firms we read, and closed deals take longer. Belkins says it launches a campaign in 14 days, and ZoomInfo's guide tells readers to expect one to two quarters before new campaigns close deals. Our first process is usually running in about three weeks, and every reply lands in your CRM so you can follow it to a deal.
Hire in-house when you want full control of the message and can manage a rep through the ramp. The Bridge Group's 2025 study of 351 B2B companies put that ramp at 3.0 months on average. Hire a company when you need conversations sooner. Either way, keep one person on your team who owns the offer and answers replies.
No. Our outreach goes by email and LinkedIn from your own domains, and your sellers book the calls from the replies. If your buyers answer the phone more readily than they answer email, a calling firm such as SalesRoads or Callbox fits better. Belkins sells booked meetings at a set price per appointment.
No. How many replies turn into meetings depends on your market, your offer and how fast your sellers answer. We commit to the work: 500 accounts researched a month and a message written for each contact. With the optional CRO review, your CRO goes through what the process produced in your CRM, monthly or weekly.
Yes. We build it, and you keep it. We run the work in tools you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Outreach. Sequences send from your own domains, and the account list, the sequences and every reply stay in your own accounts. After three months you can leave with 30 days' notice.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
