An SEO company in Louisville works out what local buyers search for on Google and in AI assistants. Then it publishes the pages that answer them. Four of the five agency sites we could open from the top ten for “seo company louisville” publish an SEO price or a starting estimate, two on the ranking page and two on a separate pricing page (read 5 November 2026). Growigami publishes 200 pages a month for $1,999, from a remote team.
Nobody at Growigami works in the metro, on the Kentucky or the Indiana side. Setup runs on video calls with your team.
Which Louisville SEO firms post a price?
SEOteric does, and says so: it calls itself one of the few Louisville SEO companies that publishes pricing. Elit-Web lists three plans. 1Digital Agency’s Louisville page gives only a market range, but its own pricing pages list local SEO from $899 a month, or $499 plus an $89 site plan on its own CMS, with a six-month first term. Thrive’s Louisville page asks for a budget band, starting under $750, and its SEO pricing page puts small-business SEO at about $500 a month and up, on month-to-month contracts. Hatfield Media posts no number.

Ahrefs gave the positions (US, 5 November 2026), and each price was read on the firm’s own pages the same day, its pricing, packages and FAQ pages included. SEOteric’s 12-month minimum applies to its website-as-a-service plan, which takes SEO as a $250 or $500 monthly add-on, not to the SEO packages above.
Points, tiers and page counts
SEOteric’s entry package buys 12 “points” a month for one city, for work such as keyword research, a technical audit, local citations and landing pages. Its top package buys 80 points. Elit-Web’s tiers include up to 2, 6 or 20 landing pages. 1Digital’s entry tier includes one onsite blog post and one offsite article a month. Ask any firm how many new pages its fee buys each month. Growigami’s answer is 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 for $1,499 more, priced on our price list.
How is the Louisville metro defined?
The Census Bureau’s Louisville/Jefferson County, KY-IN metro area is twelve counties: Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby and Spencer in Kentucky, and Clark, Floyd, Harrison and Washington in Indiana. OMB, the federal budget office, sets the boundary from a core urban area of at least 50,000 residents plus the counties tied to it by commuting. Because the metro reaches into Indiana, its totals are not a slice of Kentucky’s.
The metro had 31,628 employer establishments and 648,726 employees in the week of March 12, 2023. Its average pay of $60,387 is above Kentucky’s $54,805 and below the US average of $68,342. Establishments here are bigger than usual, 20.5 employees on average against 18.1 statewide and 16.7 nationally, and 28.0 percent have 10 to 99 employees. Our Kentucky page compares Louisville with Lexington and the state’s other metros.
The five sectors at the top of the table are every tracked sector that holds a larger share of Louisville jobs than of US jobs. Below them sit the trades and practices closest to the US share. Law, professional services and the two marketing rows come last.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).
Share of jobs vs US compares each sector’s slice of metro employment with its slice of national employment. Self-employed owners and most government jobs are outside the count.
Factories and the trades
Factories carry the metro: 86,832 manufacturing employees at 1,222 establishments, 1.52 times the US job share (manufacturing marketing). Among the trades, 449 plumbing and HVAC contractors run at 1.17 times (HVAC marketing) and 291 electrical contractors at 1.03 times (electrician marketing). The 105 roofing contractors pay $74,082 on average, $3,530 above the US figure for roofers (roofing marketing).
Louisville’s 676 insurance agencies and brokerages employ 4,097 people, 1.08 times the US share (insurance agency marketing). Its 618 law offices average $77,752 in pay, against $125,580 nationally.
Headquarters and air cargo
SEC filings put the business addresses of Humana, Brown-Forman, Yum! Brands and Texas Roadhouse in Louisville. The Louisville Regional Airport Authority calls its airport the home of UPS Worldport. It reports that Airports Council International’s preliminary figures ranked the airport fifth in the world and third in North America for cargo in 2024, with 3,152,969 metric tons handled. Freight and warehousing firms around it are who our logistics marketing page is for.
The local agency count
The Census counted 77 advertising agency establishments in the metro, with 788 employees and an average pay of $74,220, at 0.85 times the US job share. Marketing consulting had 122 establishments and 598 employees, at 0.41 times, paying $51,913 against $83,009 nationally.
Does the SEO team need to be in Louisville?
Two firms on page one answer it from opposite ends. Hatfield Media describes a Louisville-based SEO team at a Nelson Miller Parkway address. 1Digital Agency says plainly that it has no Louisville office and serves the city remotely from a team founded in Philadelphia in 2012.
The useful local knowledge, which streets and towns you cover and what people ask before they hire you, comes from your own staff in either case. Your CRO gathers it on video calls before drafting starts. A firm across town is worth more when you want face-to-face meetings or someone to film your work.
What Growigami runs for Louisville plants and trades
Your CRO spends the first weeks setting up one process with your staff and checking it against your CRM. After that, AI agents do the weekly research and drafting, and your team handles the calls, quotes and replies that come back.

