What an auditor asks for after a temperature excursion

The reading is the easy part. The auditor wants to see what your team did in the minutes after it.

Under the FDA Food Code, cold-held food stays at 41°F or below.1

Across 140 warehouses on Dockmere, the median excursion at a dock door was closed in 18 minutes in September.2

Fennick probes report every 60 seconds, so the timeline has no gaps.4

ad agency and marketing consulting establishments, DFW metro (Census CBP, 2023)

Why it matters

DFW counts 1,832 ad and marketing establishments

County Business Patterns 2023 counts 464 advertising agency and 1,368 marketing consulting employer establishments across the 11-county metro. Each holds a larger share of local jobs than of US jobs, at 1.13 and 1.15 times. Of the four agency pages on Google's first page for this search, one posts a price.

What you get

Search, ads and lead replies for DFW firms

200 pages each month

Each page answers a question DFW customers ask, drafted from what your staff already tells them on the phone.

Who ChatGPT names

Each month we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity your buyers' questions and report whether the answers name you or a rival.

Local Services Ads

The Paid process runs Google Local Services Ads and Business Profile work, with ad spend billed at cost.

After-hours lead replies

Up to 300 inbound leads a month get researched and routed with a first reply drafted, at any hour.

Outreach for B2B sellers

500 target accounts researched a month, such as DFW headquarters and their suppliers, with a message for each contact.

Built on video calls

Your CRO, who has led marketing and sales teams, sets up each process with your staff before the weekly work begins.

How it starts

How Dallas-Fort Worth search work gets started

  1. Share read access to your CRM

Within a week we show the first process we would build and what it would publish for DFW searches.

  2. Answer questions on a video call

Your CRO collects what customers in each part of the metro ask, from the staff who answer them.

  3. First pages go live

From about week three, AI agents draft pages from those answers at 200 a month.

  4. Check rankings and AI answers

A monthly report lists the buyer questions we put to the assistants and whose firm each answer cited.

A Dallas SEO company writes, fixes and publishes the pages that bring a firm calls from Google, Maps and AI answers. Of the four agency pages on Google’s first page for “seo company dallas”, only Thrive’s posts a price: packages from $500 a month (read 5 November 2026). Growigami prices its Search process at $1,999 monthly.

Growigami works remotely and has no Dallas-Fort Worth office or staff. Setup happens on video calls, and the results show up in your CRM. That suits an owner who wants pages published every month at a price they can see before talking to anyone.

How much do Dallas SEO companies charge?

Most firms on page one quote only after a call. Thrive’s Dallas FAQ opens with “There’s no fixed price for SEO” and then names packages starting at $500. Coalition Technologies, Dallas SEO Dogs and 1SEO show no figure on the pages we read. Loopex ranks sixth with its own list of eight Dallas firms. It prices its plans from $1,500 a month and quotes Clutch at $50 to $199 an hour for the others.

Positions come from Ahrefs’ US snapshot of the results page, dated 16 October 2026 and pulled 5 November 2026. Prices, terms and addresses come from each firm’s own page, read that day. Semrush’s directory, The Manifest, Reddit and Facebook fill the other places on the page.

At 200 pages a month, Search costs $1,999, and the 500-page size adds $1,499. A process costs $500 more in its first month while we build it, and your first build is on us this month. Paid ad spend passes through at cost. Each figure is on our price list.

How can you tell a Dallas SEO company is legitimate?

The seventh result for this search is a Reddit thread titled “Best Dallas SEO company that is actually legitimate?”. Google’s guide to hiring an SEO says plainly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. It also tells owners to grant an SEO read access to Search Console and to hold back write access while the firm audits the site.

Five questions help sort firms, and each applies to Growigami too:

  • Is the price in writing before you sign? Three of the four agency pages on page one post none.
  • Who owns the ad accounts, analytics and content? Dallas SEO Dogs tells clients they “will own and have access to” their Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts and analytics. Get the same promise into your contract.
  • How often will you hear from them? Coalition’s Dallas page sets out bi-weekly calls with a Digital Producer and a report each month.
  • What is the term, and how do you leave? Thrive and Loopex sell without a long term. Growigami asks for three months, then 30 days' notice.
  • What exactly do they promise? Google says to find someone else if a firm guarantees “first place in search results”.

