LinkedIn Sales Navigator Cost in 2026: Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus Prices

What LinkedIn Sales Navigator costs per plan, monthly against annual billing, what each plan adds, how InMail credits work, the free trial rules, and what a team of SDRs really pays once data and sequencing tools are added.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator costs US$119.99 a month for Core and US$159.99 a month for Advanced, per license, on LinkedIn’s own compare plans page. Paid yearly, Core is US$1,079.88 and Advanced is US$1,799.88. Advanced Plus, the plan with CRM sync, has no public price. All prices were re-checked on 30 October 2026.

Many pricing guides in the search results still quote $99.99 for Core, and several disagree with themselves about the trial length. This page uses LinkedIn’s pricing page and help center for every price and rule, then adds what pricing pages leave out: what a team of SDRs pays in a year, what each InMail costs you, and which other tools you will still need. For where Sales Navigator fits in an outbound motion, see our guide to outbound sales.

Source: LinkedIn Sales Navigator compare plans, prices “starting at” and per license, re-checked on 30 October 2026. LinkedIn calls them estimates that “may exclude Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods & Services Tax (GST), and/or promotional discounts” and says pricing is subject to change.

LinkedIn shows local prices too. On the same page, Core is £94.99 a month or £959.88 a year in the UK, €120.99 a month or €1,088.88 a year in euro markets, A$154.99 a month in Australia and C$144.99 a month in Canada. Advanced is £130.00 a month or £1,499.88 a year, and €148.21 a month or €1,693.88 a year.

Advanced Plus. LinkedIn’s FAQ says the price is “customized based on your sales team’s size, CRM integration, and onboarding/training needs,” and you have to request a demo to get it. Some third-party guides quote a per-seat figure for Advanced Plus. LinkedIn does not publish one, so we have not repeated it.

What does each plan add?

Three things stand out. First, Core and Advanced have the same InMail allowance and the same search, so the US$40 a month difference buys team features: TeamLink, which shows which colleagues are connected to a prospect, shared lists, buying intent signals and the usage reports a manager needs. Second, only Advanced Plus moves data between Sales Navigator and your CRM. On Core and Advanced, reps copy leads into the CRM by hand or through another tool. Third, a solo founder doing their own prospecting gets almost everything they need from Core.

How do InMail credits work?

InMail is the only part of Sales Navigator with a hard usage limit, so it is the part to plan around. LinkedIn’s InMail credits help page sets the rules:

  • 50 credits a month per user, on every plan, added on the first day of each month (UTC).
  • Up to 150 credits can build up. Unused credits roll over and must be used within 90 days.
  • A credit comes back when the recipient replies within 90 days. Auto replies count; no reply means no refund.
  • No top-ups. LinkedIn says you cannot buy additional InMail credits.

Illustrative. If a rep on monthly Core sends all 50 InMails and none are answered, each one costs about US$2.40 (US$119.99 divided by 50). Replies return credits, so a rep with a good reply rate sends more than 50 a month for the same price. Treat InMail as a channel for a short list of senior people you cannot reach by email, and track the reply rate the same way you would for cold email.

What does Sales Navigator cost for a team?

Illustrative. The table multiplies LinkedIn’s list prices for teams of different sizes. It assumes US prices before tax and no negotiated discount.

On LinkedIn’s pricing page FAQ, you can start a trial or buy up to five Advanced licenses online from a desktop. Larger teams, and every Advanced Plus purchase, go through LinkedIn’s sales team, which is where any volume pricing is set.

Sales Navigator is rarely the biggest line. Reps still need verified emails and phone numbers, which Sales Navigator does not provide, and a tool to run sequences. Our Apollo pricing guide shows what one popular data and sequencing tool costs per seat, and our comparisons of Clay and Apollo and Apollo and ZoomInfo cover the data layer. To see the full cost of a rep, including salary and tools, use our SDR cost calculator.

How does the free trial work?

LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core and Advanced. Advanced Plus starts with a demo request instead. The rules, from the compare plans page and LinkedIn’s billing help:

  • You qualify if you are not on any paid LinkedIn subscription and have not used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days.
  • The trial becomes a paid subscription one month after it starts.
  • LinkedIn emails a reminder seven days before the trial ends, and advises cancelling at least one day before the renewal.
  • If you end the trial early, you lose access to the Premium features straight away.

Use the month to test one thing: build a saved search for your ideal customer profile, save 100 to 200 accounts, and count how many alerts and conversations it produces. That tells you whether to keep paying.

How do you cancel or change plans?

On LinkedIn’s pricing page FAQ, annual plans cancel at the end of the paid year and monthly plans at the end of the current month. Annual billing saves 25% on Core but only 6% on Advanced, and monthly billing makes sense for the first months of a new outbound motion, while you find out whether reps use the tool. Move to annual once usage is steady.

Which plan should you choose?

  • Core if one person prospects on LinkedIn and keeps their own lists. It has the same search and InMail allowance as Advanced.
  • Advanced if two or more reps work the same accounts. TeamLink, shared lists and Buyer Intent are the reasons to pay the extra US$40 a month per license.
  • Advanced Plus if leads must sync to Salesforce or another supported CRM without manual work, and your RevOps team will use the admin reporting. Ask LinkedIn for a quote with your seat count.

Sales Navigator finds the right people. It does not write the message or book the meeting. That is the part our outbound service covers: each week we research your target accounts, find a reason each one would talk now, and write every message by email and LinkedIn. Your seller reviews and sends. For how those messages fit together, see our guide to account-based sequences.

Frequently asked

How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?

LinkedIn's compare plans page lists Core from US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license, and Advanced from US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year per license. Advanced Plus has no public price: LinkedIn asks you to request a demo and prices it by team size, CRM integration and onboarding needs. Prices were re-checked on 30 October 2026 and may exclude tax.

What does LinkedIn Sales Navigator include?

Every plan includes the advanced search filters, lead and account pages, 50 InMail credits a month per user, up to 10,000 saved leads and accounts, custom lists, alerts, Relationship Map and the Premium account features. Advanced adds Smart Links, TeamLink, Buyer Intent signals, shared lists and CSV upload of your book of business. Advanced Plus adds two-way CRM sync and admin tools, according to LinkedIn's help center.

Can I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for free?

Only during the free trial. LinkedIn offers a trial of Core and Advanced to members who are not on a paid LinkedIn subscription and have not used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days. LinkedIn's billing help says the trial turns into a paid subscription one month after it starts, so cancel at least one day before the renewal date if you do not want to pay.

Is Sales Navigator cheaper if you pay annually?

Yes. Core costs US$1,079.88 a year on annual billing against US$1,439.88 for twelve monthly payments, which LinkedIn describes as a 25% saving. Advanced costs US$1,799.88 a year against US$1,919.88 paid monthly, a 6% saving. Annual plans can only be cancelled at the end of the paid year.

Is Sales Navigator worth it for an SDR team?

It is worth it when reps prospect named accounts on LinkedIn every day and use the alerts, lists and InMail. It does not give you email addresses or phone numbers, and Core and Advanced do not write data into your CRM. Budget it as the research layer next to a contact data tool and a sequencing tool, not as the whole outbound stack.

Can you buy more InMail credits on Sales Navigator?

No. LinkedIn's help center says you cannot buy extra InMail credits. Each user gets 50 a month, unused credits roll over up to a total of 150 and must be used within 90 days, and a credit comes back when the recipient replies within 90 days.
