Growigami is a third option to an agency retainer or AI software. Your CRO builds each process and AI agents run it every week, so the department needs no new hires. Each process starts at $1,999 a month.

The spring dinner question: what broke this summer?
Priya RamanCo-founder & CEODraft in her voice
The question auditors ask most1 in the warehouses we work with: what happened after the excursion?
The sensor already logged 46°F at door 6 at 2:14 on a Tuesday2. The auditor wants the next twenty minutes. Who saw the alert? Where did the pallets go? Who signed off once the product was back under 41°F3?
On most docks that story is split between a sensor dashboard and a clipboard by the door4.

Why it matters
That was the US median for marketing managers in May 2025, about $13,900 a month for one person before any specialist joins. Three Growigami processes with a monthly CRO review cost $7,496 a month after the first.
What you get
Start with outbound, search, social or paid. Add the next process when the first one shows results in your CRM.
Your CRO learns the business and builds every process with your team before the agents take over the weekly work.
Agents research accounts and draft the emails, pages, posts and ads each process needs, on a set weekly schedule.
Each process covers one channel's weekly work, so the department grows without recruiting.
Each process starts at $1,999 a month. The CRO review is optional, at $1,499 monthly or $2,999 weekly.
The minimum is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days' notice.
How it starts

You give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show the first process we would build.

Your CRO builds that process with your team. It is usually running in about three weeks.
AI agents research and draft the work every week, on the schedule your CRO set.

When the first process shows results, add a second one. Or stay with one.
Side by side
In-house pay is the US median for marketing managers, May 2025 (Bureau of Labor Statistics). Firm figures come from six first-page Google results for this search (Ahrefs, US, checked 29 September 2026): RSM, BCM, Hinge, Clicks Geek, NinjaPromo and Made Simpler, each read 4 November 2026.
Results
“For the same price that you would pay one and a half to two people, we get access to the whole gamut of everything you provide.”

An outsourced marketing department is an outside team that does the work of an in-house marketing function for a monthly fee. Growigami builds that department one process at a time. Your CRO builds each process and AI agents run it every week, so you hire no one. A marketing manager alone had a US median pay of $166,790 in May 2025.
It is the full marketing function handed to an outside firm: planning, content, campaigns, the website and reporting. RSM, the top organic result for this search (Ahrefs, US, September 2026), sells “a monthly flat-fee subscription that gives you access to an experienced marketing department.” Hinge, a professional services marketing firm on the same page, sorts outsourcing into five levels, from “All functions in-house” to “All functions outsourced.”
A company can sit anywhere on that scale. Some outsource only the channels nobody on staff can run. An outsourced department is the far end, for a company where nobody inside owns marketing. Our page on marketing as a service covers the subscription model in general.
The pages that rank for this search describe a director with specialists under them. At RSM, “Every OMD client is paired with their own RSM marketing director who leads an in-house team of marketing specialists.” Made Simpler lists a strategist, writers, designers, SEO specialists, paid media managers, email operators and social coordinators. Hinge adds project managers and a QA process that “double checks all work before you ever see it.”
At Growigami the roles split two ways. Your CRO learns the business and builds each process with your team. AI agents then research and draft the work every week.
Each process is priced on its own, and you can start with any of these:
Strategy is built once. Positioning and messaging costs $4,999. The ICP and go-to-market plan costs the same. A website is a one-time build from $7,499.
The optional CRO review is the closest thing to a marketing director in this setup. Your CRO goes through the whole department with you and tunes it on the numbers, monthly for $1,499 or weekly for $2,999. Without a review, your team steers the processes and we keep each one running.
Two of the six first-page results we read post their own price. These are the figures we could source, read on 4 November 2026 unless marked:

| Growigami, one process | From $1,999 a month | Our price list |
| Growigami, three processes with a monthly CRO review | From $7,496 a month | Our price list |
Three processes with a monthly review cost $7,496 a month after the first. One marketing manager’s median pay comes to about $13,900 a month, and the three processes cover the work across three channels. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost.
A small company can start with the one channel that is missing. Buy that process first, from $1,999 a month, and read the results in your CRM before you buy a second.
Where the founder holds what the marketing needs to say, our agents work from short calls and voice notes with the founder and the people who know the product.
If you run a local trade business, the buyer and the channels are different. Our pages for roofing companies, plumbers and HVAC companies cover those.
Outsource when one of these is true:

