What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion

The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1

Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

Fennick probes report every 60 seconds, so the timeline has no gaps.4

Nashville SEO companies sell pages that rank in Google, in its map pack and in AI answers. On Google’s first page for “seo company nashville”, Web Tonic’s 2026 comparison of 19 Nashville SEO firms found that none publishes a rate. Growigami’s Search process costs $1,999 a month for 200 pages and runs remotely.

No Growigami office, employee or client sits in the Nashville area. Your CRO works with your team over video, and the pages, reports and leads show up in your CRM.

How do Nashville SEO companies show up on page one?

In Ahrefs’ 15 September 2026 snapshot of page one, the map pack shows SEO NOW, Stellar-eMarketing and Marketing Hatchery. The organic results mix directories, national firms and pages built for the keyword. Where a firm says it is based varies more than the search suggests.

  • Thrive ranks third with a Nashville SEO page from a national agency. Its form asks for a monthly marketing budget, with choices running from under $750 to over $100,000.
  • Cheenti ranks fifth with a Nashville SEO page. Its “USA Headquarters” address is in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the same site carries SEO pages for Dallas, San Diego and Los Angeles.
  • nashvilleseo.org ranks sixth. Its own text says it has “no real Nashville SEO agency” and is “just putting keywords in the right places.”
  • seo.co ranks eighth. It calls itself located in Nashville and gives addresses in Seattle and West Palm Beach.
  • Marketing Hatchery ranks ninth and lists an office in Franklin, plus Atlanta.
  • Web Tonic ranks tenth with a comparison of 19 other Nashville SEO firms, listing itself first at $3,000 a month. By its count, 15 of the 19 publish a Nashville head office and none publishes a rate.

Clutch and The Manifest, at second and seventh, refused our reader. The lesson for a buyer is in the sixth result: a page can rank for “seo company nashville” without a firm behind it. Ask any firm where the people on your account work, and ask for the number of pages it will publish each month.

What Growigami runs for a Nashville firm each month

Each month, AI agents draft and publish the pages from what your staff told us, at the pace your CRO agreed with you. Your CRO, who has run marketing and sales teams, plans the process with your team and then tests it on your CRM numbers. Your staff spend their time on short calls answering questions, and on the calls and leads that come in.

The search process, page by page

The Search process publishes 200 pages a month at its base size, or 500 at the larger size for $1,499 more. Each page takes one question a buyer in the metro asks. Think of what a roof replacement costs in Williamson County, or how a fee-only advisor is paid. The page answers in your team’s words, for Google to rank and for ChatGPT or Perplexity to cite. Once a month you get a read of how those assistants answer your buyers’ questions and whether your firm comes up. The AI search optimization page explains that check.

The map pack sits with Paid

Google Business Profile work and Local Services Ads belong to the Paid and creative process, which carries its own $1,999 monthly price. Two ad channels, chosen from Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, carry up to $25,000 a month of your spend at cost. Agents write the copy, and the process adds up to two landing pages a month.

Selling to hospitals and health companies

A Nashville firm selling to hospital operators or health care companies works a finite list of target accounts. The Pipeline process researches 500 of them a month and drafts a note for each contact, which your seller sends from their own account.

Reviews with your CRO are optional and extra; they cost $1,499 a month if monthly and $2,999 if weekly. Your CRO builds the process whether or not you add them.

What the Census counts across the Nashville metro

The Census defines a metropolitan area around an urbanized core of 50,000 or more people, adding nearby communities whose economic and social life is bound up with it. For Nashville that means 14 Tennessee counties: Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Macon, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson and Wilson. Unlike Memphis, the metro stays inside the state.

In 2023 those counties had 50,910 employer establishments and 1,012,689 employees in the week of March 12, a third of Tennessee’s establishments. Average pay was $67,174, which is $8,004 above Tennessee’s $59,170 and $1,168 below the US average. Of the 50,910, 14,476 had 10 to 99 employees, 28.4 percent against 24.6 percent nationally. Our Tennessee page compares the metro with the state’s other nine.

The table opens with the four trades and practices we write for whose share of metro jobs runs highest against the US. Four of the largest practice groups by establishment count follow. Warehousing comes next, taken from the Census metro file. The local agency base closes the table.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).

A share of 1.89x means the sector’s slice of Nashville jobs is 1.89 times its slice of US jobs.

Money, roofs and the practices

Investment advice is the most concentrated row: 131 establishments employing 1,506 people at 1.89 times the US share, paid $139,311 on average (financial advisor marketing). Roofing pays far above its national level, $95,417 against $70,552, across 167 contractors (roofing marketing).

