Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

2.19x

Phoenix share of jobs in marketing consulting vs the US (Census CBP, 2023)

Why it matters

Marketing consulting jobs run 2.19x the US share

In the week of March 12, 2023, Phoenix's 1,117 marketing consulting establishments, the 9th most of 365 US metros with data, had 10,247 employees. As a share of all local jobs, that is 2.19 times the US rate. Of the 1,117, 953 had fewer than five employees.

What you get

What we run in place of a Phoenix marketing agency

200 search pages monthly

Each page starts from what your staff already explains to customers, written to rank on Google and be quoted by ChatGPT.

Google and Meta ads

Up to $25,000 a month of spend across two channels, with Local Services Ads and Business Profile work included.

A drafted reply for each lead

A quote request that lands at 10pm still reaches the right person by morning, with a reply already drafted.

Outbound to named accounts

For firms that sell to other businesses: each month, 500 accounts researched and one message written per contact.

Built by your CRO

Your CRO, a senior revenue lead, designs each process and tests it in your business before agents run it.

Prices on the page

Each process is $1,999 a month and ad spend is paid at cost. After three months, leave with 30 days' notice.

How it starts

How a Valley firm gets its first process running

  1. Grant CRM read access

Within a week of that access, we show which process we would build first and why.

  2. Built with your team on calls

Your CRO builds that process with your staff over calls. It usually goes live about three weeks in.

  3. Agents take the weekly work

Each week AI agents draft that process's pages, ads or replies for your team to approve.

  4. Decide on a second process

When the first one shows results, add another or stay with one.

A marketing agency Phoenix firms hire runs some mix of search, ads, social posts and lead follow-up for them. The metro had 1,117 marketing consulting and 343 advertising agency establishments in 2023, by the Census count. Growigami is a remote third option with no Phoenix office, and each process your CRO builds starts at $1,999 a month.

Where does the work happen for a Phoenix firm?

Remotely. Growigami does not have a Phoenix office or Phoenix staff. Your CRO, the chief revenue officer who designs each process, builds it with your team over calls. From then on AI agents draft the weekly work, and your team approves it before it goes out.

That arrangement suits a firm whose buyers find it online and an owner who wants marketing handled at a known monthly cost. It suits a firm less when the selling happens in person, at its own site or on a trade show floor. For those firms, a Valley agency or a hire is the better buy.

Which industries stand out in the Phoenix metro?

The Census Bureau’s County Business Patterns treats the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metro as two counties, Maricopa County and Pinal County, for its 2022 and 2023 data. In 2023 the metro held 114,586 employer establishments, with 2,080,244 employees in the week of March 12. Seven in ten of Arizona’s employer establishments are in the metro (70.4%), as are 72.0% of the state’s employees. By establishment count it ranked 12th of 387 US metros.

Average annual pay came to $64,869 per employee, against $61,860 for Arizona and $68,342 for the US. Establishments with 10 to 99 employees made up 25.1% of the metro’s total, close to Arizona’s 25.5% and to 24.6% nationally. Our Arizona page sets Phoenix beside Tucson and the state’s smaller metros.

The last column is the sector’s share of metro jobs over its share of national jobs, where 2.00x would mean twice as concentrated. We picked the rows by that measure. Seven are the sectors we serve where the metro runs furthest above the US. Three are technology and industrial sectors where it runs below. The other two, marketing consulting and advertising agencies, make up the local agency base.

The local agency base

Two Census rows cover the firms you would hire locally. Marketing consulting had 1,117 establishments and 10,247 employees, with average pay of $78,639 against $83,009 for the US. Advertising agencies had 343 establishments and 2,071 employees, 0.69 times the US share of jobs, with average pay of $81,691 against $106,841.

Phoenix holds 87.3% of Arizona’s marketing consulting establishments and 82.1% of its advertising agency establishments. Most are small: 85.3% of the marketing consulting establishments and 75.5% of the advertising agency establishments had fewer than five employees.