Keep marketing in house when the work needs someone in the building every day, or when a team you already have does the work well. Hinge names three risks of outsourcing: staff who feel threatened, less on-site access to the team and higher costs when marketing is underfunded. Our comparison of in-house marketing and an agency goes deeper on that choice.
Ask every firm the same four questions: who does the weekly work, what it costs each month, what your team does and how long you are committed. Then start with one process, so the first test is small.
At Growigami the answers are fixed. AI agents do the work on processes your CRO built. Each process starts at $1,999 a month. Your team joins short calls, and your seller sends each outbound message. After three months, you can leave with 30 days' notice.
CapOut sells software that turns insurance estimate PDFs into Xactimate files for roofing and restoration contractors. Its CEO, Matt Fruge, had been through two and a half marketers in house, and one sales sheet took more than two months. One outside team then ran its search pages and its outbound and built a product-led website. Its estimated search traffic grew 10x, and Matt reported revenue up nearly 5x in his investor update (CapOut story).
“For the same price that you would pay one and a half to two people, we get access to the whole gamut of everything you provide.” Matt Fruge, CEO, CapOut
Reworld is a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator whose sales team spent most of its time chasing unqualified leads. Growigami built a profile for each of its four buyer segments and cleaned its CRM, so marketing and sales worked from one pipeline. Reworld went from about 150 marketing-qualified leads a quarter to 600+ in four months, with $250M+ in pipeline (Reworld story).
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Outsourced marketing means paying people outside your company to do some or all of your marketing. Hinge, a firm on the first page for this search, defines it as "the practice of contracting an organization's marketing functions to an outside firm." An outsourced marketing department is the version where the outside team covers the whole function. Growigami sells that department one process at a time.
At Growigami each process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Three processes with a monthly CRO review come to $7,496 a month. Of the six first-page results we read, Made Simpler's tiers with a fractional CMO start at $3,500 a month. NinjaPromo starts at $80 an hour. RSM puts its department at "about the cost of one FTE."
Pick the one channel where the gap costs you most, buy that first, and measure it in your CRM before adding a second. At Growigami the channels are processes: outbound, search, social and paid, each from $1,999 a month. Ask every firm who does the weekly work and what your own team still has to do.
Give the writing to someone who learns your voice from short calls. Growigami's Social process writes three posts a week for each person from those calls and from voice notes, so each post is in that person's own words. It covers your company page and two people at the base size, from $1,999 a month.
Buy it as journeys tied to how people reach you, then judge it by meetings booked. Growigami's Nurture and newsletter process builds up to five journeys and a monthly newsletter in your first month. Each month after that, we rewrite the emails that stall and keep the ones that book calls. It starts at $1,999 a month.
To get skills that one hire cannot cover. Hinge, a marketing firm for professional services, gives five reasons, including access to "a very diverse, high-quality set of skills" without hiring a specialist team. A marketing manager's median US pay was $166,790 in May 2025. Hinge also names three risks: staff who feel threatened, less on-site access and higher costs when marketing is underfunded.
Your team's time goes into setup and short calls. Within a week of getting read access to your CRM, we show you the first process we would build. Your CRO builds it with your team, and it is usually running in about three weeks. After that, AI agents do the weekly work. You can see any piece before it goes out.
The minimum is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days' notice. Of the 12 B2B marketing firms we compared in November 2026, the three that publish a minimum term ask for 3 to 12 months, or 3 months' notice. None of the six first-page results we read for this search states its own term.
Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
