An Omaha business can pay an SEO retainer or license tools and do the work itself. Growigami is a third option. Your CRO turns your customers' questions into a page plan, and AI agents publish 200 pages a month from it for $1,999.

Price
What Omaha SEO costs, priced against a hire
Pick the process that matters most to your pipeline. Add the next one when the first shows results.
Omaha SEO is the work of getting a business found when people in the metro search Google or ask an AI assistant. It means researching their questions, then publishing and fixing the pages that answer them. None of the five firm pages we could read on page one for “seo company omaha” shows a rate (read 5 November 2026). Thrive posts a starting estimate on a separate pricing page. Growigami posts its price: $1,999 a month for 200 pages.
Growigami is remote, with nobody in Omaha or Council Bluffs; setup happens with your team over video. Ahrefs counts about 600 US searches a month for “seo omaha”, 350 for “omaha seo” and 150 for “seo company omaha” (November 2026).
Which Omaha SEO firms post a price?
None of the five firm pages on page one for “seo company omaha” shows one. Omaha SEO Company offers “customized packages” after a free consultation and SEO audit. DMThrive Agency starts with a free consultation. Netlynx says its price depends on competition, audience reach, site age and size. Thrive’s Omaha page sorts visitors into budget bands that begin under $750. Its SEO pricing page puts small-business SEO at about $500 a month and up, month to month. Web Tonic, which ranks its own firm first in its guide, lists “custom scope” for itself. The guide says none of the nine Omaha agencies it reviewed publishes a rate. One of them, Serenity Digital, lists SEO plans from $1,750 a month plus a $500 setup fee on its own pricing page.

Making two quotes comparable
Web Tonic’s guide gives the buyer’s fix: send every firm the same written specification and ask for monthly deliverables in countable units. Growigami’s unit is the published page: 200 a month on the standard plan, 500 if you pay $1,499 more. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. The rest of the price list is on our offerings page.
How does the Census draw the Omaha metro?
The Omaha, NE-IA metro area is eight counties: Cass, Douglas, Sarpy, Saunders and Washington in Nebraska, and Harrison, Mills and Pottawattamie in Iowa. OMB’s rule starts with an urbanized core of 50,000 or more residents, and commuting patterns decide which surrounding counties belong. With three Iowa counties inside, the metro’s totals are not a share of Nebraska’s.
In 2023 the metro had 25,290 employer establishments and 455,764 employees in the week of March 12. Pay averaged $61,430, which beats Nebraska’s $57,518 and trails the national $68,342. Establishments averaged 18.0 employees, against 16.3 in Nebraska and 16.7 nationally, and 26.9 percent had 10 to 99. The Nebraska page sets Omaha beside Lincoln, Sioux City and Grand Island.
Eleven of the 20 sectors we track employ a larger share of Omaha workers than of US workers, and all eleven are below. Manufacturing is added as the largest employer of the group.

A sector above 1.00x holds a bigger slice of Omaha jobs than of jobs nationwide. The file leaves out people working on their own and most public employees.
Advisers, trades and dealers
Investment advice has the highest concentration in the table: 117 establishments at 1.89 times the US job share (financial advisor marketing). The 372 plumbing and HVAC contractors pay $77,055 on average, $3,362 above the US figure for the trade (HVAC marketing). The 265 electrical contractors employ 5,060 people at 1.53 times the US share (electrician marketing).
Omaha’s 530 landscaping establishments pay $55,597 on average, $4,311 over the US average for landscapers (landscaping marketing). Its 66 new car dealers employ 4,961 people, about 75 per dealership (auto dealer marketing). The 680 real estate offices run at 1.26 times the US share (real estate marketing).
Headquarters behind the B2B searches
Union Pacific, Berkshire Hathaway, Valmont Industries and Werner Enterprises all give Omaha business addresses in their SEC filings. The Greater Omaha Chamber says its region is home to more than 49,000 businesses, including four Fortune 500 and three Fortune 1000 headquarters. Its region is an eight-county area that adds Dodge and Otoe counties and leaves out Harrison and Saunders, so it does not match the Census metro. Firms that sell to railroads, insurers or manufacturers work from a named account list, which is where outbound fits.
Is a local Omaha SEO team worth paying for?
It depends on what you need from the people. Omaha SEO Company sells local ownership, with same-day responses and a team that knows the market. Web Tonic’s guide says local matters less than accountability and suggests asking whether anyone will ever sit in your office. If nobody will, it says, you are buying a remote service and should price it against remote competitors.
The local knowledge a page needs comes from your own staff: the parts of the metro you serve and what callers ask on both sides of the river. Your CRO collects it on video before drafting starts.
What Growigami runs for Omaha contractors and advisers
Setup takes the first few weeks. Your CRO and your team agree what customers ask, which pages answer it and when each goes live, then test the plan against your CRM. From there, AI agents write the week’s drafts from your staff’s answers. The calls, quotes and follow-up stay with your people.

