The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

82%

of the time, buyers chose the vendor they favored before contacting a seller (6sense 2026, via Demand Gen Report, November 2026)

Why it matters

Most committees pick a favorite before sales

6sense studied more than 4,600 recent B2B buying journeys for its 2026 report. Buying groups spent roughly 60% of an average 10.3-month cycle choosing before they spoke to a seller, and the vendor they favored then won 82% of the time. Marketing has to reach the committee during those months.

A tech marketing agency markets technology companies, from software and hardware to IT services. Of the 12 B2B marketing firms we compared in November 2026, six publish a price, and the lowest in dollars is $5,000 a month. Growigami is a third option to an agency or AI software, from $1,999 a month per process.

Your CRO builds each process with your team, and AI agents run it every week. Your team approves every piece before it goes out, and a monthly or weekly CRO review is optional. After the first three months, you can leave with 30 days' notice.

Which companies buy tech marketing from Growigami?

Growigami’s tech marketing is for the CMO or head of marketing at a B2B technology company whose deals go through a buying committee and a technical evaluation. That covers infrastructure and data software, developer platforms sold to companies, B2B hardware and IT services firms. These buyers research for months, and an engineer, a budget holder and procurement all have a say.

Several neighbors have their own pages:

Consumer devices are a different trade. Darkroom, which publishes one of the lists for this search, says it is built for consumer hardware. A firm like that fits a product sold through a cart better than we do. B2B companies outside technology can read our B2B marketing agency page.

What does a tech marketing agency do?

The five pages we read for this search on 5 November 2026 describe much the same menu. Content, paid ads and branding appear on all five pages. SEO appears on four. Four of the five are lists, and three of those rank the publishing agency first. Darkroom adds a useful split. It sorts technology companies into three groups by how revenue arrives. Sales-led B2B software is one, and the others are product-led software and consumer hardware.

For sales-led B2B, Darkroom describes “a sales cycle measured in months, with a buying committee and a procurement gate.” There, it says, the agency has to target accounts and measure pipeline. That is the company Growigami works for.

How does a B2B buying committee buy?

6sense’s 2026 B2B Buyer Experience Report studied more than 4,600 recent B2B buying journeys, with buyers in North America, APAC, Continental Europe and the UK and Ireland. The purchases were software, services and physical goods worth at least $25,000 a year, so the figures describe B2B buying in general. Demand Gen Report summarized the report on 2 November 2026:

FindingFigure
Average buying cycle10.3 months
Share of the cycle spent choosing before contacting a sellerRoughly 60%
Purchases won by the vendor favored before seller contact82%
Purchases won by a vendor already on the first shortlist92%
Buyers who use an LLM during an evaluation81%
Buyers who use an LLM to discover vendors26%
Buyers who stay up to date on vendors between purchases96%

Three things follow for a tech marketer. The committee forms its shortlist from what it already knows, so the work has to reach them between purchases. Each member brings different questions, so give the engineer integration and comparison pages and the budget holder cost pages and case studies. Vendor websites are the most common way buyers keep up between purchases, cited by 36%, so your own pages carry weight.

What Growigami runs for a B2B technology company

Each week, AI agents research target accounts, write a message for each contact on the buying committee and draft pages that answer technical questions. Your CRO built each process with your team and ran it by hand until it worked. Your product people answer questions on short calls and check the technical claims, and your sellers send the outreach and take the calls.

You pick the processes, each from $1,999 a month:

  • Outbound (Pipeline): 500 target accounts researched a month. Each contact gets their own message by email and LinkedIn, and interested replies reach your sellers the same day.
  • Search (Search): 200 pages a month, or 500 on the larger size, covering comparisons, integrations, use cases and plain definitions. The same pages are built to rank on Google and to be cited in AI answers.
  • LinkedIn (Social): your company page and two people, three posts a week each, written from short calls and voice notes.
  • Deal follow-up: up to 60 sales calls a month briefed, with the recap drafted for the seller to send. Deals that went quiet get a new reason to talk.
  • Sales assets: two a month, such as a customer case study and a battlecard against your main competitor.

Each month on search, we ask the assistants your buyers use the questions they ask, then show you which answers name you and which name a competitor.

Who checks the technical claims?

Your team, before anything goes out. Pages are drafted from what your product people tell us on short calls, and each one waits for the approval of the person you choose. Posts in an expert’s name wait for that expert, and outreach waits for the seller who sends it.

What does a tech marketing agency cost?

Darkroom’s list publishes no prices for other agencies, and the other lists give ranges or nothing. So we read the firms’ own pages. Kalungi, Refine Labs and Powered by Search all appear on lists for this search.

