A Seattle firm can choose an SEO agency retainer or an SEO tool its own marketer runs. Growigami is a third option. A CRO from our team plans your Search process, and 200 new pages go up each month for $1,999.

What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion
The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

An SEO company in Seattle researches what local buyers search and ask AI tools, then writes the pages that answer them. On the first results page for “seo company seattle”, ResultFirst’s SEO packages start at $699 a month and Actuate Media’s plans at $1,299 (read 5 November 2026). Ours is a remote Search process: 200 pages a month for $1,999.
Nobody at Growigami works from Seattle, Tacoma or Bellevue. Your CRO plans the work with your team on video, and the pages come from what your people already know.
What do Seattle SEO companies charge?
Seven of the results on that page are agency pages, and four of those agencies print a monthly SEO figure on their own sites. ResultFirst’s Seattle page says “You pay only when your keywords rank on Google”, while its SEO pricing page lists four packages from $699 to $2,499 a month. Actuate Media’s plans “start at $1,299/month”, with no setup fees and month-to-month terms. Seattle Organic SEO’s plans page puts keyword monitoring at $449 a month and managed SEO at $2,500 a month and up. Logic Inbound says its pricing “depends on your goals, competition, and service scope”, and Thrive’s pricing guide estimates small-business SEO from $500 a month.

Only ResultFirst’s pricing table gives a content count: one to three on-site blog posts by package, from the third month. Actuate says extra content “beyond the pages in the plan” costs more, without giving the count. Search costs $1,999 a month at 200 pages; the 500-page size adds $1,499. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Every price is on our price list.
Is pay-for-performance SEO cheaper?
It moves the risk, and the details decide the price. ResultFirst’s Seattle page says that if keywords do not rank, there is no fee. Before signing a deal like that, get the keyword list, the ranking position that triggers a charge and the fee per keyword in writing. A flat fee works the other way: you pay the same each month and judge the output.
Is SEO dead now that Seattle buyers ask AI?
Search work now feeds two places, because AI assistants build their answers from pages on the web. Actuate’s FAQ answers its own question, “Can AI tools like ChatGPT recommend my Seattle business?”, with yes. Buyers comparing software ask an assistant which tool fits, and the answer draws on comparison, integration and use-case pages.
Growigami’s Search process writes those formats. Once a month we run your buyers’ questions through ChatGPT and Perplexity and list the firms each answer names, yours or a rival’s. We report what the assistants say; we cannot make one name you. Our generative engine optimization page covers the method.
Where Seattle-area jobs sit, by industry
County Business Patterns counts three counties in this metro: King, Pierce and Snohomish. OMB, the federal budget office, defines metro areas county by county. Each has an urban core of 50,000 people or more, plus the counties linked to it by commuting. Our Washington page compares Seattle with Spokane, the Tri-Cities and the state’s other metros.
The metro had 110,685 employer establishments in 2023, 54.7 percent of Washington’s, and 1,884,361 employees in the March 12 pay week. Average pay was $96,525, which is $14,128 above the state and $28,183 above the US. The 10 to 99 employee size class held 23.7 percent of establishments, close to the state’s 23.8 percent and under the national 24.6 percent.
The first three rows are aerospace, shipping and software, where the metro’s job share runs seven to twelve times the US share. Six Growigami sectors with high concentration or pay follow. The last two are local marketing firms.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).
The last column divides an industry’s share of metro jobs by its share of US jobs. Owners with no employees and most government staff are outside these counts.
Software, aerospace and the ports
The metro holds 93,968 of Washington’s 98,089 software publishing jobs, and those jobs pay $91,292 more on average than the industry does nationally. Aerospace product and parts makers employ 70,942 people in 90 establishments, second among US metros by count. Boeing says it has more employees in Washington than anywhere else in the world, with major sites in Everett, Renton, Auburn and Frederickson. Its SEC filings give an Arlington, Virginia business address.
SEC filings give business addresses in Seattle for Amazon, Expedia, Zillow and Weyerhaeuser, in Redmond for Microsoft, in Issaquah for Costco and in Bellevue for PACCAR. A July 2025 Port of Seattle post cites a regional analysis of the Northwest Seaport Alliance and the ports of Tacoma and Seattle. It credits them with more than 265,000 jobs in 2023 and $17.7 billion in wages and benefits.
Practices and firms with a Growigami page
The 645 software publishers are the readers of our SaaS marketing page. The 2,621 computer systems design establishments, a Census group that includes computer facilities management services, hold 1.61 times the US share of jobs (MSP marketing). The metro’s 308 investment advice firms rank 17th among metros by count (financial advisor marketing). Its 2,146 law offices average $145,504 in pay, where the US figure is $125,580 (law firm marketing), and 2,189 dental offices employ 18,592 people (dental marketing).
Seattle’s agency base
Marketing consulting is more concentrated here than in the country: 825 establishments with 5,880 employees, at 1.38 times the US share of jobs. Advertising agencies number 194 with 2,230 employees, at 0.83 times. Both pay above their national averages, $107,297 in consulting against $83,009 and $116,289 at agencies against $106,841.
What Growigami runs for Seattle software and service firms
AI agents do the weekly drafting: pages, ads, account research and replies, on the processes you buy. Before they start, your CRO shapes each process with your team and tests it against the data in your CRM. Your staff answer questions on short calls and take the sales conversations. Each page and ad goes out only after your approval.

