The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

A marketing agency in Missouri runs a firm’s search, ads and website for a monthly fee. We read three Missouri agency homepages found through a search for “marketing agency missouri”, and none shows that fee (5 November 2026). Growigami offers a third route, run remotely, at $1,999 a month for each process.

Growigami keeps no office or staff in Missouri and names no Missouri clients. Setup happens with your team over video.

Do you need a marketing agency in Missouri itself?

Start with the agencies. All three homepages we read belong to firms inside the state. Fierce Creative and BAM Marketing Agency work from the St. Louis area, and COMO Marketing from Columbia. COMO’s homepage says it reports each month’s numbers “during an in-person meeting.” If that meeting is what you are buying, distance matters.

The directories tell a different story. Sortlist’s Missouri page counts 136 agencies, yet the six profiles it features first are located in Munich, London, Amsterdam, Karachi and a town in Spain. Of the next 20 profiles, one gives Saint Louis as its location and two give a Springfield or a Lincoln County with no state named. Most of the rest give New York, Los Angeles, Miami or another city outside Missouri. A directory heading that says Missouri does not tell you where your account team sits, so ask.

Most of what a Missouri firm hands off is screen work. Search pages, ad campaigns, outreach notes and replies to new leads come out the same whether the writer sits in Kansas City or elsewhere. Growigami runs every process remotely, so your people’s time goes into short calls with your CRO.

What Growigami runs for a Missouri firm of 10 to 99 staff

AI agents write the drafts every week, on whichever processes you picked. Your CRO, who has run marketing and sales teams, sets each one up with your staff and tests it against your CRM before the agents take over. Your people keep the sales calls and the quotes. They also send outreach under their own names.

Each of these costs $1,999 a month at its base size:

  • Search pages (Search): 200 a month, or 500 on the bigger plan. Every page answers a question Missouri buyers type into Google or ask ChatGPT and Perplexity, in words your staff gave us on a call.
  • Outreach to a target list (Pipeline): each month we study 500 accounts and draft a note to every contact there. Your salesperson reads each note, sends it from their own inbox and gets any answer back that day.
  • Paid campaigns (Paid and creative): two channels chosen from Google, LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube, with spend of up to $25,000 a month passed through at cost. Up to two fresh landing pages a month come with it, along with Local Services Ads and your Google Business Profile.
  • Lead follow-up: as many as 300 new leads a month get looked up and passed to whoever should answer, with a reply already written, at 2 a.m. as readily as at noon.

Your CRO builds every process whether or not you add a standing review. That review is an extra $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones. Skip it and your own team sets priorities while we keep the processes going.

Missouri employers by sector: what the 2023 Census shows

Missouri had 151,475 employer establishments in 2023; the Census counts a location once it has a paid employee. That is 2,445 for every 100,000 residents, about 2 percent below the US rate of 2,497. Average pay across them came to $61,049 a year, which is $7,293 short of the national $68,342.

Missouri establishments run a little larger than the national mix. Of the 151,475, 40,087 had 10 to 99 employees, or 26.5 percent, where the US figure is 24.6 percent. They averaged 17.4 employees in the March 12 pay week; the US average is 16.7.

The first seven rows are the Growigami sectors where Missouri’s share of jobs most exceeds the US share. Software publishers come next, a sector where the share runs far below. The two marketing rows close the table. The last column divides a sector’s share of Missouri jobs by its share of US jobs, so 1.00x means the same share.

Manufacturing employs more Missourians than any other row here: 283,563 people across 5,460 establishments, paid $66,651 on average ($73,202 nationally). Our manufacturing marketing page covers selling for and to those plants. USTR puts Missouri’s 2025 goods exports at $18.7 billion, with transportation equipment the largest manufactured export at $4.8 billion. Of the 5,842 companies it counts exporting from Missouri locations in 2023, 4,893, or 84 percent, had fewer than 500 employees.

Missouri’s 3,330 insurance agency and brokerage establishments place 11th of 51 by count, the states plus DC, at 1.24 times the US share of jobs (insurance agency marketing). Its 3,531 trucking establishments employ 42,098 people at 1.32 times the US share, the highest of the seven (logistics marketing).

