The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

A marketing agency in Arizona runs a company’s search, ads, social media or outbound for a fee. The state’s agencies cluster in one metro: the Phoenix metro holds 343 of Arizona’s 418 advertising agency establishments, and 23 of the 25 agencies on Semrush’s Arizona list give a Phoenix-area city. Growigami is a remote third option. It has no Arizona office and posts its price: $1,999 a month per process.

A Google search for marketing agency Arizona shows three agencies on a map, then five agency pages, two directories and one ranked list written by an agency. None of the five agency pages posts a price or a contract term, and none shows the state’s own business numbers.

Where Arizona’s marketing agencies are

Of the 25 agencies on Semrush’s Arizona list, read November 5, 2026, ten give Phoenix as their city and six give Gilbert. Four give Scottsdale. Tempe, Surprise and Queen Creek have one each. Two give Tucson. None gives Prescott, Flagstaff, Yuma, Kingman or Sierra Vista.

The people follow the same map. The Bureau of Labor Statistics counted 15,850 market research analysts and marketing specialists working in Arizona in May 2025, and 12,220 of them, or 77%, worked in the Phoenix metro.

The agency trade in Census numbers

County Business Patterns counts 418 advertising agency establishments in Arizona in 2023, eighth among the 50 states and DC, with 2,264 employees. That is 5.6 establishments per 100,000 residents against 4.6 for the US. The industry’s share of Arizona employment is 0.55 times its US share. Arizona’s ad agency establishments average 5.4 employees, against 12.9 nationally, and average pay is $79,965 against $106,841.

Marketing consulting is the larger group: 1,280 establishments, tenth among the states, with 10,915 employees. Its share of Arizona employment is 1.68 times the US share. Those establishments average 8.5 employees against 6.0 nationally, and average pay is $77,529 against $83,009.

How Arizona’s business base compares with the US

Arizona had 162,845 employer establishments in 2023, and 2,890,429 people on their payrolls in the week of March 12. Per 100,000 residents, that is 2,191 establishments, about 12% below the US rate of 2,497. A larger share sit in the middle size band, with 25.5% employing 10 to 99 people. Average pay is $61,860 a year, 9.5% below the US figure of $68,342.

Arizona is the 14th most populous state, yet it ranks seventh for offices of real estate agents and seventh for pest control establishments. The first eight rows are the sectors, of the 20 in our Census pull, where Arizona’s share of employment runs furthest above the US share. Manufacturing and computer systems design are the two largest employers among the sectors Growigami serves. The advertising agency row completes the state’s agency base.

What the sector rows say

Pest control and roofing show the highest concentrations among the trades. Arizona’s 565 pest control establishments rank seventh among the states, and marketing for pest control companies has its own page. The state’s 542 roofing contractors employ 7,318 people, a share of employment 1.64 times the US share. Its 1,718 electrical contractors and 2,567 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors together employ 61,017 people.

The 6,269 offices of real estate agents and brokers are 3.85% of all Arizona establishments, and their average pay of $87,465 is above the US figure of $79,090. The 616 investment advice establishments rank 12th among the states, while their average pay, $102,375, is well below the US average of $167,820.

Manufacturing runs the other way. Its 4,406 establishments employ 173,706 people at average pay of $86,957, above the US figure of $73,202, though its share of employment is 0.68 times the US share. The state’s 2,608 computer systems design establishments, the Census group that holds managed IT providers, employ 34,181.

Phoenix holds 70% of Arizona’s employer establishments

The Census counts seven metro areas in Arizona. The Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metro holds 70.4% of the state’s employer establishments and 72.0% of its employees.

Phoenix is the only metro where average pay, $64,869, is above the state’s $61,860. All seven are below the US figure of $68,342. Establishments in Phoenix average 18.2 employees, against 16.0 in Tucson and 10.5 in Prescott Valley-Prescott. Yuma has fewer establishments than Lake Havasu City-Kingman but more employees, and the lowest average pay of the seven: $43,901. The seven metro areas together hold 96% of the state’s employer establishments.

Arizona outside the Phoenix metro

Tucson is the second-largest metro by establishments. Pima County’s page on its Sonoran Corridor, a 50-square-mile area around Tucson International Airport, says the area includes some of the county’s largest employers, and names Raytheon’s missile plant, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, the airport itself and the University of Arizona Tech Park. The Arizona Commerce Authority’s annual report for fiscal 2025 describes a $15 billion aerospace and defense industry in the state, with more than 1,250 companies and over 62,000 employees.

The smaller metros appear in the state’s expansion projects. In fiscal 2025, which ended June 30, 2025, the Authority’s report counts 25 company expansions in what it calls rural communities, with 4,901 projected new jobs and $13.4 billion in new capital investment. Its list of places includes Flagstaff, Kingman, Prescott Valley and Yuma, and also Casa Grande and Eloy in Pinal County, part of the Phoenix metro. Across all its projects that year, it reports 24,285 projected jobs at an average wage of $95,928. These are company commitments, which the report presents as five-year projections, not jobs already filled. The same report puts TSMC’s total planned investment in Arizona at $165 billion.

Marketing pay is lower in Tucson as well. The BLS median for a marketing specialist was $74,590 in the Phoenix metro and $59,540 in the Tucson metro in May 2025.

What Growigami runs for Arizona firms of 10 to 99 people

The weekly work is done by AI agents, on whichever process you picked. That means publishing search pages, drafting ads or replies to new leads, or researching target accounts and writing to them. Before any of it runs, your CRO, the revenue lead on your account, builds the process with your team and checks that it works in your business. Your team keeps taking the calls and closing the work.

