Apollo Pricing in 2026: Plans, Credits, Add-ons and What a Team Really Pays

Apollo.io pricing from its own pricing page: Free, Basic, Professional and Organization, monthly against annual billing, how the shared credit pool works, the paid add-ons, and a one-year cost model for a three-rep outbound team.

Apollo costs $49 per seat per month for Basic, $79 for Professional and $119 for Organization when billed annually, according to Apollo’s pricing page on 30 October 2026. Billed monthly, Basic is $65 and Professional is $99; Organization is annual only, with a three-seat minimum. A free plan costs $0. Prices exclude tax.

The list price is the easy part. What a team actually pays depends on the shared credit pool, which expires every cycle, and on two paid add-ons that many teams need. This guide sets out every plan, then the credit rules, then the extras, then a one-year cost model for a small outbound team. For how Apollo compares with other data tools, see Apollo vs ZoomInfo and Clay vs Apollo.

Source: Apollo pricing page, US dollars, re-checked on 30 October 2026. Apollo says prices exclude any applicable taxes, and labels its add-on prices as introductory.

Apollo’s toggle advertises “Save 24%” for annual billing. That matches Basic ($49 against $65, about 25% less). On Professional the saving is about 20% ($79 against $99). Annual plans are a 12-month commitment paid upfront.

What does each plan add?

Two rules from the pricing FAQ shape the choice. First, every seat on an account must be on the same plan, so you cannot put managers on Professional and the rest of the team on Basic. Second, the free plan connects only Gmail accounts for sending; paid plans add Microsoft Office and other providers.

Which plan for whom. Apollo’s own guidance is Basic for “individual sellers doing regular outbound,” Professional for “full-time reps needing higher credit limits, AI features, call recording, and advanced CRM integrations,” and Custom for SSO, security reviews and larger volumes. Call recording is the clearest jump: 150 minutes on Basic against 4,000 on Professional, so a team that calls as much as it emails will feel that limit first.

How do Apollo credits work?

Credits pay for most actions that touch data. Apollo’s pricing FAQ says that, depending on the plan, credits give access to “emails, phone numbers, email warm-up, domains and mailboxes, AI-researched data and more.” The rules:

  • Pooled. Credits are shared across the whole team, not held per person. Admins can set per-user credit limits so one rep does not drain the pool.
  • Granted upfront. The full allowance for the billing cycle arrives on day one. On annual billing that means a year of credits at once.
  • They expire. Unused credits do not roll over. That applies to plan credits and to add-on credits you bought.
  • Extra credits renew. You add credits with a slider under Settings, Manage Subscription, Customize Credits. They are charged immediately and renew every cycle until you move the slider back to zero.

Apollo does not list the credit cost of each action on its pricing page. It points to a help article and to the credit page inside your account. Third-party guides from CloudTalk and eesel report 1 credit for an email address and 8 for a mobile number. Check the rates in your own account before you budget, because they decide how far the pool goes.

Illustrative, using those reported rates. A Basic seat on annual billing gets 30,000 credits a year. If a rep reveals 400 emails and 100 mobile numbers a month, that uses 400 + 800 = 1,200 credits a month, or 14,400 a year, well inside one seat’s allowance. A rep who reveals 300 mobile numbers a month would use 2,400 credits on phones alone, so phone-heavy teams are the ones that run out.

What costs extra?

The pricing page lists two add-ons, both priced per team (not per seat), per month, billed annually:

Add-onPriceWhat it adds
Advanced Dialer$119 per team per monthInternational dialer, parallel dialer, power dialer with auto-advance and voicemail drop, local presence numbers
Inbound, Essentials$119 per team per month1,000 identified contacts (US) and 5,000 identified companies a month, 1 lead router, 3 forms, 100 enriched form contacts a month
Inbound, Max$639 per team per monthHigher Inbound limits; see the pricing page

Other costs to plan for:

  • Extra credits when the pool runs out before the cycle ends.
  • The three-seat minimum on Organization, which makes it $4,284 a year at minimum.
  • Lock-in on annual plans. Apollo’s FAQ says mid-cycle downgrades on annual plans are not permitted; to switch to monthly you cancel and wait for the year to end. Downgrades on other plans apply straight away, with no refund for unused time.
  • The rest of the stack. Teams that send from many mailboxes often pair Apollo data with a volume sender; our Instantly pricing guide covers that cost. Apollo includes sequencing, a deliverability suite with email warmup, and mailbox purchasing on paid plans. Many teams still add LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research; our Sales Navigator pricing guide covers that cost.

What does Apollo cost for a three-rep team?

Illustrative. One year, three seats, list prices from Apollo’s pricing page on 30 October 2026, before tax and extra credits.

SetupBilled annuallyBilled monthly
Basic, 3 seats$1,764$2,340
Professional, 3 seats$2,844$3,564
Professional, 3 seats, plus Advanced Dialer$4,272Add-on is billed annually
Organization, 3 seats (the minimum)$4,284Annual only
Organization, 3 seats, plus Advanced Dialer$5,712Annual only

Math: $49 x 3 x 12 = $1,764; $65 x 3 x 12 = $2,340; $79 x 3 x 12 = $2,844; $99 x 3 x 12 = $3,564; $119 x 12 = $1,428 for the dialer; $119 x 3 x 12 = $4,284.

Software is the small part of an outbound team. Salaries, management and ramp time cost far more. To see the full cost of each rep, use our SDR cost calculator.

How do you keep Apollo costs down?

  • Start monthly, then switch. Monthly billing costs more, but Apollo lets you move from monthly to annual at any time, with payments already made prorated toward the annual plan. The reverse is not allowed mid-year.
  • Cap credits per user. Set limits in team settings so the pool lasts the cycle.
  • Reveal phones only for accounts you will call. Mobile numbers cost far more credits than emails.
  • Use the trial for a real test. Build one list for your ideal customer profile, run one sequence and measure bounce and reply rates before you commit to a year.
  • Protect deliverability first. Cheap data does not help if your emails land in spam. Read our glossary entries on email deliverability and email warm-up before the first send, compare email warmup tools if you send from more than one platform, and use our cold email templates for the copy.

A tool sends the email; it does not give you a reason to write. Our outbound service does that part: each week we research your target accounts, find why each one would talk now, and write every message by email and LinkedIn. Your seller reviews and sends.
