The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

What Growigami runs for Washington builders and tech firms

On the processes you choose, AI agents write the week’s pages, ads, messages and lead replies. • Outbound (Pipeline): 500 target accounts researched each month, from aerospace suppliers to clinics, with a message drafted for every contact. The seller sends, and interested replies come back to that seller the same day.

  • Inbound lead follow-up: up to 300 leads a month researched and handed to the right person with a reply drafted, at any hour.

Where Washington’s jobs concentrate, by Census sector

Washington had 202,177 employer establishments in 2023, which County Business Patterns defines as locations with paid employees. That is 2,588 for every 100,000 residents, about 4 percent more than the US rate of 2,497. Average pay was $82,397, $14,055 above the US figure of $68,342. Establishments with 10 to 99 employees made up 23.8 percent of the total, against 24.6 percent across the country.

The table starts with four industries where Washington’s share of jobs is three to almost eight times the US share. Six Growigami sectors with high concentration or rank follow. The last two rows count the state’s marketing firms.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).

At 1.00x a sector holds the same share of jobs as in the US. The Census leaves out owners with no employees, most government workers and farm production workers.

Aerospace and software carry the most jobs among the top rows. Aerospace product and parts makers employ 72,423 people in just 118 establishments, fourth among the states by count. Software publishers number 860, fifth among the states, and pay an average of $286,039, which is $84,613 above the industry’s US average; our SaaS marketing page is written for them. USTR puts Washington’s 2025 goods exports at $65.4 billion, eighth among the states, with transportation equipment at $29.8 billion.

Most exporters here are small or mid-sized. USTR counts 10,729 companies that exported from Washington locations in 2024, and 9,452 of them, 88 percent, had fewer than 500 employees. The state Department of Commerce names aerospace, clean technology, maritime, life sciences and global health, and information and communications technology among the sectors it supports.

The trades rank high as well. The 990 roofing contractors put Washington fifth among the states plus DC by count (roofing marketing), and its 5,175 residential remodelers rank seventh (general contractor marketing). Chiropractic offices number 1,245, at 1.75 times the US share of jobs (chiropractor marketing). The 5,670 real estate offices rank ninth (real estate marketing).

How Seattle, Spokane and the other Washington metros compare

The Census file has 13 metro areas in Washington; the table lists the eight largest. Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue alone holds 54.7 percent of the state’s employer establishments.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023, metropolitan area file (average pay computed by Growigami). The Portland row counts its Oregon counties too.

Seattle-area pay averages $96,525, which is $38,802 more than Spokane’s. Seattle establishments are also the largest, at 17.0 employees each. Kennewick-Richland has fewer establishments than Bellingham but more employees, and it pays $6,401 more than Spokane on average. In Richland, the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory reports 6,043 staff for fiscal 2024.

Does Washington have fewer marketing firms than the US average?

By jobs, it has fewer advertising agencies and slightly more marketing consultancies. The Census counted 300 advertising agency establishments with 2,925 employees, 0.67 times the US share of jobs, and 1,222 marketing consulting establishments with 7,162 employees, at 1.04 times. Washington holds 2.4 percent of US employer establishments, 1.9 percent of US advertising agencies and 2.3 percent of US marketing consultancies.

Pay in both runs above the national average: $107,598 at advertising agencies against $106,841, and $100,952 in marketing consulting against $83,009. The counts leave out marketers who work alone. Among the profiles we read on The Manifest’s Seattle list, 23 give Seattle as their city and 5 give Bellevue.

Do you need a marketing agency based in Washington?

Only when the work needs people on site. Breef’s page argues that being close makes meetings easier, and a shoot at a Yakima packing plant or a Bremerton shipyard does go better with a crew nearby. Search pages, ads, outreach and lead replies run on screens. They work the same from anywhere.

What makes that work local is your staff’s knowledge of the towns you serve and the questions buyers ask. Your CRO collects it on video calls before the agents write anything.

When a Washington agency or an in-house hire fits better

  • On-site video or event work. A crew in Seattle or Spokane can come to you. Growigami’s video is recorded over a short call or built from your screens.
  • A budget under one process. ResultFirst’s SEO packages start at $699 a month and Actuate Media’s plans at $1,299, both below the price of one Growigami process.
  • A full-time marketing leader. The Washington median for a marketing manager is $172,270. A fractional CMO covers that role part time.
  • Consumer or tourism campaigns. Commerce counts tourism as the state’s fourth-largest industry. Growigami builds for B2B sellers and for professional and home-service firms.

Growigami suits a Washington firm that wants weekly search, ads or outreach done for a monthly price it can see before calling.

Questions

Questions about choosing a marketing agency in Washington

What do marketing agencies in Washington charge?

On page one for this search on 5 November 2026, no agency's own page showed a price. Seattle results do: ResultFirst lists SEO packages from $699 a month, Actuate Media's plans start at $1,299, and The Manifest's Seattle SEO list shows 14 of 26 minimum projects at $5,000 or more. Growigami charges $1,999 a month for each process, and you can end it on 30 days' notice after three months.

Is it worth hiring a marketing agency in Washington?

In this state, the hire is the expensive option. A Washington marketing specialist's median pay was $95,120 in May 2025, against $78,760 nationally, before benefits. One process with a monthly CRO review is $3,498 a month at Growigami. The case for a hire is one person in the building every day.

Why does a search for a Washington marketing agency show D.C. firms?

On 5 November 2026, seven of the eight organic results for marketing agency washington were D.C. agencies or D.C. lists, and so were two of the three map listings. A search that names a Washington city, such as seo company seattle, returns firms in the state. Our District of Columbia page covers D.C.

Can a firm in Spokane or the Tri-Cities use Growigami?

Yes. Every process is set up on video calls and runs remotely, so a Kennewick firm starts exactly like a Seattle one. Within a week of CRM access you see the first process we would build, and it usually runs about three weeks later. Pages and ads can then target Benton, Franklin or Spokane County.

Does Growigami have an office in Washington?

No. Growigami has no office or staff anywhere in Washington. Your CRO works with your team over video calls. If you want an agency you can visit, Jives Media lists a Seattle office on Yale Avenue North, and Seattle and Bellevue firms fill most directory lists.

Do I sign off on ads and pages?

Yes. You approve every ad and every page before it goes out. Outreach messages go to your seller, who reviews each one and sends it from your domains.

Do you work with Vancouver and Clark County firms?

Yes. Clark and Skamania counties sit in the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro metro, which the Census counts across both states. Remote work ignores the state line. Pages and ads can be aimed at Vancouver, Camas or Battle Ground buyers, and setup runs on the same video calls as anywhere else.
