Search. 200 pages a month at the base size, each aimed at a Google ranking and a citation in ChatGPT or Perplexity. A page can target a county in Kentucky or Indiana as easily as one in Ohio, as long as you serve it. Monthly, a report lists which AI answers to your buyers’ questions name you.
Paid. A separate process at $1,999 a month runs Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile work. It also runs campaigns on two of Google, LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube, on up to $25,000 a month in ad spend. AI agents draft the ads, and the spend is paid at cost.
Outbound. For a supplier, the Pipeline process researches 500 target accounts a month and drafts a note to each contact. Your salesperson reads and sends them.
A CRO review is optional and priced separately: $1,499 a month for monthly sessions, $2,999 for weekly ones.
How does the Census count the Cincinnati metro?
The Census metro area crosses three states. County Business Patterns counts 15 counties. Three are in Indiana: Dearborn, Franklin and Ohio. Seven are in Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton and Pendleton. Five are in Ohio: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren. A metro area, in the Census Bureau’s terms, is an urban core of 50,000 or more people plus nearby counties tied to it by commuting.
In 2023 the metro had 48,255 employer establishments and 1,030,698 employees in the week of March 12. It ranks 35th of 387 metros by establishments and 28th by employees. The share with 10 to 99 employees is 30.1 percent, above Ohio’s 29.3 and the national 24.6, and the highest of Ohio’s three large metros. Average pay was $64,007, which is $4,468 above Ohio and $4,335 below the US.
The rows run from the highest concentration against the US to the lowest. They cover sectors we write for, plus the two local agency rows.

Who Cincinnati suppliers sell to
Procter & Gamble gives One Procter & Gamble Plaza in Cincinnati as its principal executive office in its 2026 annual report filing, and it reported about 104,000 employees as of 30 June 2026. Kroger’s annual report for the year to 31 January 2026 gives 1014 Vine Street in Cincinnati as its principal executive office, with more than 403,000 full- and part-time employees.
Freight is the other large buyer group. The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport says it handled 2.1 million tons of cargo in 2023, and in August 2025 it told Kentucky legislators it was the 7th-largest cargo airport in North America. It is home to Amazon’s primary U.S. air hub and DHL’s global super hub for the Americas. Firms that sell into that trade can read our logistics marketing page.
How many SEO companies and agencies does Cincinnati have?
The Census counted 91 advertising agency establishments and 272 marketing consulting establishments in the metro in 2023, 363 in all, with 2,953 employees. Advertising agencies sit at 1.01 times the US share of jobs and average 16.4 employees each. Their average pay of $96,324 is $10,517 under the national figure; marketing consulting pays $79,337, or $3,672 under.
The Census count leaves out solo consultants without staff, so freelancers selling SEO in the metro sit outside these figures.
Does your SEO company need a Cincinnati address?
For pages and listings, the address matters less than what goes into them. DirectoryOne’s page ranks on page one from a Houston address, and cincinnati-seo.com says it works with clients nationwide. The local detail in a good page comes from your staff: the neighborhoods and counties you cover, the jobs you do there and what customers ask first. Your CRO collects that on calls.
An address matters when someone has to visit, for photos at your sites, a booth at a regional show or meetings across the table.
When a Cincinnati SEO company or a staff hire fits better
You want a vendor down the road. 2060 Digital lists a Cincinnati address, and Onfolio’s Cincinnati list shows several firms with Cincinnati street addresses.
You need photos and video shot at your locations. A nearby firm can come to you. Growigami records over a short call or builds video from your screens.
You want marketing staff in the building. A metro specialist earns a median $75,750 and can cover events and social posts too. For the senior role, a fractional CMO works part time.
Your budget is a few hundred dollars a month. Each Growigami process is $1,999 a month with a three months minimum, so a smaller budget fits a local shop better.
Growigami fits a Greater Cincinnati firm that wants 200 pages a month and a monthly AI answer report at a price it can see first.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
Cincinnati SEO questions, answered with sources
What does an SEO company do?
An SEO company works on the pages and listings that decide whether buyers find you on Google, in the map pack and in AI answers. Cincinnati SEO Companies, on the first page here, lists onsite and off-page optimization among its services. Growigami's Search process writes 200 pages a month from your team's answers.
How much does an SEO company in Cincinnati cost?
Cincinnati SEO firms bill an average of $100 to $149 an hour, and projects run $1,000 to $10,000, according to DesignRush's Cincinnati page. None of the four agency pages on Google's first page posts a monthly price. Growigami's Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages.
How long does SEO take in Cincinnati?
Months, by the ranking firms' own estimates: Helium SEO says about 4 to 6 months, and up to a year for larger gains, while DirectoryOne says 3 to 6 months. We commit to the start. The first pages usually go live about three weeks after setup begins, and the monthly report shows where you stand.
Is SEO dead or evolving in 2026?
It is changing, because buyers now ask AI assistants as well as Google. Google's spam policies target large amounts of unoriginal content made to manipulate rankings, so page count alone earns nothing. Our pages each answer a buyer question with your staff's own answer, and the monthly report tracks whether ChatGPT and Perplexity cite you.
Do you work as a digital marketing agency in Cincinnati too?
Yes, one process at a time. Paid ads run on two channels with up to $25,000 a month of spend. Outbound covers 500 target accounts a month, and inbound follow-up handles up to 300 leads. Each process has its own monthly price, starting at $1,999.
Can I see pages before they publish?
Yes. Every page waits for your approval before it goes live. During setup, your CRO and you decide who on your side signs off which topics, so review takes the time you choose to give it.
Is Growigami in Cincinnati?
No. Growigami has no office, staff or named clients in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana. We work over video calls and in your CRM. A firm that wants to meet its SEO company in person has local options on page one, such as 2060 Digital, which lists a Cincinnati address.
