What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion

The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1

Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

Fennick probes report every 60 seconds, so the timeline has no gaps.4

Philadelphia firms pay an SEO company to get found by buyers who search, and the pages that rank for “seo company philadelphia” rarely say what that costs. Momentum Digital’s guide, dated 2021 and still on page one, puts typical local SEO at $300 to $2,500 a month. Growigami’s Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages, run remotely.

Growigami has no office or staff anywhere in the metro, and we name no clients there. Your CRO talks with your team on video, and pages go live on a calendar you agree on.

What does Census data show about the Philadelphia metro?

The Office of Management and Budget sets metro boundaries county by county, around a core of 50,000 or more people. County Business Patterns reports on those areas. Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington covers 11 counties in four states. In Pennsylvania they are Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia; in New Jersey, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem; plus New Castle in Delaware and Cecil in Maryland.

The metro had 153,791 employer establishments in 2023 and 2,873,871 employees in the week of March 12, at an average of 18.7 per establishment. Average pay was $72,123, which is $8,433 above Pennsylvania’s $63,690 and $3,781 above the US figure. Of the establishments, 25.5 percent had 10 to 99 employees, against 26.6 percent statewide and 24.6 percent nationally. Our Pennsylvania page sets the metro beside Pittsburgh and the state’s smaller metros.

Rows one to six have the highest concentration of the sectors we track. Landscaping, new car dealers and remodelers are where the metro ranks highest by count, fourth or fifth among US metro areas. Computer systems design (43,386 employees) and manufacturing (171,124) complete the set as two of the largest employers we track.

Law, advice and insurance

Professional firms fill the top of the table. The metro’s 3,246 law offices employ 32,955 people and pay an average of $144,143, about 15 percent over the $125,580 US average (law firm marketing). Its 563 investment advice establishments rank sixth among metros, with 1.52 times the national share of jobs (financial advisor marketing). The 2,348 insurance agencies and brokerages pay $112,434 on average, roughly a quarter more than the sector’s US average (insurance agency marketing).

Technology, landscapers and the port

The 3,624 computer systems design establishments, the Census group that includes managed IT providers, rank ninth among metros (MSP marketing). The 2,642 landscaping establishments rank fourth (landscaping marketing). New car dealers average about 54 employees each.

SEC filings list Comcast’s business address as One Comcast Center in Philadelphia and Cencora’s as West First Avenue in Conshohocken, Montgomery County. PhilaPort handled a record 889,268 twenty-foot equivalent units of containers in 2025, and 64 percent of its containerized imports were refrigerated. Goods exports from the metro came to $29.1 billion in 2024, by USTR’s count.

The agency base

The local marketing firms are themselves concentrated. The 355 advertising agency establishments rank sixth among metros, employ 5,230 people and pay $94,682 on average, against $106,841 nationally. The 945 marketing consulting establishments pay $92,269, above the US figure of $83,009.

What Growigami runs for Philadelphia professional firms

Every week, AI agents draft pages from the answers your partners and staff gave and post them on the calendar your CRO set. Your CRO, someone who has run marketing and sales teams, sets the topics and measures the process in your CRM before the agents take over the weekly work. Your people spend short calls on questions and take the client calls that follow.

Search pages

The Search process publishes 200 pages a month, or 500 if you choose the larger size. A typical page takes one question a client asks your firm and answers it fully, the way a partner would on the phone. Our B2B SEO page explains how the same approach runs for firms that sell to other companies.

The Paid process is priced on its own at $1,999 a month. It runs campaigns on two channels, on monthly ad spend up to $25,000 passed through at cost. Contractors and landscapers also get Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile work.

Named-account outreach

A firm that sells to Philadelphia’s insurers, health systems or manufacturers can start from a list of named accounts. The Pipeline process researches 500 target accounts a month and drafts a note to each contact. Your seller reads, edits and sends.

A Growigami process runs $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Adding a second process brings the monthly total to $3,998 after the first month.

When a Philadelphia SEO agency or a hire is the better choice

  • Your budget is under $1,000 a month. Momentum’s own guide suggests small businesses stay under that figure, and one Growigami process costs more.
  • You want to meet in person. Momentum Digital gives a Market Street address in Philadelphia.
  • You need one person who also runs events and the website. A Philadelphia-area marketing specialist earns a median $79,420 a year, about $10,660 more than the Pennsylvania median. That person works inside your office.
  • You want to pay month to month. Growigami’s minimum is three months.

Growigami fits a Philadelphia-area firm that wants a fixed number of pages each month at a posted price. Ads or outbound come later, if search pays its way.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Philadelphia SEO company FAQs

How much does professional SEO cost in Philadelphia?

The agency pages ranking here mostly post no price. Momentum Digital's guide, dated 2021, put typical local SEO at $300 to $2,500 a month and suggested small businesses spend under $1,000. Growigami charges $1,999 a month for 200 pages, or $1,499 more for 500, after a three months minimum.

What does an SEO agency do?

An SEO agency works out which searches matter to your buyers, then builds the pages, fixes and links that get your site shown for them. Victorious's Philadelphia page adds AI answers to that list. Growigami's version is a fixed output: 200 pages a month, plus a monthly check of which AI answers name you.

Do AI answers change what an SEO company should do?

They add a second place to be found. G2 surveyed 1,076 B2B software decision makers in March 2026, and 51% said they start software research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google. A page now has to rank on Google and give an assistant a clear answer to quote, which is how our Search process writes each one.

Will a remote SEO company understand Philadelphia?

Through your team, yes. The local detail a page needs comes from your staff: the counties you serve and the questions clients ask. Your CRO collects it on calls. Victorious, the top organic result, gives no Philadelphia street address on its page. Momentum Digital gives one on Market Street.

Do you cover South Jersey and Wilmington too?

Yes. Pages and ads can target any county you serve, including Camden, Burlington or New Castle. The Census counts those counties inside the Philadelphia metro. Because the work is remote, a firm in Cherry Hill starts the same way as one in Center City.

How long is the commitment?

three months, then 30 days' notice. Victorious, Momentum Digital and Loona state no minimum term on the pages we read on 5 November 2026, so ask each one for its term in writing. One Growigami process with a monthly CRO review costs $3,498 a month.

Can a partner review every page first?

Yes. For a law office or an advisory firm, a named partner can read every page before it publishes, and your firm's own rules decide what can be said. Nothing goes live until a person on your team has merged that batch of pages.

Publish 200 Philadelphia pages a month.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
