What a Boise SEO company costs against one process
Pick the process that matters most to your pipeline. Add the next one when the first shows results.
A Boise business hires an SEO company to show up when customers search Google, Maps and AI assistants for the work it does. Four of the five SEO firms on page one for “seo company boise” post monthly figures on their own sites, from $500 to $12,500 (read 5 November 2026). Growigami charges $1,999 a month for its Search process, which publishes 200 pages.
Growigami has no Boise office or staff. Setup runs on video, and the pages publish to your own site, for a business anywhere in the Treasure Valley.
How much does a Boise SEO company charge?
Most of the firms on page one post a figure on their sites, though none on the page that ranks. SEO Idaho, fourth, prices its Core SEO plan at $750 a month, month to month, and its Platinum plan at $1,500 to $5,000+ after a 12-month first term. WebMarkets, seventh, lists marketing plans from $1,500 to $12,500 a month, with ad spend separate. SEO.co, ninth, says managed SEO typically starts at $2,000 to $3,000 a month and that you can cancel at any time.
Thrive, in second place, shows only a budget menu on its Boise form, from “Under $750” to “Above $100,000”; its New York page says packages start at $500 a month. Growwwise, tenth, lists three plans on its Boise page with no prices, and shows the same plans at 349, 649 and 1,289 a month, with no currency named, on its WordPress SEO page.

What Clutch’s Boise listings show
Clutch’s Boise listings give minimum project sizes and hourly rates. SEO Idaho lists a $5,000 minimum and rates of $150 to $199 an hour, and VELOX lists a $10,000 minimum at $200 to $300 an hour (read 5 November 2026).
Against those, Search at Growigami costs $1,999 monthly at 200 pages; the 500-page size is $1,499 on top. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Growwwise’s plans list one to three blog articles a month; every price for ours is on our price list.
Which five counties make up the Boise metro?
County Business Patterns reports the Boise City metro area as Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem and Owyhee counties. The Census glossary describes a metro area as a core with at least one urbanized area of 50,000 or more people. Adjacent communities with a high degree of economic and social integration with that core count as part of it.
In 2023 those five counties held 23,933 employer establishments and 321,694 employees in the week of March 12. Boise thus accounts for 41.2 percent of the state’s establishments and 45.3 percent of the people they employ. Average pay of $61,499 ran $6,245 above Idaho’s but $6,843 below the US average. The metro’s share of establishments with 10 to 99 employees, 23.8 percent, sits between Idaho’s 22.6 percent and the 24.6 percent national figure. Our Idaho page lines Boise up against Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Falls and the state’s other metro areas.
Rows were chosen by concentration. Of the 20 sectors we track, these eight have the biggest lead over their national job share. Manufacturing follows for its size, then the two marketing sectors and computer systems design, which trails well behind.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).
In the last column, 3.18x means software publishing’s slice of Boise jobs is a bit over three times its slice of US jobs. The survey leaves out owners with no employees.
Software, chips and the airport
Boise’s 38 software publisher establishments employ 7,406 people, 96.1 percent of Idaho’s software publishing jobs (SaaS marketing). Computer systems design, the Census group that takes in managed IT providers, runs the other way: 338 establishments at 0.46 times the US share (MSP marketing).
NIST’s CHIPS program page describes two high-volume, leading-edge DRAM fabs Micron is building in Boise, each with about 600,000 square feet of cleanroom space. It estimates 3,500 manufacturing and facility jobs and 6,000 construction jobs in Boise over 20 years, within Micron’s planned $50 billion in Idaho. Metro manufacturing already pays $84,171 on average, $10,969 above the US figure.
The Boise Airport reports 5,229,399 passengers in 2025, up from 4,990,885 in 2024. It calls that its fourth record year in a row, with traffic up nearly 76 percent from 2015 to 2025.
Trades, practices and offices
Roofing contractors number 151 and hold 1.86 times their national slice of jobs, ranking 36th of 379 metros by count (roofing marketing).
275 electrical contractors employ 3,352 people at 1.43 times (electrician marketing).
390 dental offices employ 3,519 at 1.49 times, and pay $52,122 against $60,718 nationally (dental marketing).
The metro’s 402 law offices run below the US share, at 0.77 times, and pay $89,660 on average (law firm marketing).
Plumbing and HVAC, at 1.97 times, is the most concentrated of the trades, with 376 contractors.
The local agency base
Boise has 42 advertising agency establishments with 393 employees, at 0.85x, and 191 marketing consulting establishments with 575 employees, at 0.79 times. Those 42 are 47.7 percent of Idaho’s advertising agencies but employ 71.1 percent of the state’s agency staff. Average pay was $72,939 at the agencies, against $106,841 nationally, and $56,237 in marketing consulting, against $83,009.
Does a Boise SEO company need to be in Boise?