Search (Search): 200 pages monthly, 500 on the larger plan, each aimed at Google’s results and at being quoted by ChatGPT or Perplexity. A monthly check shows which answers name you. Our AI search optimization page covers the check.
Paid (Paid and creative): Local Services Ads, Business Profile upkeep and campaigns on two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta or YouTube for media budgets to $25,000 a month. It is priced as its own process, with ad spend billed at cost.
Outbound (Pipeline): for suppliers to manufacturers, insurers and health systems, 500 named accounts researched a month with a note drafted for each contact. Your salesperson reviews, then sends.
The CRO review is optional and costs extra, $1,499 a month for monthly sessions and $2,999 for weekly. Teams that leave it off set their own priorities while each process keeps running.

Questions
Questions to settle with any Louisville SEO company
How much does it cost to hire someone to do SEO in Louisville?
On page one for seo company louisville, SEOteric's entry package is $750 a month plus a $500 setup fee, and Elit-Web's plans run from $1,500 to $3,500. 1Digital Agency's pricing pages list local SEO from $899 a month, or $499 plus an $89 site plan on its own CMS, with a six-month first term. Thrive's pricing page puts small-business SEO at about $500 a month and up (all read 5 November 2026). An in-house specialist costs a median $63,280 a year in the metro (BLS, May 2025). Growigami charges $1,999 a month and publishes 200 pages for it.
What does an SEO company do?
It decides which searches your customers make on the way to buying. Then it makes sure your site has a strong, readable page for each one. 1Digital Agency's Louisville page adds AI assistants to that job. Growigami's share of it is the pages: 200 a month, each started from answers your staff gives on a call.
Does SEO still pay off now that buyers ask AI?
It does for firms whose customers research before they call, as long as the pages are written to be quoted by AI assistants too. In G2's March 2026 survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers, 51% said they begin in an AI chatbot. Growigami checks every month which ChatGPT and Perplexity answers mention you, so you can see whether your firm is in those answers.
What big companies are in Louisville, KY?
SEC filings give Louisville business addresses for Humana, Brown-Forman, Yum! Brands and Texas Roadhouse. The airport is home to UPS Worldport, and Airports Council International's preliminary figures ranked it fifth in the world for cargo in 2024. For a supplier, those names belong on an outbound list as much as in a search plan.
How long does SEO take in Louisville?
Months, by the ranking firms' own estimates. 1Digital Agency expects local map results in 30 to 90 days and competitive rankings in 4 to 9 months. Elit-Web says first traffic gains take at least 1 to 3 months. Growigami gives no ranking date; its Search process is usually live about three weeks after you open your CRM to us.
Where is Growigami's team?
Remote. Growigami has no office or staff in the Louisville metro on either side of the Ohio River. It names no clients there. Your CRO works with your team over video. You approve each page before it is published.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is priced into the first month: a process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. After that each process is $1,999 a month, and 30 days' notice ends it once three months are up. On page one, SEOteric charges setup fees of $500 to $2,000 depending on the package. 1Digital Agency says it charges none.
