The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

What does Twin Cities digital marketing cost, agency or hire?

Start with the hire. BLS put the metro’s median at $97,910 a year for market research analysts and marketing specialists in May 2025, about $8,160 a month before benefits. That is $10,400 above the Minnesota median and $19,150 above the US. The metro’s median for marketing managers was $173,040, close to the state’s $173,300.

Two of the ranking agencies post a monthly fee on their own sites. SoloItech’s pricing page lists four SEO plans, the cheapest at $599 a month. Skol Marketing, Modern Climate, Northwing and AMP Digital post no fee anywhere we looked (all read 5 November 2026).

Thrive’s Minneapolis form asks for a budget band. Its SEO pricing page gives monthly estimates that start at $500 for small businesses, and it says Thrive offers month-to-month contracts.

How crowded is the Minneapolis agency market?

A second Hook Agency post, on the Minneapolis agencies best to work at, opens with a guess: that Minneapolis “must have one of the most marketing agencies per capita in the country”. Our Census file has no per-resident rate for metros, but it does count establishments and jobs. The metro has 269 advertising agency establishments, 10th of 304 metros by count, with 3,644 employees at 1.35 times the US share of jobs. Its 797 marketing consulting establishments rank 20th of 365 and hold 1.40 times the US share.

Pay is above the national figure in both. The metro’s advertising agencies averaged $107,279 against $106,841 across the US, and its marketing consultants $97,184 against $83,009. Together they come to 1,066 establishments and 9,585 employees. Hook’s ranking list sorts 29 local agencies into nine specialties.

What Growigami runs for Twin Cities firms of 10 to 99

In a normal week, AI agents draft and queue the pages, ads, replies and messages on each process. Your CRO checks that each process is producing what it was built for. Your CRO, who has run sales and marketing teams, sets each process up with your staff first. Your staff take the calls, meet the clients and mail outreach under their own names.

  • Search. Two hundred new pages a month, or five hundred at the larger size, built around the questions your buyers put to Google or ChatGPT. Your team’s answers on short calls are the raw material.
  • Paid and creative. Ads across two channels you choose from Google, LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube, on as much as $25,000 a month in spend. As many as two landing pages are built for them each month, and trades also get Local Services Ads and Business Profile care.
  • Lead follow-up. Each month, as many as 300 inbound leads get researched and scored before your team sees them, and each comes with a first reply to check and send.
  • Pipeline. Selling to the region’s large employers? Then 500 accounts researched a month, each with a current reason to reach out and a message for every contact.

A standing CRO review is optional and priced separately: $1,499 a month for monthly sessions, $2,999 for weekly. Without one, you set direction and we keep the processes running.

Which Twin Cities industries rank in the top 20 metros?

County Business Patterns builds the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington metro from 15 counties. Thirteen are in Minnesota: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Le Sueur, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright. Pierce and St. Croix are across the line in Wisconsin. A metro area, in Census terms, is a populous core and the surrounding communities closely knit to it by economy and society.

The metro had 99,443 employer establishments and 1,885,126 employees in the week of March 12, 2023. Average pay was $72,877, which is $4,556 above Minnesota and $4,535 above the US. Its establishments average 19.0 employees, and 26.4 percent have 10 to 99, against 26.0 percent statewide and 24.6 percent nationally. Duluth, Rochester and the state’s other metros are compared on the Minnesota page.

We chose rows where the metro ranks in the top 20 US metros by establishment count, which turned out to include every sector below. A ratio above 1.00x in the right column means the sector employs a larger slice of metro workers than of US workers.

Investment advice leads on concentration, at 2.05 times the US share of jobs, and its 467 establishments rank 11th of 354 metros (financial advisor marketing). In its SEC filings, Ameriprise Financial gives a Minneapolis business address and an industry code of investment advice. The chiropractic count, 918 offices, ranks 6th of 385 metros. Northwestern Health Sciences University, founded in 1941 as Northwestern College of Chiropractic, has had its campus in Bloomington since 1983.