For the page work, no. The ninth result, SEO.co, ranks with a Seattle and West Palm Beach footer, and Thrive’s Boise page, in second place, gives no Idaho address at all. The local knowledge a page needs, such as the towns you cover and what customers ask before they book, comes from your own staff.
An office counts when you want face-to-face meetings, or when you need someone to photograph crews and finished jobs. Your CRO gathers the local detail on video calls before drafting starts.
What Growigami runs for Treasure Valley businesses
Every week AI agents turn your staff’s answers into pages, and you approve each page before it goes live on the calendar set during setup. Your CRO designs that process with your team and measures it against what your CRM shows. Your people answer questions on short calls, then take the calls and inquiries the pages produce.

Search, 200 pages a month
Search delivers 200 pages each month (500 at the upper size), one per thing Boise customers ask. Pages are written for Google and to be quoted by ChatGPT and Perplexity, and a monthly check shows which assistant answers name you. Our answer engine optimization page explains that check.
Local ads and fast replies
For an owner shopping for a digital marketing agency in Boise, ads sit next to search. Paid and creative is its own $1,999 process. It covers Local Services Ads and Business Profile work, and it runs Google or Meta campaigns with budgets up to $25,000 monthly, the spend billed at cost. Inbound lead follow-up handles up to 300 inquiries a month, routed with a first reply written, at any hour.
Outbound for B2B sellers
A Boise firm that sells to other businesses can add Outbound: 500 target accounts researched a month and a note drafted for each contact, sent by your own salesperson.
A recurring review with your CRO is optional, at $1,499 a month or $2,999 for weekly sessions. Without it, you set direction and each process keeps running.
When a Boise SEO shop with an office makes more sense
You want to cancel any month. SEO Idaho’s Core plan runs month to month, and SEO.co’s Boise FAQ says you can cancel at any time. Ours runs three months before 30 days' notice applies.
Your budget is small. SEO Idaho’s Core SEO plan is $750 a month, below our $1,999.
You want to visit. SEO Idaho lists an office on ParkCenter Boulevard in Boise.
The work is photos at your jobs. A local team can come to your site; Growigami works over calls and from your screens.
Growigami suits a Treasure Valley business that wants a set number of pages every month, a price it can read first and a CRO it meets on video.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Questions about hiring an SEO company in Boise
What does a Boise SEO company do?
It works out which searches your customers make, then builds and repairs the pages that should appear for them in Google, Maps and AI answers. Thrive's Boise page lists keyword research, link building, content, on-page fixes and local listings. Growigami's Search process covers the page side at 200 a month, and Business Profile work sits in the Paid process.
Is SEO being phased out?
Not on the evidence of this search. Ahrefs counts 400 US searches a month for seo company boise, and Google's top ten for it, as of 1 October 2026, still holds a map pack and eight organic results. What has changed is that buyers also ask ChatGPT and Perplexity, so pages need to be written to be cited there too. Our Search process checks those answers every month.
What are the top tech companies in Boise?
Micron is the only chipmaker or software company among the ten names on the Idaho Department of Labor's 2025 top-employer list, in the 5,000 to 7,499 range; the list names only employers that gave the department permission. NIST's CHIPS page describes two leading-edge DRAM fabs Micron is building in Boise. The Census counts 38 software publisher establishments in the metro, employing 7,406 people, which is 96.1 percent of Idaho's software publishing jobs.
Who are the biggest SEO companies in Boise?
We found no source that sizes them up. Clutch's Boise SEO list shows minimum project sizes, such as $5,000 for SEO Idaho and $10,000 for VELOX, not headcounts. SEO Idaho gives an office on ParkCenter Boulevard and says it has worked since 2010. Ask any firm who will write your pages and where those writers work.
How much does SEO cost in Boise?
Four of the five page-one firms post monthly figures on their sites (read 5 November 2026). SEO Idaho's Core SEO plan is $750 a month and its Platinum plan $1,500 to $5,000+. WebMarkets lists plans from $1,500 to $12,500 a month. SEO.co says managed SEO typically starts at $2,000 to $3,000 a month. Thrive's Boise page shows only budget bands, while its New York page says packages start at $500 a month. Growigami's Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages, and $1,499 more buys the 500-page size.
Will 200 pages a month look like doorway pages?
Not if each page answers something real. Google's spam policies name 'pages targeted at specific regions or cities that funnel users to one page' as doorway abuse. A Meridian or Nampa page earns its place with the jobs you do there. Every page we draft opens from something a customer asked, answered by your staff, and you approve each page before it goes live.
Does Growigami have staff in Boise?
No. Nobody from Growigami works in Boise or elsewhere in Idaho, and we name no Idaho client. Setup runs on video calls with your CRO, and pages publish to your own website. For an office visit, SEO Idaho lists ParkCenter Boulevard, and WebMarkets says it works from Boise and Las Vegas.
