The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

A digital marketing agency in San Diego runs a firm’s search, paid ads, social media and website on a monthly retainer. Of the first-page agency pages for “digital marketing agency san diego”, Thrive’s is the only one with a monthly price, packages from $500 (read 5 November 2026). Growigami does that work remotely as a third option, from $1,999 a month per process.

Growigami has no office or staff in San Diego County. Setup runs on video calls with your team, and each week’s work arrives in your CRM.

Who ranks when San Diego firms search for an agency?

The first page mixes national agencies, San Diego shops and a directory, going by Ahrefs’ US top ten for the keyword, pulled 5 November 2026. Power Digital’s homepage ranks second and lists a San Diego address on Scranton Road, beside offices in New York, Medellín and Atlanta. Thrive’s San Diego page ranks third. DEPT’s San Diego office page ranks eighth, with an address on Historic Decatur Road.

Coast Creative, at fourth, says it is “based in San Diego, serving clients coast to coast”. WISE Digital Partners ranks seventh with a January 2022 post about a Clutch ranking; its footer lists Harbor Drive in San Diego and Naples, Florida. Semrush’s directory ranks fifth with 20 agencies that have a San Diego location.

On those 20 Semrush profiles, budgets per project begin at $5,000 or more for 5 of them and at $2,500 to under $5,000 for 6. Four begin below $2,500. The remaining 5 say “Any”. None of the pages we read gives the county’s business data or the cost of a local hire.

Does a San Diego firm need an agency down the street?

Semrush answers part of it. Below its 20 San Diego profiles it adds 20 more firms, under a note that they have no physical office in the area but work and have clients there. Coast Creative serves clients across the country from San Diego. Distance matters for shoots, booth staffing and local press, and much less for search pages, ads and outreach.

San Diego’s defense economy, in the region’s own figures

The San Diego Military Advisory Council publishes a yearly Military Economic Impact Report, hosted by UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management. The 2025 edition puts direct defense spending in the region at $39.3 billion for FY2025. With its spillover effects, the report counts a $61.3 billion contribution to gross regional product and 356,994 jobs. That is 22.2 percent of the region’s output.

The report says the money flows through pay and benefits and through contracts with more than 2,000 local businesses. It counts more than 109,000 active-duty service members living in San Diego.

For a supplier, that market is a list of named buyers: primes, integrators, base contractors and the firms that serve them. USTR puts the metro’s goods exports at $24.9 billion in 2024, second among California’s metros after Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim.

What the Census counts in San Diego County

The San Diego-Chula Vista-Carlsbad metro area is a single county, San Diego County. The Office of Management and Budget, which defines metro areas, requires at least one urban area of 50,000 or more people and adds neighboring counties only when commuting ties qualify them. San Diego’s neighbors sit in other metro areas: Orange County in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, Riverside County in Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario and Imperial County in El Centro. Our California page puts the county next to the state’s other metro areas.

The county had 93,407 employer establishments in 2023 and 1,391,721 employees in the week of March 12. It holds 9.1 percent of California’s establishments. Average pay was $76,323, against $87,119 for the state and $68,342 for the US. Of the county’s establishments, 22.8 percent had 10 to 99 employees, close to the state’s 23.0 percent and below the US share of 24.6 percent.

We chose the rows by concentration. They are the sectors we track where the county’s share of jobs runs furthest above the US share, plus manufacturing for size. The last column divides the county’s share of jobs in a sector by the US share.

What Growigami runs for San Diego tech and trade firms

Each week, AI agents draft the pages, ads and outreach for the processes you chose, and send them out on the plan your CRO wrote. Your CRO, who designs and proves each process, builds it with your team first and checks the results in your CRM. Your staff keep the sales calls, the site visits and the replies a person has to write.

Every process has a posted price of $1,999 a month at its first size:

  • Search (Search): 200 pages a month, or 500 at the larger size. Each one takes a question your buyers ask and is built to rank on Google and be cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): campaigns on two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta or YouTube with up to $25,000 a month in spend. Local Services Ads and Business Profile work for service firms sit here too.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): 500 named accounts researched a month and a note drafted for each contact, sent by your seller once they have read it.
  • Events (Events): booth graphics, one-pagers, invites to target accounts and a follow-up for each badge scan, for up to three events a month.

A CRO review of the whole system is optional and costs extra, $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones. Without one, your team steers and we keep each process running.

Power Digital lists a San Diego office on Scranton Road, Thrive sells month-to-month packages from $500 and Coast Creative describes itself as a social media and marketing shop. DEPT runs a San Diego office. Semrush lists 20 agencies with a San Diego location. Ask each for a price and a term in writing.

How much does a digital marketing agency in San Diego cost?

Thrive's San Diego page is the only first-page agency page with a monthly price: packages from $500, month to month. On Semrush's San Diego list, 5 of the 20 local profiles start at $5,000 or more per project and 4 start below $2,500. WISE prices a 60-minute strategy session at $175 to $250. Does a San Diego firm need a San Diego agency?

Only for work that needs someone at your site. Search pages, ads, outreach and follow-up run the same from anywhere. Semrush itself adds 20 firms to its San Diego list that have no physical office in the area. Growigami works remotely. A local agency is the better buy for shoots, booth staffing and local press.

Can outbound reach defense buyers in San Diego?

Outbound works from a named list, which fits a firm selling to primes, integrators or base contractors. The process researches 500 target accounts a month and drafts a note for each contact, and your seller sends it. Federal contracting rules, such as how you bid or register, are outside what we advise on.

Can I see an ad before it runs?

Yes. You approve each page and every ad before it goes out, and your seller reads each outreach note, then sends it. Ad spend is paid at cost and you set the budget.

Is there a Growigami office in San Diego?

No. Growigami has no office or staff in San Diego County and names no clients there. Your CRO meets your team on video calls, and the work shows up in your CRM. If you want an agency nearby, Power Digital, WISE Digital Partners and DEPT each list a San Diego address.