On the services side, 1,670 computer systems design establishments, the Census group that holds managed IT providers, employ 45,435 people (MSP marketing). Missouri’s 696 veterinary practices run at 1.12 times the US share of jobs (veterinary marketing), and its 920 chiropractic offices rank 16th by count (chiropractor marketing).

Software is the exception. Missouri has 194 software publishers with 5,573 employees, 0.29 times the US share of jobs, and they pay $146,385 on average where the US figure is $201,426.

How St. Louis, Kansas City and the smaller metros compare

The Census places eight metro areas in Missouri, and five of them reach into neighboring states. The St. Louis area includes eight Illinois counties and the Kansas City area five Kansas counties. Joplin, St. Joseph and Cape Girardeau each take in one county across the line. Their rows below count those counties too, so they cannot be added up as a share of Missouri.

St. Louis has 14,366 more establishments than Kansas City, and the two pay within $518 of each other on average. Kansas City’s establishments are slightly larger, at 18.5 employees each against 18.2. Below those two, pay drops by more than $10,000: Springfield, the third-largest area, averages $52,062. St. Joseph pays the most of the six smaller areas, $54,932, and Cape Girardeau the least, $47,092.

How many marketing agencies does Missouri have?

In 2023 the Census found 235 advertising agency establishments in Missouri employing 5,183 people, plus 618 marketing consulting establishments employing 10,107. Both sectors hold a larger share of Missouri jobs than of US jobs: 1.37 times for advertising agencies and 1.70 times for marketing consulting.

Pay runs the other way. Missouri’s advertising agencies averaged $96,160 ($106,841 across the US), and its marketing consultants $46,423 ($83,009 across the US). By count, Missouri has 1.81 percent of the country’s employer establishments, 1.51 percent of its ad agencies and 1.18 percent of its marketing consulting establishments.

County Business Patterns leaves out anyone without paid staff, which includes most freelance marketers. In the SBA’s 2025 profile, Missouri has 590,131 small businesses for 2022, and 475,437 of them had no employees.

What Missouri agencies and hires cost

None of the three Missouri agency homepages we read posts a price or a contract term. Sortlist’s profiles give a minimum project size instead, and on its Missouri page those run from €200 to €10,000. Where an agency quotes only after a call, the useful comparison is the cost of hiring.

Questions

Questions Missouri owners ask a marketing agency

What does a marketing agency in Missouri charge?

The three Missouri agency homepages we read on 5 November 2026 list no monthly fee, and Sortlist's Missouri profiles show project minimums from €200 to €10,000. Growigami lists its price: each process is $1,999 a month, and after three months you can stop with 30 days' notice. Ad spend on the Paid process passes through at cost.

Is hiring a marketer cheaper than an agency in Missouri?

Only if one person can cover the channels you need. BLS put the Missouri median at $70,140 a year for a marketing specialist, and at $130,550 for managers, in May 2025, before benefits. A hire gives you one person's hours spread over every channel. A Growigami process costs $1,999 a month on its own and $3,498 if you add the monthly CRO review.

How many marketing agencies are there in Missouri?

The Census counted 235 advertising agency establishments and 618 marketing consulting establishments in Missouri in 2023, 853 in all, with 15,290 employees between them. Those counts cover locations with paid staff only, so solo consultants are left out. Sortlist's Missouri page lists 136 agencies, and several of the profiles on its first page are located outside the US.

Can a firm in Springfield, Joplin or Cape Girardeau use Growigami?

Yes. Every process runs over video calls and your CRM, so a Joplin firm goes through the same setup as one in Clayton or Overland Park. You give us read access to your CRM and, within a week, see the process we would start with. Pages and ads then target the Missouri towns and counties you actually serve.

Can we check pages and ads before they run?

Yes. Anything we draft can wait for your look first, and outreach leaves from your salesperson's own inbox only after they read it. During setup, your CRO and your team settle which person signs off on which kind of piece, so nothing goes live unseen.

Does Growigami have an office in Missouri?

No. Growigami has no office, staff or named clients in Missouri. Every process is run remotely. Your CRO works with your team over video. If you want results walked through across a table each month, a local agency such as COMO Marketing in Columbia offers that.

How soon does a first process run?

Usually in about three weeks from the setup calls. Within a week of getting CRM read access, we show you the process we would start with and what it would produce. We do not forecast leads or rankings, because those depend on your market. Each week you read what the process produced in your CRM.

Run one Missouri marketing process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