The trades rank high by count. The metro’s 2,078 residential remodelers place 11th of 387 metros (general contractor marketing), and so do its 1,605 landscaping establishments (landscaping marketing). On the professional side, the 1,570 law offices average $133,487 in pay, ahead of the US figure of $125,580 (law firm marketing).

Technology buyers and sellers make up the rest. Managed IT providers sit inside computer systems design, where the metro counts 2,456 establishments and 24,165 employees (MSP marketing). The 231 software publishers employ 13,745, an average of about 60 each (SaaS marketing).

The headquarters behind those numbers are public. Greater MSP, the regional economic development partnership, names health and life sciences, food and agriculture, advanced manufacturing and financial services among the region’s key industries. SEC filings put Target and U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis and Best Buy in Richfield. UnitedHealth Group files from Eden Prairie, and 3M and Ecolab from St. Paul. By USTR’s count, the metro shipped $21.7 billion in goods abroad in 2024.

When a Minneapolis agency is the better choice

  • You want a brand campaign with national reach. For big-brand work, Hook’s list points readers to Carmichael Lynch (now part of Omnicom) and Colle McVoy. That is a different job from a weekly process.
  • Your company is a roofer, an HVAC shop or a plumber. Hook Agency takes only home-service clients and posts its price. For how we handle the same trades, see home services marketing.
  • You want the agency in your conference room. Skol and Northwing list Hopkins addresses, and Modern Climate is on Washington Avenue North in Minneapolis.
  • The work is a shoot at your office or job site. A Twin Cities crew can be there the same morning. Our Video process works from a recorded call or from your product screens.

Pick Growigami when you want the weekly work done at a price you can see before the first call.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions to ask a Minneapolis digital marketing agency

What is the average fee for a digital marketing agency?

No page on Minneapolis's first results page gives an average, but two ranking agencies post fees on their own sites. SoloItech's SEO plans start at $599 a month, and Hook Agency lists $3,750 a month for local SEO and AEO. Thrive's Minneapolis page has you choose a budget, from below $750 a month to above $100,000. One Growigami process is $1,999 a month.

What is the 3-3-3 rule for marketing?

It is a rule of thumb with no fixed source. LYFE Marketing's blog, updated 2 November 2026, defines it as three main messages, three audience segments and three channels. The useful part for a small firm is the limit: run fewer channels well. That is also why each Growigami channel is a separate process.

Which agency is best for digital marketing?

The one built for your channel and your buyer. Hook Agency's list sorts 29 Minneapolis agencies into nine groups, from branding studios and enterprise shops to SEO, PPC and social specialists. Hook itself serves only home-service firms. Decide which channel matters most, then shortlist agencies that specialize in it.

Do I need a separate SEO company in Minneapolis?

Not if your digital marketing partner runs search as its own line of work. Hook's list names six Minneapolis firms under SEO and search alone. Our Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages, and each month we report whether ChatGPT and Perplexity cite you when your buyers ask.

Does a firm on the Wisconsin side of the river count?

Yes. The Census puts Pierce and St. Croix counties in Wisconsin inside the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington metro, and our work is the same on either bank. Pages and campaigns can target Wisconsin towns alongside Minnesota ones.

How do we work with a team that is not in the Twin Cities?

Through video calls during setup, then your CRM, where the weekly work lands. Your CRO leads the setup calls. Adding the monthly CRO review ($1,499 a month) gives you a session each month, and you can message your CRO in Slack between sessions.

What happens after the first three months?

Each process carries on month by month, and 30 days' notice ends it whenever you choose. Every process and add-on is priced on our public price list, so you can see the monthly total before you add a second one. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.

Who sees the work before it is published?

You do. You approve each page and every ad before it goes out. Your seller reviews each outreach message, then sends it from their own mailbox, and lead replies wait for your staff to check and send. Your CRO agrees with you in the first weeks who on your side signs off on each kind of work.

Run one Twin Cities process with us.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