The metro’s 895 insurance agencies and brokerages pay $99,703 on average, above the $90,831 US figure (insurance agency marketing). Nashville’s 801 law offices and 787 dental offices are the next largest practice groups (law firm marketing, dental marketing), and its 655 real estate offices pay $81,641 on average (real estate marketing).

Health care as a buyer

The Nashville Health Care Council’s 2025 report, an EY analysis of Lightcast data for the metro, counts 8,358 health care business locations and 152,870 health care jobs in 2024. It credits the wider health care ecosystem with 372,160 jobs and $72.1 billion in output. The council also counts 17 publicly traded health care companies headquartered in Nashville.

Small businesses and the self-employed

The Census counts only locations with a payroll. The SBA’s 2025 metro profile adds the rest: 264,045 small businesses employing 394,843 people, 41.4 percent of the workforce. In 2023, 14.3 percent of private workers in the metro were self-employed, up from 13.4 percent in 2018.

What does an SEO company cost in Nashville?

No firm on page one prices its own SEO in public, apart from Web Tonic listing itself at $3,000 a month in its own comparison. Thrive’s budget bands start under $750 a month; they record what a buyer plans to spend. Hiring is the other benchmark: BLS put the Nashville median at $77,240 for a marketing specialist and $135,370 for a marketing manager in May 2025.

The specialist median is $7,450 above Tennessee’s and $1,520 below the US figure of $78,760. The manager median sits $31,420 below the US. At Growigami, 200 search pages a month cost $1,999 and costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Every price is on our price list.

When Nashville firms should pick a local SEO shop

  • You only need the map pack and reviews for one location. Our Search process is sized at 200 pages a month, more than one listing needs, and Thrive’s form lists budgets under $750 as an option.
  • You sell entertainment, music or live events. Web Tonic’s comparison names Bauer Entertainment Marketing and BubbleUp as specialists in those fields.
  • You want to meet your SEO team in person. Marketing Hatchery lists a Franklin office, and Web Tonic counts 15 firms with a Nashville head office.
  • You want someone on payroll. A Nashville marketing specialist earns a median $77,240, and a fractional CMO can lead the work part-time.

For a Nashville firm after 200 pages a month at a price fixed before the first call, that is the job Growigami does. The map pack, ads or outbound can follow once search earns it.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions Nashville owners put to an SEO company

What will an SEO firm in Nashville do for us?

Find what Nashville buyers type into Google and ask AI assistants, fix what keeps your site from ranking, then write pages that answer those questions. The aim is a place in the results, the map pack and AI answers. Our Search process puts 200 such pages live each month from your staff's answers; Business Profile work sits in the separate Paid process.

Is SEO dead now that AI answers questions?

No. Buyers still search, and AI assistants still draw on web pages to answer. G2's March 2026 survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers found that 51% now start their research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google. That moves part of the work toward being the page an assistant cites, which is why our Search process checks ChatGPT and Perplexity each month.

Is SEO still worth it in 2026?

When it is bought by volume and checked against your CRM, yes. Ask any firm how many pages it will publish each month and how it will show you what they produced. Growigami's answer is 200 pages a month for $1,999, and you can stop with 30 days' notice after three months if the results do not justify it.

How much does SEO cost in Nashville?

Apart from Web Tonic, no firm on page one posts a price for its own work. Web Tonic's comparison of 19 other Nashville SEO firms says none of them publishes a rate, and lists Web Tonic itself first at $3,000 a month. Thrive's form asks for a monthly budget, starting under $750. The Growigami price is $1,999 a month for 200 pages, or $1,499 more for 500.

Does a Nashville SEO company need a Nashville office?

Not for the writing. Web Tonic counts 15 of its 19 firms with a Nashville head office, and the pages ranking for this search give addresses in Charlotte, Seattle and Franklin as well. What a page needs is local knowledge, and that comes from your staff. An office matters when you want to meet your SEO team across a desk.

Can Google penalize a site that publishes 200 pages a month?

Google's rule is about purpose. Its spam policies treat mass page production as abuse when the pages exist mainly to game rankings and do little for readers. Each of our pages begins with a real buyer question and your staff's answer to it. Any page can be checked before it goes live.

Does Growigami have a Nashville office?

No. Growigami works remotely, keeps nobody in Nashville and names no clients there. Setup happens over video, and the pages, reports and leads show up in your CRM. If an SEO firm you can visit matters to you, Marketing Hatchery lists an office in Franklin, and Web Tonic's comparison names 15 firms with a Nashville head office.
