The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

average employees per Idaho employer establishment (Census CBP, 2023)

Why it matters

Idaho establishments average 12.2 employees

County Business Patterns counted 709,721 employees across 58,100 employer establishments in Idaho in 2023, about 12.2 per location against 16.7 nationally. Only 22.6 percent of Idaho establishments have 10 to 99 employees, which ranks 44th among the states and DC.

Your CRO sets that process up with your office staff. It normally runs within about three weeks.

Each week the agents draft the replies or the pages, and you read the results in your CRM.

  4. Stay with one, or add

An Idaho marketing agency runs a firm’s marketing for a monthly fee. The three agencies in our results for “marketing agency idaho” start at $500 to $5,000 a month on their pricing pages, the top figure including ad spend (read 5 November 2026). Growigami is a third option, run remotely: your CRO sets up each marketing process with you, and it runs weekly at $1,999 a month.

Growigami has no Idaho office, staff or client. Setup happens over video with you and your office staff, and you see each week’s output in your CRM.

Can an agency outside Idaho market an Idaho business?

It can do most of the work, and two of the agencies in our results already do. Lead Marketing Strategies gives its headquarters as Commack in New York. It says it serves businesses nationwide. Frostbite Marketing says it works with Idaho businesses “without inventing a hometown connection we do not have”.

What distance changes is the visit. Answering a 9 p.m. inquiry, running Local Services Ads or publishing pages about the jobs you do in Nampa happens on a screen. Photographing a finished kitchen or standing at a home show does not.

For an Idaho owner, the usual choices are an agency on a monthly retainer or a software subscription that someone in the office has to learn. With Growigami, a CRO who has led marketing and sales teams sets up each process with you. AI agents handle the weekly drafting from then on, at a published monthly price.

That fits an Idaho contractor, practice or B2B company of 10 to 99 people that wants calls answered and marketing done without a new hire. It is the wrong fit when the work has to happen at your shop or on a job site.

What Growigami runs for an Idaho contractor or practice

Each week, AI agents draft the replies to new inquiries, the search pages and the ads on the processes you chose. Your CRO sets up each process with you first and checks it against your CRM. You and your crew keep the phone calls, the estimates and the jobs.

Any of these can be the first process, from $1,999 a month:

  • Inbound lead follow-up: up to 300 inquiries a month, each looked up and passed to the right person with a first reply written, day or night. An inquiry left untouched is sent back to the office before it goes cold.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): Google’s Local Services Ads and Business Profile updates, plus Google or Meta campaigns carrying as much as $25,000 a month. Each month brings as many as two new landing pages, and the ad networks bill your spend at cost.
  • Search (Search): 200 pages a month (500 at the bigger size) about the jobs and questions customers search for. Each is written from what your staff already tells people on the phone, for Google and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): for firms that sell to other businesses. We research 500 target accounts a month and draft a note for each contact; your salesperson sends it, and replies come straight back to them.

Regular sessions with your CRO are an add-on, at $1,499 a month for monthly or $2,999 for weekly. You can skip them: you set the priorities, and the processes keep running.

Idaho employers by sector, from the 2023 Census

County Business Patterns counted 58,100 employer establishments in Idaho in 2023, each a location with paid staff. Per 100,000 residents that is 2,957, against 2,497 for the US, or about 18 percent more, and only nine of the 50 states and DC run higher. The establishments are small. They average 12.2 employees against 16.7 nationally, and 75.8 percent have fewer than 10.

Idaho is also growing quickly. Census estimates put its population up 6.8 percent from April 2020 to July 2023, while the US grew 1.0 percent. The Idaho Department of Labor’s covered-employment figures show an average of 871,042 jobs in 2025, up from 663,646 in 2015, and construction jobs nearly doubled over those ten years, from 36,846 to 72,689.

We picked the table’s rows for concentration. First come the sectors whose share of Idaho jobs runs furthest above the US share, then manufacturing for its size, the two marketing sectors, and computer systems design, which runs furthest below.

The last column compares a sector’s slice of Idaho jobs with its slice of US jobs; at 1.61x, plumbing and HVAC holds about 1.6 times the national share.

The trades lead

Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors top the table: 904 establishments employing 9,912 people at 1.61 times the national share (HVAC marketing). Idaho’s 1,148 residential remodelers run at 1.54 times, though their average pay of $47,610 trails the US figure of $56,954 (general contractor marketing). The 1,166 landscaping establishments run at 1.51 times and pay $51,496 on average, slightly above the national $51,286 (landscaping marketing).

Practices, brokerages and plants

Idaho’s 333 chiropractic offices employ 1,205 people at 1.58 times the US share (chiropractor marketing). Idaho has 1,841 real estate brokerages, 26th by count among the 51 (real estate marketing). Its 2,114 manufacturing establishments employ 68,249 people, the largest workforce in the table, at 1.09 times the US share (manufacturing marketing).

