Google’s first page for “marketing agency indiana” is Indianapolis and Carmel agencies plus three lists, and none of the five agency sites posts a price list. A marketing specialist in Indiana earns a median $63,700 a year (BLS, May 2025). Growigami, a remote third option, prices each process at $1,999 a month and runs it over video calls and your CRM.
Growigami runs every process remotely; it keeps no Indiana office and names no Indiana clients. A firm in Fort Wayne, Evansville or Elkhart gets the same setup as one on the north side of Indianapolis. If you want an agency down the road, the five on page one all have Indianapolis-area addresses.
Not for screen work. A search page, an ad campaign or a note to a dealer reads the same wherever it was drafted. Semrush’s Indiana list makes the point by itself. Of its 10 agencies with an Indiana office, 5 are in Indianapolis, and below them it lists firms that serve Indiana clients without an office in the state.
A nearby agency earns its place for in-person work. Hirons lists public relations and crisis communications among its services, and its work includes a 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline campaign. The Plaid Agency’s Hotel Indy case study covers media relations and event management, and event work needs people on site.
The drafting each week belongs to AI agents, on whichever processes you chose. Your CRO, someone who has led sales and marketing teams, designs each process with your people in the first weeks and judges it by what your CRM records. Your team keeps the work only it can do: quoting, sending outreach under its own name and running the jobs.
There is an optional CRO review on top, $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly. Without it your team picks the priorities and the processes keep running.
The Census counted 155,692 Indiana employer establishments in 2023, each a location with paid staff. Per 100,000 residents that comes to 2,269, while the US figure is 2,497, a gap of 9 percent.
Indiana’s establishments run larger than average: 27.8 percent employ between 10 and 99 people, where the national share is 24.6 percent. The average one had 18.8 employees in the week of March 12. Average pay was $57,497, about 84 percent of the US figure.
The table starts with the six sectors in our data that run highest against the US share of jobs. Two large professional sectors that run far below come next, and the last two rows count marketing firms.

Manufacturing stands out most. Its 7,938 establishments employ 524,995 people, about 18 percent of the state’s employer jobs and 2.03 times the US share, at 66 employees per establishment (manufacturing marketing). USTR counts a record $68.6 billion in Indiana goods exports in 2025, seventh among the states. Of the 8,185 companies exporting from Indiana in 2024, 6,850 were small or medium-sized, under 500 employees.
Cummins, which says it employs about 70,000 people and had sales of $34.1 billion in 2024, is headquartered in Columbus, Indiana. USTR puts the Columbus metro’s 2024 goods exports at $1.8 billion.
The trades sit near or above the US share. Indiana’s 557 roofing contractors rank 12th by count among the states, DC included, at 1.18 times the US share of jobs (roofing marketing). The 2,008 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors pay $76,427 on average, above the US figure of $73,693 (HVAC marketing). The 2,463 landscaping establishments employ 17,467 people (landscaping marketing).
The 2,965 insurance agencies and brokerages rank 14th by count (insurance agency marketing), and so do the 497 new car dealers, which employ 23,485 people (auto dealer marketing). Law offices and IT services run at little more than half the US share of jobs.
The Census file counts 15 metro areas in Indiana. Four of the eight largest cross state lines: Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville and South Bend. Each row covers the full area, out-of-state parts included.
| Metro area | Employer establishments | Employees | Average annual pay |
|---|---|---|---|

Indianapolis-Carmel-Greenwood, wholly inside Indiana, holds 51,076 establishments, about a third of the state’s. Elkhart-Goshen is the smallest of the eight by establishments but has the largest ones, at 26 employees each, against 19 in Indianapolis. USTR credits Indianapolis with $26.2 billion in 2024 goods exports and Elkhart-Goshen with $2.1 billion. South Bend-Mishawaka has the lowest average pay of the eight, $51,837.
County Business Patterns counts 203 advertising agency establishments in Indiana with 1,341 employees, and 682 marketing consulting establishments with 3,292. Both employ a smaller share of Indiana jobs than of US jobs, at 0.32 and 0.50 times. Average pay is $69,697 at the agencies, against $106,841 nationally, and $72,660 in consulting, against $83,009.
The Census rows include only establishments with payroll, so freelancers working alone are left out. Semrush’s Indiana list names 10 agencies with Indiana offices, half of them in Indianapolis; the rest sit in Fishers, South Bend, Elkhart, Fort Wayne and Columbus.
None of the five agency sites on page one posts a monthly price. The closest public figures are Semrush’s budget bands per project and the typical project costs in Element Three’s blog, and BLS covers the in-house side.

Ahrefs counts about 100 searches a month for “seo company indiana” and files it under the parent topic “indianapolis seo”. None of the five agency sites on page one gives an SEO price. Our Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages and $1,499 more for 500, each page built from what your staff already explain to customers.

Questions
None of the five agency sites that rank for this search posts its own price list. Element Three's blog gives typical project ranges, such as $40,000 to $100,000 for a multichannel campaign (updated May 2022). Semrush's Indiana profiles give budget bands per project, from $0 to $2,500 at the low end to $10,000 or more at the top. Ours is public: $1,999 a month per process, plus ad spend at cost.
It is when the work spans more channels than your staff can cover. BLS puts the Indiana median at $63,700 for a marketing specialist and $136,260 for a marketing manager (May 2025). One person covers only so much. If you need one channel, buy one: a Growigami process covers a single channel for $1,999 a month.
It plans and runs the ways buyers find you: search, ads, outreach, PR, events and the website. Hirons lists advertising, public relations and paid media among its services, and The Plaid Agency's case studies cover brand design and event management. Element Three builds dealer programs for manufacturers. Growigami sells search, ads, outreach and lead follow-up as separate processes, so a firm can buy the one it lacks.
Yes, on the B2B side. Our outbound process builds a list of 500 target accounts a month, dealers and distributors among them, and writes to each contact for your sales team to send. Search pages can answer the product questions dealers and buyers type. Co-op ad programs that pool OEM and dealer budgets are a specialty of firms like Element Three.
No. You approve each page and every ad before it goes out, and your seller reviews each outreach message, then sends it. Lead follow-up works the same way: the right person gets each lead with a reply drafted, checks it and sends it.
No. Growigami runs every process remotely and has no Indiana office or staff. Your CRO works with you on video calls, and each week's output lands in your CRM, the same for a firm in Evansville as in Carmel. Anyone who wants to visit an agency can pick from the five on page one, all in Indianapolis or Carmel.
