Google’s first page for “digital marketing agency orlando” lists four agency sites, Thrive’s Orlando page, two directories and a Reddit thread. Of those five agency pages, only Chatter Buzz’s names a monthly figure: about $10,000 for an integrated program. Growigami offers a remote third choice, at $1,999 a month for each marketing process it runs for an Orlando firm.
Growigami has no office, staff or clients in the Orlando area that we could point you to. Setup happens on video calls with your team, and the weekly work runs from your CRM. That suits a firm that wants its search, ads and lead replies done at a posted price. A firm that wants to sit across a table from its agency has several on that first page.
The Census Bureau’s County Business Patterns treats the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metro as four counties: Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole. Its glossary defines a metro area as a core with at least one urbanized area of 50,000 or more inhabitants. Adjacent communities closely tied to that core, economically and socially, belong to it too.
In 2023 the metro had 77,951 employer establishments and 1,232,903 employees in the week of March 12. That is 12.1% of Florida’s establishments and 20th of 387 US metros by count. Average pay was $55,921, below Florida’s $60,013 and the US figure of $68,342. Of the metro’s establishments, 21.8% have 10 to 99 employees, against 19.9% across Florida and 24.6% nationally.
The first seven rows are the tracked sectors where Orlando’s share of jobs sits furthest above the US share. Then come the two tracked sectors with the most employees, and the two marketing rows. The last column divides a sector’s share of metro jobs by its share of US jobs, so 2.25x means more than twice the national share.
| Sector | Employer establishments | Employees | Average annual pay | Share of jobs vs US |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Real estate agents and brokers | 2,720 | 11,429 | $76,765 | 3.28x |

The metro’s 2,720 real estate offices employ 11,429 people, 3.28 times the US share of jobs and about twice Florida’s own multiple of 1.58. Our real estate marketing page covers brokerages and teams. Roofing comes next: 316 roofing contractors employ 4,269 people, and the metro ranks 16th of 379 by roofer count (roofing marketing).
Orlando’s 377 chiropractic offices run at 1.39 times the US share of jobs and pay $42,584 on average, above the $40,336 national figure (chiropractor marketing). The 967 plumbing and HVAC contractors employ 13,700 people, more than any other trade in the table (HVAC marketing).
Manufacturing is smaller here than in the US as a share of jobs, at 0.46 times. Its 1,673 establishments still employ 49,754 people and pay $77,263 on average, where the US manufacturing average is $73,202 (manufacturing marketing). Software is a small group with high pay: 127 software publishers employ 7,682 people at an average of $136,906 (SaaS marketing).
Orange County Government says the county has the largest modeling, simulation and training cluster in the country. The Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division lists its address at 12211 Science Drive in Orlando. A firm selling into that cluster works from a list of named contractors and program offices, and that list suits outbound.
The University of Central Florida reported 70,674 students in fall 2025 and calls itself the largest university by enrollment in Florida. It says more than 189,975 of its 401,179 alumni live in Orlando and Central Florida. Darden Restaurants gives 1000 Darden Center Drive in Orlando as its business address in SEC filings. The standard paragraph on the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s press releases says Orlando International serves nearly 58 million passengers a year.
Chatter Buzz, the first organic result in Ahrefs’ snapshot of this search, is the one agency page we read that names a monthly figure. Its FAQ says most integrated Orlando programs “start around $10,000 a month”. Its packages page lists Basic at $5,000 a month, Pro at $10,000, Growth at $20,000 and Enterprise from $40,000. The two pages describe the term differently: the Orlando FAQ gives a 3-month agreement that then runs month to month, and the packages page says agreements are set to 12 months with a 30-day out clause after 90 days. 321 The Agency, REMIXED and Push post neither a price nor a term.
Thrive’s Orlando page asks for a monthly budget on its form, in bands from under $750 to above $100,000. A budget band is the visitor’s figure, not Thrive’s price. Semrush’s Orlando list shows a project budget for each profile. Among the nine agencies it lists with an Orlando office, four start from $1,000, two from $2,500 and one from $10,000.

A second process brings the monthly total to $3,998 from the second month.
For May 2025, BLS put the median for market research analysts and marketing specialists in the Orlando metro at $72,860 a year. That sits below Florida’s $75,450 and the US median of $78,760. Marketing managers in the metro had a median of $143,220, just above Florida’s $142,620 and below the US figure of $166,790.
The Census counted 159 advertising agency establishments in the metro in 2023, with 630 employees. That is 0.36 times the US share of jobs in the sector, and their average pay of $76,633 compares with $106,841 nationally. Orlando ranks 21st of 304 metros by its count of advertising agencies.
Marketing consulting is close to the national share, at 0.98 times. The metro’s 802 marketing consulting establishments employ 2,725 people, about three each, at an average of $57,799 against $83,009 for the US. These counts cover employer establishments only, so consultants who work alone are not in them.
On the processes you choose, AI agents draft the week’s pages, ads and lead replies from what your staff has told us. Your CRO, who builds and proves each process, sets it up with your team first and checks it against your CRM. Your staff keeps the parts only they can do: the sales calls, the estimates and the jobs.
The CRO review is optional and costs extra: $1,499 a month for a monthly session, or $2,999 for weekly ones. Skip it and your team sets direction while the processes keep running. Our Florida page compares Orlando with the state’s other metro areas.
Growigami fits an Orlando company that wants its search, ads or lead replies run every week at a posted price, with a CRO on video.

Only when the job needs someone physically there. Semrush's Orlando list shows nine agencies with an office in the area and then more than two dozen profiles marked as having no physical office there. 321 The Agency, which ranks for this search, calls itself a remote-first team. No. Growigami runs every process remotely and has no office or staff in Central Florida. You meet your CRO on video, and the weekly output shows up in your CRM. If you want an agency you can drive to, Chatter Buzz lists an office at 1218 E Robinson St and REMIXED one on N. Hyer Avenue.
The one whose price, term and weekly output you can check before you sign. Ask each firm for its monthly price in writing, its minimum term and who keeps the ad accounts if you leave. Of the five agency pages we read, one gave a monthly figure and one stated a term. The rest leave those answers for a sales call.
Growigami does not promise leads, calls or rankings. Each process has a scope you can count, such as 200 pages published or 300 leads answered a month. Chatter Buzz offers a 90-day paid media guarantee to brands that qualify, with targets written into its agreement. If our numbers do not earn the price, you can stop after three months.
Yes. Any page, ad or reply can wait for someone at your firm to look at it before it goes out. You pick who does that during setup, and the ad budget stays yours to set. Ad spend on the Paid process is billed at cost.
Usually about three weeks after you share CRM access. Within the first week we show you the process we would build and what it would produce. Your CRO then builds it with your staff on video calls, and the agents start the weekly drafting once it is set up.
It writes and fixes the pages that get a firm found when Orlando buyers search, in Google's results, the map pack and AI answers. Ahrefs counts about 600 US searches a month for seo company orlando.