A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend on the Paid process is paid at cost. An agency price buys a team’s time, and a software price buys a tool your team runs. A Growigami process buys one channel at a stated volume, with the work done.

How to choose a tech marketing agency

Darkroom’s first test is buyer-motion match, which it calls the criterion buyers get burned on: ask for a client whose revenue arrives the way yours does, and what the agency did for it. TopRank Marketing’s guide, posted in February 2024, ends its list with this quality: “Connects marketing activities to business impact and revenue.” It also cites LinkedIn research in which 18% of B2B leaders at technology companies felt uncertain or pessimistic about their marketing team driving revenue the next year, more than in any other industry.

Add four questions of your own:

  • How do your writers learn our product? Ask for the process, and how long it takes before a page needs no rewrite from your engineers.
  • Who approves each piece? Name the person on your side who checks technical claims, and confirm nothing publishes without them.
  • What does a month produce? Accounts researched, pages published or posts written is easier to judge than hours.
  • What is the minimum term? Refine Labs asks for six months on its paid media plans, and Virayo for an initial six.

When a specialist tech agency or software fits better

  • You sell consumer hardware. A firm built for consumer hardware, as Darkroom describes itself, fits a product sold through a cart and a marketplace.
  • You need PR in the same contract. Walker Sands describes itself as an integrated agency that brings together brand, demand and PR.
  • Your team wants to run the tools itself. If your marketers have time to operate software, a writing tool such as Jasper, at $69 a seat a month, costs far less than a process.
  • You want one large team across every channel at once. Full-service firms such as Kalungi price for that, at $50,000+ a month.

CapOut’s search traffic grew 10x; Reworld built $250M+ in pipeline

CapOut makes software that converts insurance estimate PDFs into Xactimate files for roofing contractors. One outside team took on its search pages, outbound and a product-led website built around a free trial. Weekly workshops pulled product knowledge out of the CEO, so the pages said what only CapOut knows. Estimated search visits grew 10x after the new pages went live (CapOut story).

Reworld is outside tech: a $3 billion waste-to-energy operator that sells to four distinct buyer segments. Its CRM was messy, and sales spent most of its time on unqualified leads. Ideal-customer profiles for each segment, a cleaned CRM and campaigns per segment produced $250M+ in pipeline and 600+ MQLs (Reworld story).

Both are past results, and neither is a forecast for yours.

Questions

Common questions about tech marketing agencies

What is a tech marketing agency?

It is an outside firm that markets technology companies, from software and hardware to IT services. The lists on this search describe much the same menu: SEO, content, paid ads, social and branding. Growigami sells that work as processes, such as outbound or search, each built by your CRO and run every week by AI agents from $1,999 a month.

How much does a tech marketing agency cost?

An influencer agency's list for this search, last updated February 2025, puts most tech marketing agencies at $1,000 to $20,000 a month. On their own pages, Refine Labs' paid media management starts at $14,000 a month with a 6-month minimum, and Kalungi lists full service at $50,000+ a month. Growigami starts at $1,999 a month per process, and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.

How is tech marketing different from SaaS marketing?

SaaS marketing is one part of tech marketing, built around subscriptions, trials and churn. Tech marketing also covers hardware, infrastructure and IT services sold through long evaluations. If you sell subscription software and your questions are about ARR and trials, our SaaS marketing agency page covers that buyer.

How long is a B2B technology sales cycle?

6sense's 2026 report puts the average B2B buying cycle at 10.3 months, across software, services and physical-goods purchases worth at least $25,000 a year. It gives no separate figure for technology. Roughly 60% of that time passed before the buying group contacted a seller, so pages, posts and outreach have to reach each member of the committee before an evaluation starts.

Can AI marketing software replace a tech marketing agency?

It can replace some of the drafting, and your team still has to run it. 11x's Growth plan starts at $3,750 a month and is billed annually. Jasper Pro is $69 a seat billed monthly. Growigami is a third option. Your CRO builds the process, AI agents run it and your team approves what goes out.

Who checks the technical claims in the content?

Your team does, before anything is published. Pages are drafted from short calls with your product people, and each page waits for the approval of the person you choose. Posts in an expert's name wait for that expert. Outreach waits for the seller who sends it.

How long is the contract?

The minimum is three months, and after that you can leave with 30 days' notice. Of the 12 B2B marketing firms we compared in November 2026, the three that publish a minimum term ask for 3 to 12 months, or 3 months' notice. 11x bills its listed plan annually.

Do you guarantee pipeline?

No. We commit to the work at a posted price: 500 target accounts researched a month on outbound, or 200 pages a month on search. Interested replies reach your sellers the same day, with the thread and the research attached. An optional monthly CRO review, $1,499 a month, goes through the numbers with you and tunes the process.

Start with one tech marketing process.
