The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

A marketing agency in Colorado runs a company’s search, ads, social and website for a monthly fee. The first results page for “marketing agency colorado” is mostly directories, plus agency pages from Denver, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. One posts a price: $2,500 a month on a six-month program (Faceted Media, read 5 November 2026). Growigami runs that work remotely, from $1,999 a month per process.

Growigami has no office or staff in Colorado. Setup happens on video calls with your team, and the weekly output lands in your CRM, wherever in the state you work.

Should your marketing agency be in Colorado?

Only if the work needs someone in the room. Faceted Media describes itself as “Rooted in Denver, working with clients nationwide and around the globe,” and Mountain Air Marketing says its team builds all of its clients’ marketing in Colorado Springs. That matters for a photo shoot at your clinic, a booth at a local show or a standing Monday meeting in your office.

Search pages, ad campaigns, outreach to named accounts and the first reply to each new lead are screen work. They run the same from Grand Junction or from another state. Growigami’s weekly processes are that kind of work, and they run remotely.

Colorado companies usually buy marketing one of two ways: an agency retainer, or software their own staff learn and run. Growigami is the third choice. Your CRO sets up each process alongside your staff, and from then on AI agents carry the weekly drafting. Every process has a posted monthly price.

The fit: a Colorado company of 10 to 99 people, or a professional or home-service practice, that needs marketing done weekly and would rather not add a salary. A firm whose marketing depends on a person showing up fits less well.

What Growigami runs for a growing Colorado company

Every week, AI agents draft the pages, ads, messages and lead replies on the processes you picked. They publish or queue each one on the schedule your CRO set. Your CRO designs and proves each process with your team during the first weeks, then checks it against your CRM. Your staff keep what only they can do: the sales calls, the interested replies and the jobs themselves.

  • Search (Search): each month, 200 new pages at the base size (500 at the larger size), every one answering something your buyers ask. They are written to rank on Google and to earn citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers, using what your people already know.
  • Paid (Paid and creative): two ad channels, managed spend of as much as $25,000 a month and as many as two fresh landing pages monthly. Service firms also get Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile upkeep.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): research on 500 target accounts each month and a drafted message for every contact there. Your seller reads each one and sends it; replies land with that seller the same day.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: as many as 300 leads a month, each looked up and passed to the right teammate with a drafted first reply, day or night.

A standing review of the whole system with your CRO is optional and costs extra: $1,499 a month for a monthly session, $2,999 for a weekly one. Skip it and your team sets direction while we keep the processes running.

Which Colorado sectors run above the US share of jobs?

The Census counted 182,486 employer establishments in Colorado in 2023 (a CBP establishment is a location with at least one paid employee). Per 100,000 residents that works out to 3,104.8, about 24 percent above the US rate of 2,496.6. Colorado’s are smaller, though. Only 22.4 percent of them employ 10 to 99 people, where the national figure is 24.6 percent, and in the week of March 12 they averaged 14.1 workers each (US: 16.7).

The rows below are sectors where Colorado’s share of jobs runs well above the US share, then the two marketing rows. Manufacturing closes the table: it has more employees than any other row in it, and it runs below the US share. The last column divides the sector’s share of Colorado jobs by its share of US jobs, so 1.00x means the same share.

Brokers, advisors and clinics

Real estate is the standout by count. Colorado’s 7,456 real estate agent and broker offices rank fourth among the states and DC, at 4.09 percent of all the state’s establishments. Our real estate marketing page describes the work we run for a brokerage. The 708 investment advice establishments rank ninth and pay an average of $173,232 (financial advisor marketing). Veterinary services employ 13,048 people across 929 establishments, 1.50 times the US share of jobs (veterinary marketing).

Roofers, software and IT

Colorado’s 920 roofing contractor establishments rank sixth among the states, at 1.41 times the US share (roofing marketing). The state’s 587 software publishers rank eighth and pay $212,824 on average, against $201,426 nationally (SaaS marketing). Computer systems design, the Census industry that includes managed IT providers, has 4,264 establishments and 55,523 employees (MSP marketing).

Aerospace, engineering and exports

The state’s economic development office says Colorado ranks first per capita in aerospace employment. The key facts on its aerospace page count 1,100 aerospace companies in 2022, and more than 60 percent of them had 10 or fewer employees; an undated line on the same page puts the count above 2,000. Engineering services, a separate Census industry, has 2,375 Colorado establishments and 40,828 employees.

Manufacturing as a whole runs below the US share, at 0.59 times, across 5,031 establishments (manufacturing marketing). In 2023, the SBA Office of Advocacy’s 2025 Colorado profile reports, 5,563 identified firms exported goods from Colorado worth $9.9 billion. Of those exporters, 4,814, or 86.5 percent, were small businesses.