Where does DFW lead the country in employer counts?

County Business Patterns treats Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington as 11 counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise. The Census Bureau puts metro areas together county by county: a central county with an urban area of 50,000 or more people, plus outlying counties tied to it by commuting. Fort Worth, Plano and Frisco all fall inside it, so every metro figure counts them with Dallas.

In 2023 the metro had 189,739 employer establishments, fifth among 387 US metros, and its employees numbered 3,594,749 in the week of March 12. That is 28 percent of all Texas establishments. Pay averaged $72,420, against a Texas figure of $67,014 and a US figure of $68,342. Establishments with 10 to 99 employees make up 26.0 percent, the same share as Texas and above the US share of 24.6 percent.

The first four rows are the sectors furthest above the US share of jobs. Roofing and veterinary services follow, where DFW’s counts rank first and third among US metros, then law offices. Manufacturing is added as the largest employer of these rows, then the two agency rows. Share of jobs vs US is local employment share over national employment share, so 1.00x means the two match.

Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments; employees are for the week of March 12; average pay is annual payroll divided by employees, computed by Growigami).

CBP counts only locations with paid employees. Owners who work alone, and most government workers, are outside these figures.

Roofers, vets and dentists rank near the top

No US metro has more roofing contractor establishments than DFW’s 907, which employ 6,053 people at an average of $75,593 a year (roofing marketing). The metro’s 801 veterinary establishments rank third among 383 metros (veterinary marketing). Its 4,077 dental offices rank fourth and hold 1.17 times the US share of jobs (dental marketing).

IT, insurance and real estate run above the US share

Computer systems design, the Census group that includes managed IT providers, has 6,784 DFW establishments and 96,129 employees, at 1.82 times the US share (MSP marketing). The 3,666 offices of real estate agents and brokers pay $89,264 on average, against $79,090 nationally (real estate marketing). DFW’s 3,500 insurance agencies and brokerages employ 29,124 people (insurance agency marketing).

Headquarters in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano and Frisco

The Dallas Regional Chamber counts 24 Fortune 500 companies in DFW in 2026, McKesson among them, and 49 Fortune 1000 headquarters spread over 32 industry sectors. In SEC filings, American Airlines Group gives its business address as 1 Skyview Drive in Fort Worth. Tyler Technologies lists Tennyson Parkway in Plano, and Keurig Dr Pepper lists Hall of Fame Lane in Frisco. USTR puts the metro’s 2024 goods exports at $51 billion.

A firm that sells to those companies or their suppliers works from a list of named accounts. Our Pipeline process researches 500 of them each month and drafts a message to each person there, and your seller reviews and sends each one.

How many agencies a DFW buyer is choosing among

The metro has 464 advertising agency establishments with 5,798 employees and 1,368 marketing consulting establishments with 9,342. Both employ a larger share of local workers than they do nationally, at 1.13 and 1.15 times. Both pay less: $93,549 on average at the agencies against $106,841 for the US, and $60,307 in consulting against $83,009. DFW holds 3.0 percent of US advertising agency establishments and 2.6 percent of marketing consulting ones, against 2.3 percent of all US establishments.

What Growigami runs for DFW trades, practices and sellers

AI agents do the weekly drafting on whichever processes you pay for: search pages, ads, lead replies and outreach. Your CRO has run marketing and sales teams; they build each process with your staff first and check it against what your CRM records. Your staff keeps the jobs, the appointments and the sales calls.

Search: 200 pages a month

Each Search page answers one question a DFW customer asks, in the words your staff uses on the phone. The aim of each page is to rank on Google and to be the source ChatGPT and Perplexity quote. The larger size publishes 500. Each month we put the same questions to the assistants and report which answers cite your firm.

Google Maps and Local Services Ads

Thrive’s FAQ ties Maps visibility to the Business Profile, listings, local content and online reputation. At Growigami that work sits in the Paid and creative process. It covers Local Services Ads and Business Profile upkeep, and it manages Google and Meta campaigns with as much as $25,000 a month in spend, paid at cost. Agents write the ads and build up to two new landing pages a month.