Real estate and the trades

Real estate stands out most. The metro had 4,760 real estate agent and broker establishments, the 4th most of 387 US metros, and their average pay of $92,865 compares with $79,090 nationally. Our real estate marketing page covers how we work with brokerages and agents.

The building and home-service trades come next. Roofing contractors employed 5,368 people at 336 establishments, at 1.68 times the national share of jobs (roofing marketing). Phoenix’s 1,201 electrical contractor establishments employed 24,524 people (electrician marketing). Its 402 pest control establishments were the 5th most of the 361 metros with data (pest control marketing). The 1,737 plumbing, heating and AC contractor establishments employed 24,735 (HVAC marketing).

Business-to-business sectors

The metro’s technology and industrial sectors are less concentrated than its trades. Computer systems design had 2,109 establishments and 25,025 employees, at 0.82 times the national share (MSP marketing). The 250 software publishing establishments paid an average of $144,733, against $201,426 across the US (SaaS marketing).

Manufacturing is the largest row by employees, with 135,325 at 3,115 establishments and average pay of $87,582, above the US average of $73,202 (manufacturing marketing).

In March 2025, TSMC said it would add $100 billion to its ongoing $65 billion investment in Phoenix chip manufacturing, for a planned US$165 billion in the United States. In July 2026, the City of Phoenix reported another $100 billion from TSMC, which it says brings the company’s total investment in Arizona to $265 billion. The Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the region’s economic development organization, lists semiconductors and software among the nine industries it covers for companies weighing the region.

What Growigami runs for a Phoenix-area firm

AI agents handle the weekly drafting: search pages, ad versions, lead replies or outbound messages, depending on the process you buy. Your CRO builds each process with your team first and proves it in your business before the agents run it. Your team still answers the phone and wins the work.

Each process below starts at $1,999 a month at its first size:

  • Search (Search): pages written from your team’s own know-how and published on a schedule, built to rank on Google and to be cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity. The base size is 200 pages a month, or 500 on the larger one.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): campaigns on Google and Meta with up to $25,000 a month of ad spend and up to two new landing pages each month. Your Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile work are part of it, and AI agents draft the ads.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: up to 300 quote or demo requests a month. Each one is researched, then handed to the right person on your staff with a reply drafted. If nobody picks a lead up, it is flagged back to your office before it cools.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): each month 500 target accounts are researched, and every contact gets a message written for them. It fits a Phoenix supplier, IT firm or manufacturer that sells to a list of businesses it can name.

What does a Phoenix marketing agency charge?

On 5 November 2026 we read the Phoenix pages of Thrive, Victorious and Go Fish Digital. None of the three posts a price. Thrive’s page asks for your budget in its forms and shows no figure of its own.

Directories fill some of the gap. seo.com’s list of 12 Phoenix SEO firms, updated 7 October 2026, shows a starting rate for each one. Seven of them start at $100 to $149 an hour. Its FAQ puts Phoenix SEO services at $1,500 to $5,000 a month.

Designity, whose Phoenix list ranks itself first, posts its own plan at $5,995 a month on monthly billing. None of the other nine firms on that list shows a figure.

At Growigami a process starts at $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Ad spend is paid at cost. A monthly CRO review is optional, and one process with it comes to $3,498 a month. Every price is on our price list.

What does an in-house marketer earn in Phoenix?

The other route is a hire. In May 2025 the median annual wage in the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metro was $74,590 for market research analysts and marketing specialists, who held 12,220 jobs there. Marketing managers earned a median $132,580, across 4,060 jobs (BLS).

Both sit under the national medians, $78,760 and $166,790. The local specialist median is 94.7% of the national one, and the manager median is 79.5%. Arizona as a whole is close to the metro, at $71,940 and $132,220.

Should a Phoenix firm hire a local or remote agency?

Choose on how your buyers buy. Where they find you on Google and call, a remote team can do the work. Where deals start at a booth or on a site visit, someone local has the edge.

SEMICON West, the trade show of the semiconductor association SEMI, moves to the Phoenix Convention Center on a spring schedule from 2027. SEMI’s July 2026 release names Phoenix the show’s long-term home and sets the first spring edition for March 30 to April 1, 2027. Ryan Touhill, the City of Phoenix’s community and economic development director, said the city looks forward to welcoming 35,000 of the industry’s decision-makers and innovators every year.