SEO for Arizona firms

Our Search process publishes pages written for Google search and for the answers ChatGPT and Perplexity give, drawn from what your team already tells customers. It publishes 200 pages a month at the base size and 500 at the larger one. For a contractor in Mesa or an engineering firm in Tucson, that means a page for each service in each city served.

Our Paid and creative process covers two of Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn at the base size, with ad spend up to $25,000 a month and as many as two new landing pages each month. Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile updates are part of the same process. AI agents draft each ad, and every week the budget shifts toward the campaigns booking calls.

Lead follow-up and outbound

Inbound lead follow-up looks up each new lead, up to 300 a month, and passes it to the person who should answer, with a first reply already drafted. For a B2B firm selling to a list of named companies, the Outbound process researches 500 of those accounts each month and drafts outreach for every contact.

What does a marketing agency charge in Arizona?

Arizona agencies show project budgets in directories, and the five ranking agency pages show no price at all. On Semrush’s list, 21 of the 25 Arizona agencies give a budget. Fourteen give a starting figure: five at $1,000, five at $2,500, three at $5,000 and one at $10,000. Seven give a range, from “$0 - 1,000” up to “$10,000 - 25,000.” Four say “Any.”

Semrush files those figures under “Budget per project,” and the page gives no monthly retainer figure. LYFE Marketing’s list of 13 Arizona social media agencies, updated July 29, 2026, shows a minimum project size for 10 of them, from $1,000 to $10,000 and up. It shows hourly rates for nine: seven at $100 to $149 an hour and two at $150 to $199.

A Growigami process is $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Three months of one process cost $5,997, because your first build is on us this month. A CRO review of the whole system is optional and costs extra: $1,499 a month if monthly, $2,999 if weekly. Ad spend passes through at cost. Every price is listed on our price list.

A year of one process at the standard size, with no review and before any ad spend, costs less than half the Arizona median pay of $71,940 for one marketing specialist. The hire covers every channel, and a process covers one.

When a local Arizona agency or hire fits better

Some marketing in Arizona needs someone in the room or on the phone with a local editor:

  • Events. The Arizona Technology Council, with more than 750 member companies, hosts about 100 events a year. In November 2026 its calendar lists after5 mixers in Sahuarita and Tucson and the Governor’s Celebration of Innovation in Phoenix. A local agency can be at each one in person. Growigami’s Events process can add a marketer at your booth for $2,499 an event, with travel paid at cost.
  • TV, radio, outdoor and print. Growigami’s paid channels are Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn. ReThinc Advertising’s homepage lists media buying and promotional products, and The James Agency’s site lists traditional design and media.
  • Local press and sponsorships. An agency that already places stories with Arizona outlets starts with contacts Growigami does not have.
  • One person inside your team. If you want a marketer at your office every day, across every channel, hire one. The Arizona median for a marketing specialist was $71,940 in May 2025.

Growigami fits search, ads, lead follow-up and outbound when you want the work run weekly and the price in writing before any call.

Is a remote marketing agency a fit for an Arizona business?

It fits work that happens online, which covers search, ads, lead follow-up and outbound. A B2B firm in Tempe whose buyers are mostly in other states gains little from an agency down the street. A pest control company in Yuma has no Yuma agency on the Semrush list, so any agency it picks from that list works from another city.

It fits less well if you want a face at your weekly meeting. Growigami has no Arizona office. Your CRO meets your team on calls, and each process reports into your CRM. Our pages on marketing as a service and small business marketing cover the same model without the state data.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions Arizona firms ask about a marketing agency

Do Arizona marketing agencies post their prices?

Not on the five agency sites ranking on page one for marketing agency Arizona: none of them shows a price. Directories list project budgets: 14 of the 25 Arizona agencies on Semrush give a starting figure, five at $1,000 and five at $2,500. At Growigami the figure is public: $1,999 a month for each process.

Does my marketing agency need to be in Arizona?

Only for work done in person, such as events, photo shoots and meetings at your office. Search pages, ads, Business Profile updates and lead replies all happen online. On Semrush's Arizona list, 23 agencies name a Phoenix-area city and 2 name Tucson. A Flagstaff or Yuma firm choosing from that list works with an agency in another city anyway.

What are the best marketing agencies in Arizona?

That depends on the work, and each list on Google's first page ranks by its own rules. Semrush orders its 25 Arizona agencies by a Semrush Agency Score. LYFE Marketing wrote the ranked list on the same results page and placed itself at number one. Put four questions to any firm. Is the price in writing? Is the term? Who owns your ad accounts and website? Who does the work each week?

What does it cost to hire a marketer in Arizona?

In May 2025 the Arizona median for a market research analyst or marketing specialist was $71,940, below the national $78,760. Marketing managers in the state had a median of $132,220. By metro, specialists earned a median $74,590 around Phoenix and $59,540 around Tucson (BLS).

Can a remote firm run local search and SEO in Arizona?

Yes. Our Paid process handles Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile updates, with AI agents drafting each ad. Our Search process publishes pages on the services and cities you cover, 200 a month at the base size, written for Google search and for answers in ChatGPT and Perplexity. None of that requires a person on site.

Will Growigami promise a number of leads?

No. Growigami sets no lead count or ranking target. Each process has a scope you can count, such as pages published or leads answered, and its output sits in your CRM for you to judge. If it does not earn its cost, 30 days' notice ends it once three months have passed.

Do I get to see ads and pages before they run?

Yes. Any page, ad or message can be shown to you before it goes out. Most of your time goes into the first three weeks, while your CRO sets up the process with your team. After that the weekly work runs on its own schedule, and its output lands in your CRM.

What is the minimum commitment?

You commit for three months, and after that 30 days' notice ends it. Neither the five agency pages ranking for marketing agency Arizona nor the Semrush and LYFE Marketing lists state a term. Get any Arizona agency's term in writing before signing.

Start one Arizona marketing process.