How Colorado’s seven metro areas compare

The Census file has seven metro areas in Colorado. Together they hold 151,483 of the state’s 182,486 employer establishments, about 83 percent. Denver alone holds half.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023, metropolitan area file (average pay computed by Growigami from payroll and employees).

Boulder pays the most of the seven, $82,814 on average, which is $23,438 above Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs is the second-largest metro by establishments and pays below the state average of $70,681. Pueblo is the smallest by count, yet its establishments average 15.6 employees, a shade more than Denver’s 15.5. Grand Junction runs smallest, at 11.8 employees per establishment, with Fort Collins-Loveland next at 11.9.

How many marketing agencies does Colorado have?

The Census counted 401 advertising agency establishments and 1,854 marketing consulting establishments in Colorado in 2023. Colorado holds 2.18 percent of all US employer establishments. Its share of US advertising agencies is 2.59 percent, and of marketing consulting establishments 3.55 percent. By count, Colorado ranks tenth for advertising agencies and seventh for marketing consulting among the states and DC.

Advertising agencies employ 3,573 people in the state at an average of $101,545, against $106,841 nationally. Marketing consulting employs 6,810 at $79,285, against $83,009. Consulting’s share of Colorado jobs is 1.18 times its US share; advertising agencies sit at 0.97.

County Business Patterns leaves out businesses with no paid employees. The same SBA profile lists 730,887 small businesses for 2022, of which 583,986 had no employees.

On Semrush’s Colorado directory, 40 agency profiles appear on the list page we read, and 27 give Denver as their home city. Four give Colorado Springs and two each give Fort Collins and Golden. We do not rank them: the directory sorts by its own score, and the useful test is what each agency puts in writing about price and term.

What do SEO companies in Colorado charge?

None of the four agency pages on page one for marketing agency colorado posts a price for an SEO-only program. Faceted’s $2,500 program bundles technical SEO, Business Profile work, location pages and backlinks with ads. When a Colorado agency you can visit is the better buy

  • Your marketing happens in person. Shoots at your locations, booths at Colorado shows and a standing Monday meeting at your office are easier with a team nearby. Mountain Air lists a Black Forest Road address in Colorado Springs.
  • You are a single location on a small budget. Faceted’s one-time intensive is $3,000 for one location, with no retainer, and is aimed at businesses in their first year or two.
  • You sell mainly to consumers. Mountain Air’s case studies include a family adventure brand and a med spa. Growigami’s processes are built for B2B companies and for professional and home-service practices.
  • You want one marketing leader on payroll. That person costs a median $182,730 in Colorado. A fractional CMO gives you the role part time.

Questions

What Colorado firms ask before hiring a marketing agency

What do Colorado marketing agencies charge?

The one agency on Google's first page that posts a price, Faceted Media in Denver, charges $2,500 a month for one location on a six-month program. On Semrush's Colorado list, 16 of the 36 agencies that show a project budget start from $1,000. Thrive's Denver page asks you to pick a budget band. Growigami charges $1,999 a month for a process, with ad spend billed at cost.

Is a marketing agency worth it for a Colorado firm?

Yes, when the fee comes in under the hire it replaces and the work happens every week. A Colorado marketing specialist earned a median $93,050 in May 2025, about $7,754 a month before benefits. One Growigami process runs $1,999 monthly; adding a monthly CRO review brings it to $3,498. We do not promise leads, so judge each process by what shows up in your CRM.

Does a firm outside Denver start the same way?

Yes. Location changes nothing in the start: CRM read access, the first process shown within a week and running in about three weeks. Of the 40 agency profiles on Semrush's Colorado list, 27 give Denver as their home city. We point the pages and ads at the towns where you work.

Which process should a Colorado firm start with?

Start where buyers already look for you. A brokerage, clinic or roofer whose customers search should start with search pages or ads. An IT services firm or aerospace supplier that sells to named accounts on a list should start with outbound. If inquiries arrive and sit overnight, start with inbound lead follow-up. Each is priced on its own, so one is enough to begin.

How long is the commitment?

Growigami's minimum is three months, and after that 30 days' notice ends it. Faceted Media asks for six months on its program, then lets you stay monthly or move to quarterly meetings at $1,500 a month. Mountain Air and Sage state no term on their homepages. Ask any Colorado agency to put its term in writing before you sign.

Do I get to check pages and ads first?

Yes. Any page, ad or message can wait for your look before it runs, and outreach is sent from your own seller's account after they read it. During setup you and your CRO settle which person checks which kind of draft.

Does Growigami have people in Colorado?

No. Growigami runs remotely and keeps no Colorado office or staff. Calls with your CRO happen on video, and each week's output sits in your CRM. The optional monthly CRO review adds Slack access to your CRO between sessions. A firm that wants someone at its site most weeks is better served by a Colorado agency.