The Idaho Department of Labor’s list of top employers for 2025 puts Saint Luke’s first, at 15,000 or more. Battelle Energy Alliance, Micron and Albertsons each fall in the 5,000 to 7,499 range, alongside St Alphonsus Health and Boise State University. The list covers only employers that gave the department permission to publish their range.

Where Idaho’s employers sit, metro by metro

Seven metro areas in the Census file include Idaho counties. Two cross the state line. Logan is centered in Utah and adds Franklin County, Idaho, while Lewiston takes in Asotin County, Washington, so both rows count some establishments outside Idaho.

Coeur d’Alene has 1,229 more establishments than Idaho Falls, yet Idaho Falls employs 4,545 more people and pays $58,410 on average against $53,411. Pocatello pays the least of the seven, $44,402, and Twin Falls is next at $45,837.

How many marketing agencies are there in Idaho?

The Census counted 88 advertising agency establishments and 359 marketing consulting establishments in Idaho in 2023, 447 together, with 1,833 employees between them. Idaho has 0.69 percent of US employer establishments, but only 0.57 percent of US advertising agencies; its share of marketing consulting matches its overall share at 0.69 percent.

Both employ a smaller slice of Idaho jobs than of US jobs. Advertising agencies sit at 0.54x and marketing consulting at 0.80x. Idaho’s advertising agencies paid an average of $66,617, about $40,224 below the national $106,841, and its marketing consultants $60,223 against $83,009. Sole proprietors with no payroll do not appear in either count.

Idaho marketing pay, and the agency prices on offer

Each of the three agencies posts prices on a separate pricing page, though its Idaho page quotes after a call. Lead Marketing Strategies lists plans from $500 a month and works month to month. Market Veep’s programs start at a monthly budget of $1,950 to $5,350, on a one-year contract. Frostbite starts engagements at $5,000 a month including ad spend, with a 90-day initial term.

SEO company pricing for Idaho firms

On Clutch’s Boise SEO list, SEO Idaho shows a $5,000 minimum project and rates of $150 to $199 an hour (read 5 November 2026). Our Search process costs $1,999 a month for 200 pages, or $1,499 more for 500, each drafted from questions your customers actually ask.

When another firm fits an Idaho owner better

  • The work is on site. Photos of finished jobs, a booth at a home show or a monthly sit-down in your office favor a team that can drive to you. Growigami’s videos are recorded on a short call.
  • You mostly need HubSpot set up. Market Veep’s Idaho page has a section headed “We Know Hubspot”. Our processes run in your CRM, but a CRM build is a different job.
  • You want no minimum term. Lead Marketing Strategies advertises no long-term contracts. Ours ask for three months before 30 days' notice applies.
  • You want a marketing manager on payroll. An Idaho marketing manager earns a median $142,090; a fractional CMO covers the role part-time.

Growigami is the better buy for an Idaho owner who wants inquiries answered and marketing run every week at a price posted before the first call.

Questions

Idaho marketing agency questions from owners

How much does a marketing agency in Idaho cost?

Lead Marketing Strategies' pricing page starts at $500 a month, Market Veep's lowest program at $1,950 and Frostbite Marketing at $5,000 including ad spend (read 5 November 2026). Their Idaho pages quote after a call, and Frostbite's says it does not publish standardized rates. Growigami posts its price, $1,999 a month per process. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta at cost.

Should an Idaho business hire a marketer or use an agency?

A hire makes sense when you need one person on site every day. In May 2025 BLS put Idaho's median at $60,970 for a marketing specialist and $142,090 for a marketing manager. An outside team makes sense when the work spans several channels every week. One Growigami process costs $1,999 a month, a fraction of either salary.

Do you work with businesses outside Boise?

Yes. Everything runs remotely, so a contractor in Coeur d'Alene or a clinic in Twin Falls starts on the same calls as a Boise firm. Ads and pages can be aimed at the Idaho counties and towns you serve, and the inquiries they bring in reach whoever answers your phone.

Will you promise more calls or jobs?

No. Growigami does not promise call counts, jobs or rankings. Each process has a scope you can check, such as up to 300 inquiries a month routed with a drafted reply, or 200 pages published. You see the numbers in your CRM, and you can stop with 30 days' notice after three months.

How fast does an inquiry get a reply?

Every inquiry gets looked up and routed to the right person with a first reply already written, whatever the hour, up to 300 a month. One that nobody touches goes back to your office before it goes cold. Whoever on your team receives it checks the reply and sends it.

Does Growigami keep an office in Idaho?

No. Growigami has no office or staff in Idaho and does not name Idaho clients. Setup is done over video, and the output lands in your CRM. If you want a firm you can meet locally, the Enrich Labs directory in our results lists Breakline and other agencies in Boise.

Can I see an ad before it runs?

Yes. You approve every ad and each page before it runs. Each drafted reply goes out only after the person who receives the lead checks it and sends it. Your CRO settles who on your team approves what in the first weeks, along with who receives each kind of lead.

Hand off one Idaho process first.
