The line: one record per pallet, from the receiving dock to the outbound trailer.

Dockmere is cold chain compliance software for food warehouses. It reads the sensors a warehouse already has and keeps each corrective action on the same record as the reading, so an audit pulls one report.

  • Who it is for: directors of operations and QA leads at cold storage warehouses and food distributors with 2 to 20 buildings. ICP: 31 deals
  • What it is: software that logs every reading from the dock and the rooms, with each excursion and its fix on the pallet’s record. 14 of 22 calls
  • What it replaces: the clipboard by the dock door and the binder a QA lead builds the week before an audit. 11 calls
  • Why we win: setup is seamless because Dockmere reads the probes already installed. Why we win: setup takes a day per building because Dockmere reads the probes already installed, where sensor vendors start with new hardware. 9 calls, 3 sites

A marketing agency Florida businesses hire runs some or all of their search, ads, social and email. The Census counted 1,367 advertising agency establishments and 6,745 marketing consulting establishments in the state in 2023. Growigami is a third option, run remotely with no Florida office. Your CRO builds each marketing process and AI agents run it every week, at $1,999 a month per process.

Which Florida sectors stand out in Census data?

Florida had 645,575 employer establishments in 2023 and 9,988,508 employees in the week of March 12. That works out to 2,855 establishments per 100,000 residents, against 2,497 for the US. Its establishments also run smaller: 19.9% had 10 to 99 employees, against 24.6% nationally, and 78.2% had fewer than 10, against 73.0%.

Florida also leads every state in new business applications. The Census Bureau’s Business Formation Statistics count 647,734 of them in Florida in 2025, out of 5,671,836 across the US.

Rows were picked for what they show about Florida. Of the industries our vertical pages cover, roofing, pest control, real estate and landscaping employ the largest multiples of the US share. Manufacturing, lawyers’ offices, computer systems design and plumbing and HVAC contractors each employ more than 90,000 people in the state. Insurance agencies also sit above the US share, and the last two rows are the state’s own marketing trade.

“Employment vs US” divides a sector’s share of Florida employees by its share of US employees, so 1.96 means nearly twice the US share.

The first nine rows each have a related Growigami page, among them:

  • Florida had 10,670 landscaping establishments and 2,301 pest control establishments in 2023, more of each than any other state. Our pages on landscaping marketing and pest control marketing cover those two trades.
  • Roofing employs close to twice the US share in Florida, across 2,215 contractor establishments, and roofing marketing covers search, ads and quote follow-up for them.
  • The state’s 21,144 real estate offices average about two employees each. Our real estate marketing page is written for brokerages and teams.
  • Florida’s 17,261 law offices paid their employees $117,439 a year on average, and our law firm marketing page covers the Florida Bar’s rule on filing ads.
  • Its 10,837 insurance agencies and brokerages employ 1.19 times the US share. See insurance agency marketing.
  • Computer systems design is the reverse: 10,395 establishments, at 0.66 of the US share. Our MSP marketing page covers IT service firms.

Miami’s metro holds 34.4% of Florida’s employer establishments but 24.3% of its employees, about 11 per establishment. Orlando has 13,384 fewer establishments than Tampa and nearly as many employees, about 16 per establishment, at a lower average pay of $55,921. Together the four largest metros hold 67.5% of the state’s establishments.

Tampa has its own page. For the other three, public sources give a B2B seller something to plan around:

  • Jacksonville has four 2026 Fortune 500 headquarters: GuideWell, the parent of Florida Blue, plus Fidelity National Financial, CSX and Fidelity National Information Services (Jacksonville Daily Record, 3 June 2026). SelectFlorida, a direct support organization of FloridaCommerce, counts 22 Fortune 500 headquarters across the state.
  • Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center says it averages nearly 200 events a year, among them 115 conventions and tradeshows that draw more than 1.5 million attendees.
  • Miami hosts eMerge Americas, a tech conference and expo set for March 2 to 4, 2027. Its organizers report 20,000+ attendees and 400+ exhibitors.

For a company that sells at those shows, our Events process covers booth materials, invites to target accounts and a follow-up written for every badge scan. On-site support at your booth is $2,499 an event, with travel paid at cost.

How does a marketing agency in Florida price its work?

The five Florida agency homepages on Google’s first page for this search list their services, and none of them shows a monthly price. Heyday is the only one to state a term: “No Long-Term Contracts.” Starmark describes itself as project-based.

Semrush’s Florida list shows a budget per project for each agency. Of the 40 agencies on its first page, 16 start from $1,000, 7 from $2,500, 3 from $5,000 and 1 from $10,000. The rest show a range or “Any”. A budget per project is a different number from a monthly fee, so ask each firm what a month costs.

Of the 12 B2B marketing firms we compared in November 2026, six publish a price. The lowest monthly price is £3,500 plus project fees, at a UK firm, and the lowest in dollars is $5,000 a month. The three that publish a minimum term ask for 3 to 12 months, or 3 months’ notice.

What does an SEO company in Florida do?

It writes and fixes the pages that bring a business its search traffic. Four of the five Florida agency homepages we read list SEO beside ads, social and web design. THAT Agency adds AI optimization, for answers in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.