Search (Search): 200 new pages each month, or 500 on the bigger plan, written for Google and for citation by ChatGPT and Perplexity. Our AI search optimization page explains the monthly answer report.
Paid (Paid and creative): Business Profile upkeep and Local Services Ads, plus campaigns on any two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta or YouTube for up to $25,000 a month in media. It is priced as a separate process, and media spend passes through at cost.
Outbound (Pipeline): firms selling to Omaha’s railroads, insurers and manufacturers get 500 target companies researched monthly. Every contact gets a first note, which your seller reviews and sends.
The CRO review is optional and extra, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones. Skip it, and your team sets the priorities while the processes keep going.
When an Omaha SEO firm with a local office is the better fit
You want same-day answers from someone in town. Omaha SEO Company is built around that promise.
You need a new website along with SEO. Omaha SEO Company lists custom websites among its services. Growigami’s website is a separate one-time build at $7,499.
You want a large agency with an Omaha desk. Web Tonic lists a local Omaha office alongside its San Francisco headquarters.
For an Omaha business that wants 200 pages a month at a known price, Search is the first process; ads or outbound come later if it earns them.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Questions to ask an SEO company in Omaha
What will an Omaha SEO firm charge me?
None of the five firm pages we read on page one for seo company omaha posts a rate; Omaha SEO Company quotes after a free consultation and audit. Thrive's pricing page puts small-business SEO at about $500 a month and up. Serenity Digital, an Omaha firm in Web Tonic's guide, lists plans from $1,750 a month (read 5 November 2026). A metro marketing specialist earns a median $62,280 a year (BLS, May 2025). Search from Growigami is a flat $1,999 a month for 200 pages.
What is an SEO company paid to do?
An SEO company makes your site the answer search engines show for the questions your customers ask. DMThrive's Omaha page lists keyword research and on-page work such as title tags, URLs and alt text. Growigami's part is publishing: 200 new pages a month, each written from what your team already tells customers.
Will AI assistants make SEO pointless?
No. ChatGPT and Perplexity cite web pages in their answers, so the pages still have to exist and still have to say the right thing. G2 asked 1,076 B2B software buyers in March 2026, and 51% now begin their research in an AI chatbot. Growigami writes each page to be quoted there and reports monthly which answers name you.
Does Growigami guarantee Omaha rankings?
No. Omaha SEO Company's own FAQ says no reputable SEO company can guarantee specific rankings, because Google's algorithm keeps changing. Growigami commits to output you can count: 200 pages a month and a monthly AI answer report. If that does not pay for itself, 30 days' notice ends it after three months.
When would Omaha rankings improve?
Over months. Omaha SEO Company says most of its clients see traffic and ranking gains within 3 to 6 months, with the largest growth between months 6 and 12. Growigami does not put a date on rankings. The date it does give is the start: the Search process usually runs about three weeks after you share CRM access.
Does Growigami have staff in Omaha?
No. Growigami has no office or staff on either the Nebraska or the Iowa side of the metro. It names no local clients. Everything with your CRO happens on video. You approve each page before it publishes.
