An Austin company can hire an SEO agency that quotes against scope, or buy software and staff it. Growigami is a third option: your CRO builds a search process, AI agents write 200 pages a month and the price is posted.

An SEO company in Austin researches what your buyers search for and publishes the pages that answer them, in Google results and in AI answers. On the first page for “seo company austin”, Web Tonic’s review of ten firms serving Austin reports that none posts a rate (updated 9 October 2026). Growigami’s Search process has one: $1,999 a month.
Nobody at Growigami works in Austin, and there is no office in the metro. Your CRO works with your team on video calls, and what each process produces lands in your CRM.
How much does an Austin SEO company cost?
Austin’s first page answers the price question mostly by leaving it open. Web Tonic’s seventh-place listicle ranks Web Tonic first. It says “Not one of the ten external firms on this page does” publish a rate, and its comparison table gives its own starting price as $3,000 a month. ResultFirst’s Austin page skips a retainer altogether and says it “charges only for keywords that rank”. ELDIGITAL’s FAQ puts local SEO retainers at $650 to $2,500 a month before a custom quote. Its page also says it runs month-to-month.

At Growigami the Search process is $1,999 a month for 200 pages, and the 500-page size adds $1,499. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. From month two, a software firm that adds LinkedIn as a second process pays $3,998 a month. All prices are listed on our price list.
What an Austin SEO contract should settle
Web Tonic’s guide says content, schema and redirect maps should sit in the client’s name, along with Search Console, Analytics and CMS logins. Four more items belong in writing:
The page count. A monthly number, or a scope you can count against.
Who writes. Who drafts the pages, and who checks the facts in them.
The definition of a result, if the fee depends on one. Google’s hiring guide warns that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking.
The exit. ELDIGITAL claims a typical agency asks for a 6 to 12 month lock-in. Growigami’s minimum is three months, then 30 days' notice.
Which Austin industries stand out in Census data?
The Census metro called Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos takes in five counties: Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson. In Census usage a metro area is a set of whole counties. At its center sits a county with an urban area of at least 50,000 people, and outlying counties join it through commuting.
The metro had 66,280 employer establishments in 2023, 25th among 387 US metros and 9.9 percent of the Texas total, with 1,042,004 employees in the week of March 12. Average pay of $78,466 ranked 12th among metros, ahead of Texas at $67,014 and the US at $68,342. Smaller establishments dominate: 73.5 percent had fewer than 10 employees, and 24.0 percent had 10 to 99, below both Texas (26.0) and the US (24.6).
The table lists the matched sectors with the highest concentration in Austin, from 4.06 times the US share of jobs down to 1.36 times. The two marketing rows sit at the bottom. Concentration here means the sector’s slice of Austin employment divided by its slice of US employment.

The metro exported $17.4 billion in goods in 2024, by USTR’s count.

What Growigami runs for Austin software and service firms
On the processes you buy, AI agents draft the week’s pages, posts and messages from what your team said on calls. Your CRO, who has run marketing and sales teams, builds each process with your people and checks it against your CRM. Your team handles the demos, the sales calls and the replies that come back.

Search pages and the monthly AI answer check
At its base size the Search process ships 200 pages a month; the larger size ships 500. For a software firm those include comparisons, integrations and use cases, the pages that ChatGPT and Perplexity draw on when a buyer asks which tool to pick. Each month we ask the assistants your buyers’ questions and report which answers mention you and which mention a rival.
Founder posts on LinkedIn
The LinkedIn process writes for your company page and two people: three posts a week each and one LinkedIn article a month, drafted from a short call. Each morning the conversations worth joining land in Slack.
Outbound to Austin’s tech employers
A company selling to Dell, Oracle or the region’s chip suppliers works from a named list. The Pipeline process picks 500 target accounts each month and finds a reason each would talk now. It writes to every contact. Your seller sends each message after review, and replies come back to that seller the same day.
Reviews with your CRO are optional and billed on top, at $1,499 monthly or $2,999 weekly. The Texas page has the statewide figures and the other large metros.
When an Austin team or a staff hire is the better buy
A week at SXSW. SXSW 2027 runs March 15 to 21 in Austin. Growigami’s on-site event support covers up to three show days per event, at $2,499 plus travel, so a local team suits a full week on the ground.
Workshops in your office. Web Tonic’s list puts nine of its ten outside firms in Austin.
Fees tied only to rankings. ResultFirst sells that model; Growigami charges a set monthly price.
A marketer in the building. BLS counted 8,270 market research analysts and marketing specialists in the metro in May 2025; their median pay was $80,460.
Growigami suits an Austin company that wants search pages, founder posts or outbound produced every week at a price it can read before the first call.
Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.
Questions
What Austin firms ask before hiring an SEO company
Is $70,000 a good salary for a marketer in Austin?
It is below the local median for the job. BLS put the May 2025 median at $80,460 for market research analysts and marketing specialists in the Austin metro, and at $164,920 for marketing managers. The Texas medians were $72,520 and $147,880. One Growigami process costs $1,999 a month, or $3,498 with a monthly CRO review.
Which SEO company in Austin is best?
The one whose scope, price and term you can hold it to. Web Tonic's review of ten firms serving Austin found none publishing a rate and only two naming a client on their own sites. Ask each firm on your shortlist for a written page count, the monthly fee and the exit terms. Growigami's are public: 200 pages for $1,999 a month, 30 days' notice after three months.
Should an Austin firm pay for SEO only when keywords rank?
Only with the result defined in writing first. ResultFirst's Austin page says it charges only for keywords that rank, with no monthly fees until results arrive. Google's own guide says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. Growigami charges a set fee per process and promises no rankings, and you can leave with 30 days' notice after three months.
What are the top IT companies around Austin?
Dell Technologies gives One Dell Way, Round Rock, as its business address in SEC filings, and Oracle gives 2300 Oracle Way, Austin. Opportunity Austin counts more than 180 semiconductor-related companies in the region. The Census counted 2,762 computer systems design establishments in the metro in 2023, with 40,991 employees.
How long does SEO take for an Austin business?
ELDIGITAL's Austin FAQ gives 2 to 4 weeks for Business Profile changes, 60 to 120 days for movement in the local pack and 3 to 6 months for blog rankings. Growigami does not forecast rankings. It does commit to the start: your first process should be live roughly three weeks into setup, with pages publishing monthly after that.
Does Growigami have an office in Austin?
No. Growigami has no Austin office and no staff in the metro. Your CRO meets your team on video, and each process reports into your CRM. Web Tonic's list says nine of its ten outside firms are headquartered in Austin, so a buyer who wants to meet in person has local options.
Can I read the pages before they publish?
Yes. Any page can wait for your read before it goes live, and you and your CRO decide at setup who checks what. The pages start from your team's own answers, so engineers and sellers mostly confirm facts they supplied.