Our Search process publishes 200 pages a month at the base size, written from what your team already knows. Each page is built to rank on Google and to be cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Florida’s own marketing firms and marketing pay

Florida’s 1,367 advertising agency establishments had 7,666 employees in 2023, about 6 per establishment, at an average pay of $89,239. US advertising agencies averaged $106,841. The sector’s share of Florida employees is 0.54 of its US share.

Marketing consulting runs the other way. Florida had 6,745 marketing consulting establishments, the second most of any state, with 27,166 employees: about 4 per establishment. They averaged $57,627 in pay against $83,009 across the US. The sector employs 1.21 times its US share.

For an in-house hire, BLS wage data for May 2025 gives these Florida figures:

What Growigami runs for Florida B2B and service firms

Each week, AI agents research and draft the work for the processes you pick, on a plan your CRO built with your team. Your team takes the calls, quotes and meetings the work brings in. Growigami has no Florida office or staff, and all of it runs remotely.

  • Search (Search): 200 pages a month at the base size, or 500 on the larger size, built on the questions your customers ask before they call.
  • Paid ads (Paid and creative): campaigns on Google and Meta with up to $25,000 a month in ad spend and up to two new landing pages a month. It also runs your Local Services Ads and Business Profile work, and spend moves each week to the campaigns that book calls.
  • Inbound lead follow-up: up to 300 leads a month, each researched and sent to the right person with a reply drafted, at any hour.
  • Outbound (Pipeline): 500 target accounts researched a month and a message written for each contact. Replies reach your team the same day.
  • LinkedIn (Social): three posts a week for each person on the plan, written from short calls and voice notes.

Each process is $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. The CRO review is optional, at $1,499 a month for monthly sessions or $2,999 for weekly ones. Two processes come to $3,998 a month after the first. Prices for every process are on our price list.

Is a remote marketing team a fit for a Florida business?

It fits when the work lives on a screen. Search pages, ads, outbound messages and lead replies all sit in tools your team can open, so you judge the team by what it ships each week.

Heyday’s FAQ gives the local case, “local market expertise, in-person consultations, and strategies tailored to the South Florida audience.” Part of that knowledge is public. The Census and BLS figures above come from federal data, and your CRO starts from your own CRM, where your leads and jobs already are.

When a Florida agency you can meet in person fits better

A Florida firm down the road is the better buy in these cases:

  • You want someone in the room. Strategy sessions at your office, photo and video shoots on site and walk-throughs of a property or a job all need a person there. Every agency homepage we read gives a Florida address or city.
  • Your marketing runs on local events and press. Starmark’s homepage features its work for Nova Southeastern University at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. A firm that already works those rooms can work them for you.
  • You want one person on staff every day. An in-house specialist at the Florida median of $75,450 works from your office and answers only to you.

Growigami fits when you want search, ads, outbound or lead follow-up run every week at a posted price, and a remote team suits you. Our page on marketing as a service covers the same model without the Florida data.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions about hiring a marketing agency in Florida

How much does a marketing agency in Florida cost?

The five Florida agencies whose homepages rank on Google's first page do not say: none of those homepages posted a monthly price when we read them on 5 November 2026. Semrush's Florida list shows a budget per project, and 16 of the 40 agencies on its first page start from $1,000. Each Growigami process is $1,999 a month and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month.

Is it worth hiring a marketing agency in Florida?

It is worth it when the firm costs less than the hire it replaces and you can check what it produced. A Florida marketing specialist's median pay was $75,450 in May 2025, and a marketing manager's was $142,620 (BLS), both before benefits. One Growigami process with a monthly CRO review is $3,498 a month. Ask any firm, us included, what you will be able to check each month.

Do I need a marketing agency based in Florida?

You need one when the work has to happen in person, such as photo shoots at a job site, strategy sessions in your conference room and local sponsorships. Heyday's FAQ makes that case for South Florida. Search pages, ads, outbound and lead follow-up work the same from anywhere. Growigami has no Florida office or staff, so it fits that second group of work.

What should I ask a Florida marketing agency before signing?

Get four answers in writing: the monthly price, the minimum term, who does the work each week and who owns the ad accounts and pages if you leave. Of the five Florida agency homepages we read, none posts a price and one states a term. Growigami's own answers: $1,999 a month per process and a minimum of three months, then 30 days' notice. AI agents do the work, on processes your CRO built.

Can my team check the work before it goes out?

Yes. Every page, ad and message can wait for approval before it goes out. You choose who on your team gives it, such as an office manager or a partner. Once you trust the process, that person can read the results in your CRM each week.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings in Florida?

Growigami does not promise leads, calls or rankings. Each process has a scope you can check, such as pages published or accounts researched, and its output shows up in your CRM. If a process does not earn its price, stop it with 30 days' notice once the first three months are up.

How long does a Growigami contract run?

The minimum is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days' notice. Of the five Florida agency homepages we read, only Heyday states a term: no long-term contracts. Ask any Florida agency for its term in writing, and read the notice clause.

Start one Florida marketing process.

Give us read access to your CRM. Within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