Leads that arrive after hours

Search brings the form fills, and someone still has to answer them. The inbound follow-up process researches up to 300 leads a month. Each lands with the right person, a first reply already written, including the ones sent at 10 p.m. A lead nobody touches goes back to your team before it goes cold.

Monthly reviews with your CRO are an add-on at $1,499, and weekly ones cost $2,999. Skip them and your own team sets direction while the processes keep running. Our Texas page sets DFW beside Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

When a local DFW firm or a hire makes more sense

  • Shoots at your jobsites or clinic. Our video work is filmed over a short call or cut from your screens, so a DFW crew is the better pick for footage on site.
  • A budget below one process. Thrive’s Dallas packages begin at $500 monthly, below $1,999.
  • Meetings at your office. Thrive lists a Cole Avenue address, and Dallas SEO Dogs lists offices on Pacific Avenue and in Allen.
  • A full-time marketer on staff. DFW employed 20,900 market research analysts and marketing specialists in May 2025, at a median of $75,240 (BLS). A hire can join sales meetings and visit your jobsites.

Growigami fits a DFW firm that wants search pages, ads or lead replies run each week at a posted price, with its CRO on video calls.

Talk to sales. Give us read access to your CRM, and within a week we show you the first process we would build and what it would produce.

Questions

Questions DFW owners ask an SEO company

What does an SEO company in Dallas actually do?

It researches the searches your kind of customer makes, then builds pages that answer them. Coalition's Dallas page lists keyword research, off-site link building and local SEO among its tactics. Growigami's Search process covers the page side: 200 pages a month, written from your staff's answers and built for Google results and for citation in ChatGPT and Perplexity.

What are the best SEO agencies in Dallas?

The first page offers no neutral answer. Loopex's list of eight Dallas firms puts Loopex first, and Semrush's directory shows ten agencies ordered by its own score. Judge a shortlist on what you can check: a price in writing, a term in writing and the name of whoever writes your pages. Growigami posts its price and its term on its price list.

Who are the biggest SEO companies serving Dallas?

By their own descriptions, 1SEO calls itself the nation's largest SEO agency, with over 100 employees, and Dallas SEO Dogs says it has a staff of 30. Size tells you little about your account. SEO Dogs makes that case itself, saying it has no "inexperienced account managers with 100 clients each". Ask any firm how many accounts your contact carries.

How soon does SEO work for a DFW business?

Several months, by the ranking pages' own estimates. Thrive's Dallas FAQ says most businesses see measurable improvements within 3 to 6 months. The part Growigami controls is the start: the first process usually runs about three weeks after setup begins, and pages publish every month from then on. We do not forecast rankings or call volume.

Should a Dallas firm hire a marketer or an SEO company?

Hire when you need someone in the building every day. BLS put the DFW median at $75,240 for a marketing specialist and $155,460 for a marketing manager in May 2025, before benefits. Pay a firm when the need is pages and ads each month. Search costs a DFW firm $1,999 monthly at Growigami, and an optional monthly CRO review adds $1,499.

Does Growigami have an office in Dallas?

No. Nobody from Growigami works in Dallas-Fort Worth, and there is no office. Your CRO meets your team on video calls, and the results land in your CRM. For a firm you can drive to, Thrive lists a Cole Avenue address. Dallas SEO Dogs lists offices on Pacific Avenue and in Allen (both read 5 November 2026).

What contract term does Growigami ask for?

three months first; after that, 30 days' notice ends it. On page one, Thrive advertises no long-term commitment and Loopex sells month-to-month plans. Coalition, Dallas SEO Dogs and 1SEO state no term on the pages we read. Ask every firm to put its term and its exit in writing before you sign.

Can I see a page before it goes live?

Yes. You can hold any page, ad or reply until you have read it, and at setup you and your CRO agree who on your team checks what. Pages are drafted from answers your own staff gave, so most of the facts in them come from your business.

Begin with one DFW search process.
