A digital marketing agency in Cleveland runs search, paid ads, social and web work for a firm, usually on a monthly fee. None of the five agency pages ranking for “digital marketing agency cleveland” posts that fee, and the 28 Cleveland agency profiles on DesignRush that list an hourly rate have a median of $147. Growigami runs the same work remotely at $1,999 a month per process.
There is no Growigami office, employee or client in Cleveland. Your CRO meets your team over video, and what the work produces shows up in your CRM each week. Our Ohio page compares Cleveland with the state’s other metro areas.
The agencies on page one sell craft and local standing. VividFront, on Sumner Avenue, calls itself “results-focused and transparency-led”. thunder::tech pitches itself to “midsize brands ready to boom” from Cleveland and Detroit. Recess Creative gives an address on Euclid Avenue, and Falls & Co, now part of WellLink, shows work for Marathon, Parker Hannifin and Vitamix. None of them prints a price.
Thrive’s Cleveland page comes closest. Its contact form asks for a monthly budget in bands that start under $750 and end above $100,000. On DesignRush’s Cleveland digital marketing page, 28 agency profiles list an average hourly rate. Their median is $147, and 24 of them list $100 or more.

Both Cleveland medians sit under the Ohio medians, by $1,440 for specialists and $3,030 for managers. Paying one of each would cost about $200,650 a year before benefits. A Growigami process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. From the second month it is $1,999 per process.
It works on getting your pages found in Cleveland searches, in Google’s map pack and in AI answers. Our Search process writes 200 pages a month at the base size and 500 for $1,499 more. Your staff’s answers to customer questions are the raw material, which keeps each page specific to your firm.
Your CRO, who has led marketing and sales teams, spends the first weeks building one process with your staff and checking it against your CRM. After that, AI agents do the weekly drafting and research. Your team keeps the work only it can do: sales calls, interested replies and the jobs.
A CRO review is extra and optional. Monthly it costs $1,499 a month, and weekly it costs $2,999. Without one, your team sets the priorities and we run the processes.
County Business Patterns treats the Cleveland metro as six counties: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina. The Census Bureau describes a metro area as a core with at least one urban area of 50,000 or more people, plus adjacent counties tied to it by commuting. In 2023 the metro had 51,450 employer establishments and 971,092 employees in the week of March 12. That ranks 31st of 387 metros by establishments and is 20.2 percent of Ohio’s total.
Average pay in the metro was $65,463, which is $5,924 above Ohio and $2,879 below the US. Establishments with 10 to 99 employees make up 27.5 percent, below Ohio’s 29.3 and above the national 24.6. The table opens with marketing consulting, the metro’s most concentrated sector here, then the sectors we write for with the highest Cleveland concentration. Landscaping and electrical contractors follow for their size and pay, and advertising agencies close it.
| Sector | Employer establishments | Employees | Average annual pay | Share of jobs vs US |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Offices of lawyers | 1,014 | 8,542 | $108,831 | 1.13x |
| Insurance agencies and brokerages | 865 | 5,642 | $84,490 | 0.99x |

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).
Manufacturing employs 123,303 people in the metro, 12.7 percent of its jobs, across 2,951 establishments, which ranks 17th of 387 metros. Those establishments are 22.2 percent of Ohio’s manufacturing count, and our manufacturing marketing page covers how outbound and search run for them. The 180 roofing contractors hold 1.36 times the US share of jobs, the highest of the trades we write for (roofing marketing).
Cleveland’s 1,014 law offices are a quarter of Ohio’s 4,067 and run at 1.13 times the US share (law firm marketing). The 865 insurance agencies and brokerages sit at the national share (insurance agency marketing). Landscaping counts 1,000 establishments, 24th among metros (landscaping marketing).
Electrical contractors hold less than the US share of jobs, at 0.72 times, but pay more. The metro’s 401 electrical contractors pay an average of $93,699, which is $17,154 above the trade’s US average (electrician marketing). Law offices pay $16,749 less than the national figure for their sector.
Health care is one large group of buyers. Cleveland Clinic reports 83,000 caregivers, 23 hospitals and 300 outpatient facilities across its locations worldwide.
Industry and freight are the second group. The Port of Cleveland says it handled more than 6 million tons of cargo in 2025, and that port-related work supports about 23,000 jobs and $7.07 billion in annual economic activity. Sherwin-Williams, founded in 1866, opened its new global headquarters downtown on 11 May 2026: a 1,000,000-square-foot campus with a 36-floor office tower.
A firm that sells into accounts like these can name them, and that named list is where the Outbound process starts.
The Census counted 104 advertising agency establishments and 273 marketing consulting establishments in the metro in 2023, 377 in all, with 4,586 employees. Advertising agencies hold 0.77 times the US share of jobs. Marketing consulting holds 1.61 times, the highest concentration in the table, with 12.9 employees per establishment.
Pay at both sits well under the national figures. Advertising agencies paid an average of $75,373, which is $31,468 below the US, and marketing consulting paid $56,070, or $26,939 below. Self-employed consultants with no staff are outside these counts.
You need one when someone has to be in the room. A shoot on your shop floor counts, as do a booth at a regional show and a standing meeting at your office. Four of the five agency pages we read give a Cleveland address or headquarters, and the fifth puts Cleveland in its page title.
Search pages, ad campaigns, outreach and lead replies are screen work. The local detail in them comes from your own people, who know the suburbs you cover and the questions customers ask on the phone. Your CRO gathers that over video before anything is drafted.
Choose Growigami when the gap is the weekly execution of search, ads, outreach or lead replies, and a posted monthly price matters more than a nearby office.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Yes, through the Search process. It publishes 200 pages a month, or 500 at the larger size, each drafted from what your team already tells customers. A monthly report shows which AI answers name your firm. Business Profile and map work sit in the Paid process, which is priced separately.
Growigami puts dates on the setup and none on leads, which depend on your market, your offer and your site. You see the first process we would build within a week of CRM access, and it usually runs about three weeks after that. From then on, the weekly results sit in your CRM where you can judge them.
Yes. Any page, ad or message can wait for your look before it goes out, and outreach is sent from your own salesperson's account after they read it. During setup your CRO agrees with you who reviews what.
No. Growigami has no office or staff in Cleveland or anywhere in Ohio, and it names no Cleveland clients. The work runs over video calls and inside your CRM. A firm that wants its agency at the table each week will find several on page one with Cleveland street addresses.