Search, 200 pages a month
At the base size, Search adds 200 pages a month; the larger size adds 500. For a software company that means comparisons with named alternatives, integration pages and use cases; for a practice, one page per service and neighborhood. Every page targets a Google ranking and a citation in AI answers.
Paid campaigns and the map pack
Our Paid process costs its own $1,999 a month. It runs campaigns on two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta or YouTube with up to $25,000 a month in spend, plus Local Services Ads and Business Profile updates. Agents draft the ads, and you pay the media spend at cost.
Outbound to named accounts
For a seller with a target list, the Outbound process researches 500 accounts a month. It finds a reason each would talk now, such as a new hire or a funding round. Messages are drafted for each contact and sent by your seller, and replies reach that seller the same day.
The CRO review is optional and extra: $1,499 a month for a monthly session or $2,999 for weekly ones. Without it your team sets the priorities and the processes keep running.
When a Seattle SEO company with an office fits better
You want month-to-month terms at the start. Actuate Media offers month-to-month plans from $1,299. Growigami’s minimum is three months.
You only want to pay when you rank. ResultFirst sells that model. Growigami charges a flat monthly price.
You want meetings across a table. Actuate, Logic Inbound, Seattle Organic SEO and Marketing Agency Seattle all print Seattle street addresses.
You need a crew at your office or lab. Growigami’s video comes from short recorded calls and screen captures.
Growigami fits a Seattle firm that wants a known number of pages each month, a monthly read on AI answers and a price on the page.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
What Seattle buyers ask an SEO company before signing
What does an SEO company do?
Its job is to find the searches and questions that lead buyers to firms like yours, then write and fix pages so you rank and get cited. In Seattle the page-one firms add Business Profile work and technical fixes, and Actuate and ResultFirst list work on AI answers. Our Search process adds 200 pages a month and an AI-answer audit.
How much does an SEO company cost in Seattle?
On page one, ResultFirst lists SEO packages from $699 to $2,499 a month and Actuate Media's plans start at $1,299, month to month. Seattle Organic SEO prices managed SEO from $2,500 a month, and Logic Inbound says pricing depends on goals and scope. Ours costs $1,999 a month for 200 pages, on three months, then 30 days' notice.
Who are the biggest SEO companies?
Growigami does not rank other firms. Several national firms rank for Seattle beside local shops: Thrive lists 25 cities in its footer, and Logic Inbound also serves Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and Tyler. A better test than size is the written answer on price, page count, term and ownership.
How long does SEO take in Seattle?
Months, by the ranking firms' own estimates. Logic Inbound says results start in 3 to 6 months, and ResultFirst says lead growth usually starts in 3 to 4. What Growigami controls is the start: the Search process usually runs about three weeks after you share CRM access, and pages publish every month from then.
Do you charge only when we rank?
No. Growigami charges a flat $1,999 a month for the Search process, whatever the rankings do. We do not promise rankings either. You get a fixed count of 200 pages a month and a monthly report on AI answers. Pay-for-ranking deals depend on which keywords count, so read that list closely.
Does Growigami have a Seattle office?
No. There is no Growigami office in the Seattle area; every process runs remotely, with setup over video. Actuate Media, Logic Inbound and Seattle Organic SEO all print Seattle street addresses, if you want an agency across town.
Can I review pages before they publish?
Yes. You approve each page before it publishes. For a software firm, the pages that state product features or prices are the ones to read most closely.