Our Events process writes the booth materials and invites for each show, plus a follow-up to every badge scan. On-site support at your booth costs $2,499 per event, with travel paid at cost.

One scheduling detail applies to any remote provider. Arizona law keeps the state on standard mountain time all year and rejects daylight saving time (A.R.S. 1-242). A standing call set by a team in a daylight-saving state moves an hour on Phoenix clocks each March and November.

How to vet a Phoenix marketing agency

Ask the same five questions of every firm, ours included:

  • What is the monthly fee in writing, with or without ad spend?
  • What is the minimum term, and how much notice ends it?
  • Who does the weekly work, and from where?
  • Does it promise rankings or leads? seo.com’s Phoenix guide calls a guaranteed search result a red flag.
  • If you leave, do the ad accounts and pages stay yours?

When a Valley agency or a staff hire suits you better

A Valley agency or a hire is the better pick in these cases:

  • You need people in the room. Photo shoots at your site and meetings at your office suit a firm with a Valley office.
  • You market to Arizona institutions. NoGood’s list names Lavidge for Arizona institutions and brands that want a deeply rooted local agency, and cites its Latino marketing and government outreach.
  • Marketing is a full-time job inside your firm. A specialist at the Phoenix median of $74,590 a year works in your office every day. Growigami fits when your buyers find you online and you want the weekly work run at a price you saw before the first call.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions Phoenix firms ask about a marketing agency

Is there a Growigami office in Phoenix?

No. Growigami does not keep an office or staff in the Valley, and the work is remote. Your CRO sets up each process with your staff on calls. If you need a person at your site, hire a Valley agency. For trade shows, our on-site event support is $2,499 per event, with travel at cost.

How much does a marketing agency cost in Phoenix?

The Phoenix agency pages we read give no monthly price. seo.com's Phoenix list, updated 7 October 2026, puts SEO services in Phoenix at $1,500 to $5,000 a month and shows 7 of its 12 firms starting at $100 to $149 an hour. Growigami posts its price: $1,999 a month per process, with ad spend paid at cost. The CRO review is optional, at $1,499 a month.

How soon does Phoenix SEO show results?

seo.com's Phoenix guide says at least three to six months, and sometimes up to a year. Growigami makes no ranking forecast for your site. A week after you open your CRM to us, you see the search process we would build, and it is usually publishing about three weeks in. You approve each page it writes, and you can leave with 30 days' notice after three months.

Can you get my business into Google Maps results?

We work on the listing Google shows in Maps, your Google Business Profile, as part of our Paid process. The same process runs Google Local Services Ads, with AI agents drafting the ads. We make no promise about where your listing appears. The process starts at $1,999 a month on up to $25,000 in ad spend, paid at cost.

Which marketing agencies in Phoenix are best?

The lists on the results page disagree. NoGood ranks eight Valley agencies and starts with Zion & Zion. Built In's 2020 article profiles 14 firms, and seo.com, which WebFX runs, lists 12 SEO firms led by WebFX. Ask each one for its monthly price, its contract term and the name of the person doing the work. Then compare those answers with ours on the price list.

Do you guarantee rankings or leads?

No. seo.com's Phoenix guide calls an agency that guarantees a specific search result a red flag, and we agree. Each process has a fixed scope you can count, such as 200 pages a month or campaigns on two channels. If the numbers in your CRM do not justify the price, you can leave with 30 days' notice after the first three months.

How much of my time does this take?

The first three weeks take the most, while your CRO builds the process with your staff. After that the weekly drafting is ours, and your team handles the work it brings in. You can see any ad or page before it runs.

What is the minimum term?

The minimum is three months, and after that you can leave with 30 days' notice. Thrive, Victorious and Go Fish Digital state no term on their Phoenix pages, which we read on 5 November 2026. Ask any firm you are weighing for its term and notice in writing.

Start one Phoenix marketing process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
